These folks were a true pleasure to deal with!! A family-run business. The brother Simone and his sister Francesca whom I dealt with mainly and her sister ran the office beautifully. Everyone was very conscientious and hands-on people. REALLY nice, considerate and professional. They look like they are at peace and enjoy what they do. it's so great to see that..Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Top notch phone follow up and scheduling skills. They checked all the boxes of a good business. I've been self-employed for 45 years in construction and I know good business people when I see them and professionalism creates value in my book. They made it easy.They came recommended to me by another mechanics shop to deal with my drivers side door that wouldn't open on my old work van. I couldn't get the door open and I am good with tools. I don't know how he got it open when the latch was stuck shut but he also fixed it without new parts.He really knows his craft! A talented man. It's so great to deal with people like this especially in today's business environment where you don't know what you're going to get many times. I highly recommend them. Thank you folks!!

Can t say enough about Island Auto Repair. Was in an accident the end of February and Simone and his 2 sisters were excellent to work with . Very professional and the repair was perfect. Definitely recommend them.

We were on vacation and got into a car accident with extensive damage to our vehicle. I honestly wish I could give Simone and the crew a10 star review, they were so amazing. They worked seamlessly with our insurance and the workmanship was second to none. Thank you! Island Auto Repair!

Some guy ran a stop sign and hit my car. After dealing with all the insurance companies I was beyond stressed out. Island Auto team was so patient and kind during the entire process. They even went above and beyond to get my car fixed. I would highly recommend them!

They do amazing job. They will fix your car to look brand new like nothing ever happened. They also have excellent customer service. Very polite and very professional. They don't try to rip you off and they always work with you. It's a nice change from what we're used to down here where nothing ever gets done right.
