On our way down to the Keys a cap on our trailer came off. Came here and the owner helped me out. Super thankful

Waited over 2 months for a trailer. I give them 2 stars because the trailer finally arrived on Friday and the trailer is legit and very well built product.The bad: They take a deposit for a trailer but that s where the communication stops. YOU, the buyer, have to continually call or stop by there for an update on your order. I was originally told 2 weeks the trailer would arrive and of course it was always something wrong with the factory or the order, or delivery issues, but I felt I had to chase them down for information.The Good: Amazing quality trailer and very well built. The price was lower than other trailer brands and dealers but same price better quality.Do your research and homework before getting a trailer, however, I would not recommend a purchase here at all.

I didn't trust the brakes on my boat trailer after two scary incidents on I-95 on our way to the keys. The person we were renting our VRBO from recommended this place. He warned me that the owner was "gruff but good." The dude is gruff - but, it is the keys - do as you wish and survive or not. I really liked the guy after meeting him in person. I trust the advice he gave me on the trailer and got a better deal than I would have found at home.

Had to be out of our motel Saturday morning and my spindle snapped on my trailer Friday night. Took the axle to one place they said I was screwed nothing they could do till Tuesday, so i went to this shop and he says That's an easy fix. Pulled the axle at 9a.m was on the road at 11am. Super nice guy and got me home no problems. Highly recommended.

Excellent service when buying our new Real-X trailer. Jim was a big help and got us all set up. The trailer was ordered on Tuesday afternoon and delivered by Friday morning. He even threw in a fresh bottle of Fluid Film to protect our brand new trailer from corrosion. Thanks for your help Jim. We'll be back if we need it serviced at all.

Called to ask about trailer storage. Was asked how long. I said one week as we are staying down for a 1 week wedding.Was responded with " NOPE. " and then he hung up on me.I tried to called back and he let it go to voice mail.Completely rudest customer service uncalled for.Didn't talk and tell me why or advise any other suggestions. Just " Nope" and click.If you decide to do business with them you have been warned.

Owner is very helpful, I needed a dust cover for my trailer, but I only had a card he gave it to me and told me next time I drive by to stop in and pay him. I was very impressed. Owner has helped me a few times and didn't try to just sell me stuff I didn't need. If I need anything for my boat trailer I would go there.

Our boat trailer literally came apart on our way down to the keys. Jim fixed our boats ride so we can have a safe worry free return home. He s reasonable and friendly.

If your ever in Marathon and need trailer work done, don t go to South Sea Rigging. He did more damage than good and charged unreasonable price. He was supposed to mount spare tires but didn t. Didn t change spare out and broke electric plug and safety chain.

Was stranded on the side of the road and called to ask if they had a leaf spring. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. Why answer the phone and sound annoyed if you don t want to help potential customers? Would be better off letting it go to voicemail. Do not recommend spending money at this business.

Triple axle trailer bearing repack/replaceRude, arrogant, belittling, and disrespectful!I'm giving 2 stars because I know exactly what needed to be serviced, and his post service description of the issue was accurate and acceptable.

I had a broken axle on my trailer. They got the trailer completely rebuilt in 3 days and saved me having to leave my boat down in Marathon. I would recommend them anytime.

Worst experience ever!!! Lies about delivery dates. Rude over the phone. Tells me to meet him there. Not there. Finally shows up, and jumps off of me for going around back to look for him. If you like abuse this is your guy.

This place is terrible, DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR TRAILER! I had work done to my trailer here and everything they did broke in two months. Avoid at all cost!!!!
