They were amazing! We had somebody crash into the back of our Campervan and called Jason 10 minutes before their official closing time, and he said no worries and actually even came out to meet us anyway. He fixed our van so good we could actually drive on! We spent the time talking to his wife Jennevieve, who is an absolute sweetheart too! I totally recommend those two who really put their heart and knowledge in this little business.

These are amazing people that truly know how to do a great job! Our A/C went out, Jason came out to look at it in less than 24 hours. I was impressed with how through he went through everything to see if there was a way to just replace a part but being 20+ years old, it needed replaced. He was able to change it out the next day, quick, proficient, and reasonably priced. Him and his wife were great people, professional and very knowledgeable in all parts of RV s. I would highly recommend them and get the job done. Thank you so much for helping us get our ac back up and running!

If you are in the Florida Keys and you need a mobile technician, there is no better place to call. Outstanding work, efficient and couldn t have been nicer to work with. Sincerely appreciate them responding on such short notice and working me into their schedule. Will definitely give them a call when I need service in the future.

J & J s 143 RV Mobile Repair & Services is a total lifesaver! Their service is top-notch, and the fact that they showed up in 15 minutes after we called them is just incredible. Definitely a 5-star rating for their prompt and excellent service!Had us good to go in 20 minutes!!Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs RV repairs.

We purchased an RV lot in the keys that came with an RV and it needed some work to say the least. Jason and Jennevieve were so friendly and responsive. Their honesty and their professionalism are unmatched. Anyone in the keys with an RV needing work done should look no further! You won t find a better RV repair company.

These folks are amazing! Got to Key West and my AC was pouring inside of my camper. They worked me into their schedule and had it fixed in a jiff. Very fair on the price, excellent service. I highly recommend them.

Being in the Keys, we are limited to our choices of RV techs in the area. I came across this service and had them come do some work on my rig. They were punctual, super nice, and did a fantastic job at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

Wow! Jason & Jennevieve repaired our 5th Wheel RV in March of this year (2024). Their service, and communication was excellent. They appraised us of each step, from initial cost estimates through delivery of the parts required for repair. Repairs were completed fast! We could not be happier with our experience. Called J&J's this morning and talked with Jason about a problem with my power awning. Thanks to his knowledge and him taking 10 minutes on the phone, I was able to resolve the problem which saved me the time and cost of having Jason come out. Two things I will point out...#1) Jason knows what he's talking about. #2) Jason is not all about the money as he could have saved his advice for when he showed up at which point I would have incurred charges for this trip coming to see me and for his time to resolve my problem. My wife and I venture to the Keys almost every year in our RV. I'll be keeping J&J's phone number close by my emergency numbers and won't hesitate to call when trouble comes my way again (and it will, because it is the nature of RV's). Thanks Jason!

Jason & Jennevieve are very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and more than fair with their pricing. They came out and fixed my problem when others wouldn't return messages or answer their phone. The Keys are lucky to have them.

Very much appreciated these 2 they did a fantastic job. They didn t give up when most companies would have they were big problem solvers which made my experience 100% with them. I would say the most impressive service is the response time was unparalleled!

Jason is a knowledgeable technician, he and wife Jennevieve showed up on time, and he recommended a repair method that was far better than the original manufacturer solution. Not only will I use them again if needed, but I highly recommend you do also.

These wonderful people came out in a short notice when I had a water leak coming from my ac unit. Not only did he Climb onto my camper when it was freezing out he located the issue in no time. He took multiple pictures to keep me updated on the process of fixing my issue. He also located another problem I was having with my front cap and temporary fixed it till the weather permits a better solution. I will be definitely using there services in the future

They winterized my RV. Good communication and follow through. Easy to make an appointment, reminder sent, arrived on time, did the work including a repair of a problem found a long the way. Fair price. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Jason is very knowledgeable and he is very through in troubleshooting the problem. He came back and told me that he had forgot a couple of steps in troubleshooting and he checked what he forgot and found what the problem was with my generator. I would recommend J & J 143 RV to anyone that ask for someone to work on their RV.

J & aj s to the rescue! They drove up in their shining, white horse (truck!) and rescued our 32 Fleetwood which had been sitting for over two years. They changed the battery, relocated it for us and fixed the refrigerator! Checked all systems and made sure we were set! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! My trailer door wouldn't open and close without a struggle and cold air was getting in all the time. Jason approached the problem from every angle, wouldn't give up, was finally able to fix it! I would definitely hire him again.
