I worked here for almost a year.Don t apply for the back up/ driver position. They will cap your pay at $18 an hour cross train you and make you do all the labor for the store while the people making up to $24 don t even take out the trash or help with anything. Roy Gosling the manager sits on his phone and smokes all day shaking off his alcoholic addiction before drinking his roadie home. Months back I asked the regional manager why they allow him to bring beer to work and the only change was that he keeps it in his little cooler. My only advice again don t take the driver job and be fooled like I was.

Excellent service, tons of marine parts. Can rent tools at a reasonable price Ike a torque wrench for ur prop if you get hung up in braid.

I needed to replace my car battery while on vacation. My car suddenly wouldn t crank without being jump started. On a side note, I highly recommend having a battery jump start device in your vehicle emergency kit. They work!! NAPA had my battery and replaced it for me since I didn t have the tools or the know how necessary to get the old battery out. Shout out to our guy (I believe his name is Donnie) for helping a girl out!! He s awesome!!

10/10 experience. I came in after trailer troubles and had amazing help from the staff. Ward gave me great advice and I was able to solve my problems with his help. Thank you to the NAPA crew!

Last year we sucked a ski rope into out jet drive and they went above and beyond helping me locate the tools I needed to open it up to remove the rope. Also spent some time looking up the correct plugs for our Yamaha. Thank you for taking the time to help when I thought our vacation was done!

My 2014 Jeep Wrangler had a seized brake caliper. They had the part and shoes, and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Helpful staff.

Can I give them six stars? Super helpful, nice, knowledgeable, caring folks! Especially Jay who went out of his way to help a couple of damsels in distress!! (Jay, your Dad should be proud of you). We were so grateful for their helpful service and fun conversation.

I've gone here quite a bit. These guys know there stuff. They want to help and get the job done. No island time here. You feel like these guys are all from Brooklyn and are changing a tire in traffic. No messing around, they want you to get the right part the first time. Great bunch of guys, loving there job, and helping you out. I will go back.... And it's an enjoyable stop.

I bought a new battery from Home Depot and put it on my dinghy. 3 days later the battery was wearing down a little bit and I wanted to bring it to be charged. I dropped it off at Napa in the morning, and buy two received a phone call from them telling me that my battery was no good, and that it needed to be returned to the store that I bought it from. The store clerk told me he connected it to his charger and it started smoking and sparking. It worked that morning, yet as soon as they touched it it blew up. I told them they needed to take responsibility, and I was told to leave the store with my battery or they were calling the police. While in their possession the battery was ruined and they did not replace it. After so many years of dealing with them, I will never give them my business again. Everything they sell is overpriced ridiculously, even the battery I bought they sell for twice as much as I paid from Home Depot. When I spoke to the owner on the phone about what the clerk said and did and how rude he was being, she also started acting the same way and told me he's not replacing my battery. Take your business elsewhere, don't go to the store

Napa at 12188 overseas about a week ago replaced the battery in my key fob the young lady even cleaned it out and today Again today I went in because e of ck engine lite was onAnd she came out to the car ckit and the battery and suggested fuel cleaner and it fixed itNot sure if it was Michelle both times but very happy with the service and their pleasant attitude of everyone there.

In the past this place has been a great help, however after I purchased the wrong parts, I went back to exchange them and the man at the counter acted like I was an inconvenience to him.Terrible Terrible customer service.Just bad attitude.

These local yokels still think they're the only parts store in town ...but they're not.They couldn't give a shift when my car died up the street. Unhelpful and annoying, repeating the return policy over and over.This, and because I wasn't about to buy seriously overpriced parts "and" walk them back to my car (they don't deliver and batteries are really heavy); so I just picked up jumper cables and solved my problem somewhere else.Would have bought everything too, battery, alternator, and all the tools to put it in.Haven't seen this kind of backwater customer service in decades.

They got my part that I needed for my Ram 1500 and record time at a great price. They also help me with testing out some batteries find out if they are good or not. They always have what I need.

Went and bought 6 new golf cart batteries and the young lady working the counter was very nice and helped load 6 new ones and 6 old ones. I didnt get her name unfortunately. Go to napa in marathon!!!

Yeah the store is really good. Just in Big Pine and seemed like they were never had Parts ever I've been it was live there for 30 years and it's just I don't know what his problem is with I own my own shop I work for shop so I don't know why they just don't easy parts to but they do get them in the next day so that was the best part

Price gouging at it's finest. Zero reason for high prices. Horrible service with people at the counter. You can really tell they hate their jobs with the attitudes. Just order your stuff online and have it shipped for free.

We were in Marathon on our boat and about to depart for Dry Tortugas. While watering our batteries, one of the caps fell into an area where it couldn't be retrieved. Richard gave us a cap off of a battery that was in stock and saved us from waiting three days for a replacement from the manufacturer .....a very helpful guy !!!

Jay is a rock star. The "other" place wouldn't lift a finger. Jay sent off pictures of the broken alternator and had a part # in 15 minutes and had it overnighted.I will forever go to NAPA first because of him.

While vacationing at Jolly Roger RV park in Marathon, my Tundra's battery completely failed. I made a call to Marathon NAPA and explained my situation. They asked for the info on the truck and battery. Battery was in stock. Ask if it was possible for the battery be delivered and they said "no problem". Battery was delivered within 1 hour and the delivery driver even waited to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Could not be more appreciative of the service provided by the employees at Beckmann's NAPA Auto Supply.

These guys ROCK! My brother was stranded in Marathon with a faulty Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor and they quickly located the part for him, which saved the day. Thank you, Chris, for the excellent service!!!

Folks were sort of helpful in the store when I visited, however I only visited because I had previously called to ask about a part. They explained that they had it, only to find out that they didn't when I drove up a few hours later.

I had a problem with my car Battery. They (tested) the Battery. They said it was bad! But the good news was that it was under warranty. Got a brand new one. THANKS!
