They are not responsive and do not return calls. Needed warranty work which they visited before thanksgiving 2023. Took pictures and notes. I requested the information to be provided to myself and dealership where I purchased the destination trailer. Did not provide and in early January 2024 after trying to reach and talk with them over a week if not returning calls Jay said they dont get in the middle of customers and forest river or dealerships. I asked why they didn't tell me this for over the month I have been waiting or that when they first visited in November 2023. Which would have been fine I could simply get from them and send to dealership myself if they just would have provided. I spoke with them a week before today and Joe or Jay not sure I go the name properly, said he would get the info together but over a week later now and still did not provide. Then I simply explained that they had not been responsive, Jay did not agree and decided to withdraw doing any work for me at all. Also said he would refund the $298 apparently for their inspection, but I was never told there was a fee.

Buyer Beware! After 6 weeks I still had no A/C. 2 weeks after ordering a new A/C they showed up with wrong unit. Another 2 weeks and they show up with correct unit but wrong thermostat. Another few days and they show up with correct thermostat but wrong tools to install it. They could not get the new A/C working properly. 6 weeks later I had to pay another company to fix the problem.

Happy Campers RV was sold and bought by someone else and they are very rude and basically crooks! Before they come out for a service call they want your credit card !! An older couple at the park had a refrigerator issue, they came out opened the fridge door and then looked at fuse panel and said you need a new fridge and left. Didn t do any diagnostics and charged $300!! Stay away from them and spread the word!

Buyer beware. Was camping nearby and needed a shower skylight lens replaced. Had the part number and description for them. They insisted on an inspection which was a cost of $158.Then the next fee would be cost of the part and another trip charge of $158 plus labor installing six screws. Had to go through the RV dealership I knew in northern Wisconsin to order the part.Paid postage twice total bill $116 and I put in the six screws. Buyer beware.Total savings.....over $320.00.Took me 2 weeks.

These folks are the go to when you need help anywhere in the Keys. Bryan & Leah are a prompt and professional mobile RV repair service with very reasonable prices. I give my highest recommendation after helping us out with several repairs over two visits.

Paid the price over a year ago to have them come and look at some of the normal maintenance items that needed to be done on my rv. $150 to come out as a service call which I understand and $150 to go over what needed to be done and what to order So, $300 total out to have them call me back once to say they were coming back to make sure what I needed and never heard from them again. Call after call and message after message nothing!!!! Now I hear they aren t coming back this year to the keys. Was an easy way to get $300 from someone I d be rich if I did that to customers and nothing in return!! But at least I can sleep at night !!! Go to Spindrift on Cudjoe key. Phil had my stuff done in 3 days

Happy Campers RV service & repair and their owners are great! They were working only a few spots from our rig in the RV park that we were staying in by Marathon. I was having an AC issue that I couldn't figure out at the time. Since they were working so close, I walked over to where they were working to speak with them. When they had a break in the job they were working on, they came over to my rig to discuss my issue and even gave me a few pointers to work on in the meantime. Thanks to their advice I was able to get my AC working properly. I can't thank them enough. They are great people who truly want to help people with RV service needs!

Highly recommend Happy campers RV! We had a camper van built out in late 2022 and we re having continuous electrical issues. We worked with multiple technicians and Vern at Happy Camper was the one who fixed it!! He is extremely knowledgeable about solar panels and electrical systems. They are extremely busy but when we called them on a Monday, they were able to come out to us by Wednesday. Prices are reasonable and work was done quickly.Service: Electrical

I cannot say enough about this company. We had the handle/lock break on our cabin door. Door was stuck in lock position and could not open.Gave them a call, technician was very prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly, their customer service is at the top of my list. We highly recommend them! THANK YOU!!!!!

What we thought was a major problem in our RV,(stopped up toilet). Was not at all. Bryan and Leah came to our campground 2 hours after we called. They were the most honest and knowledgeable who really cares about their customers and the work that they do! They fixed the problem within minutes after arriving and saved the day for us! Thank you so much Bryan and Leah, you are our Hero s!

Happy Campers RV service is top notch! While camping, I had an issue with my air conditioner and the team helped to diagnose the cause over the phone. They provided step by step instructions to get my air back running again quickly. They were very helpful in my time of need!

We needed our slide topper awnings replaced and Happy Campers quickly responded to us. They came to look at the issue, give us an estimate and provide a date and time for the repair. Not only did they show up when they said they would, but they did an excellent replacement job! We have already contacted them to do more work for us and again, they showed up when they said they would!Great work, reliable and reasonable pricing. We had a problem with our new Grech motorhome. Grech contacted Happy Campers, a part was ordered and within days we were repaired. Prompt and courteous service. We couldn't be happier with the service tech and his helper. Highly recommend!

We had a rear tire blowout in our motorhome 20 miles from Key West. Our roadside service could not locate a tire or anyone to change it. We called Happy Campers (HC) and they came and removed the outer tire, on the side of the road, and removed it, which allowed us to slowly drive to the campground. HC took the tire with them to Marathon and was able to order one from Miami and deliver it to the campground the day of the evacuation for Hurricane Ian. I highly recommend them.Service: Tires

Fantastic folks. We had a hydraulic hose bust on our way to the keys. Called a few folks and didn t get much help. I called these guys and they told me they were covered up but would come by and check it out. They helped diagnose it and said they may have a hose. They did end up having a hose but were not able to put it on that day due to all the other service calls in front of us. They ended up selling me the hose at a reasonable price and didn t charge me for their time. They gave me several tips when putting on the hose too which was super helpful when I installed the hose.Thank you Happy Campers Team!

On our way home from the Key's I damaged the roof and awning of my RV severely! We were 7 hours away from home and unsure of the damage! I called Happy campers first and was so glad I did. They were very prompt, courteous and truthful. My baby was not going home and needed to park until fixed. They walked us through insurance claims and helped unpack the RV and bag everything for our ride home in the rental truck. Once the insurance claims came though, Happy campers finished the job and got my camper to me within a week! It was flawless and I'm so happy they were there to help calm us and guide us through the process. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I experienced a leaky bathroom faucet in our motorhome. We attempted to repair it, but it leaked even more. We called Happy Campers RV Service. Bryan and Leah came on time and were wonderful. They were professional and so efficient! Bryan fixed our leaky faucet quickly and the cost was very reasonable. We also asked him to look at our ice maker. We highly recommend this RV repair service.

Had an Air Conditioning Problem while staying at Bahia Honda Key in our Camper. Happy Campers RV Service was at our site in less than 15 minutes. The Tech knew what the problem was in literally seconds! Told us how he would fix it. The Happy Camper Tech left and said he would be back with The Part at a set time! Tech actually came back with part earlier than he estimated. Tech fix it perfectly! Wow!! Took the stress out of a bad situation! I give Happy Camper RV service the HIGHEST RATING I can give! We had a broken toilet in our RV, they came out quickly slowed the leak, ordered the part and came out the next day to replace the part. Vern the technician and Lea in the office could not have been nicer. Would highly recommend them if you are in a jam in the lower keys

We can t say enough good things about Happy Camper RV Service & Repair!! They came to fix our jacks and when we learned about their specialty in seamless roofs we had that done too!!Not only is their service and knowledge outstanding they go out of their way for their customers!! And, we loved their prices too!!Honestly they are the best we have ever had do work on our RV or in our sticks and brick!!

These guys did a great job getting our Coleman basement air conditioner working again and saved our trip to the keys. I had a feeling the issue was the start capacitor on the fan. They immediately tested that and it was bad. A lot of mechanics wouldn't have listened to me and would have spent hours trying to diagnose the problem or just throw parts at it. These guys actually listen to you and do work in a timely and very fair manner. Thanks so much for the last minute help!

This was the best service we have experienced in our travels. They were so very through doing our bearings and adjusting our brakes, this was a new toy hauler and they had never been touched at purchase or from factory. We felt so confident in their work we were hoping to have our upgraded NorthPoint done when Covid hit. They offered us to come to their shop and stay so they could service our rig. They go above and beyond both in their professional work and in their willingness to please their customers. We hope to have them take care of our NorthPoint when we re in Florida this 2022 season.Services: Tires, Brakes

Worth more than gold! When you find an experienced, knowledgeable, fairly priced, professional RV mobile tech that provides quality work, you better hold on to them because they're hard to come by! Huge thanks to Bryan and Leah for helping us with our RV "fix it" list and fitting us into their schedule in a very timely manner. I'm sure it won't be the last time they hear from us.

We couldn t be happier with the service we received from Bryan and Leah. We were having issues with the generator and back awning on our Cyclone and they had us taken care of in just a couple of hours. They are efficient, knowledgeable and they treat you like you re family. I highly recommended Happy Campers for any of your service or repair needs!

Couldn't close my grey water dump valve. Happy Campers was able to schedule for two days out-I told them we weren't time critical. We are on Stock Island next to Key West and scheduled for when they had another job in the area.They called before arriving and fixed my issue in 30 mins. The cost was fair, they only charged a service call plus 30 mins labor, and I'm very satisfied.
