Great staff everyone was extremely friendly. When I got home double check the work to make sure my air intake filter was install right and no leaks. I noticed they did not change my oil filter so for that I give 3 stars because I did not receive the service I paid for and also tip the staff in 2 dollar bills.

Everything very good. The guy told me everything very informative. But they didn t topped off my windshield fluid like he said so I ended up having to go to Walmart and buy some. He did tried to sell me a filter and windshield wipers. But I didn t want to. So maybe he got discouraged and forgot. Don t know. First time it happened

So far so good Carlos and Brennan did a great job. The company I work for does not want to do any of the extras and they didn t try to push me to do that. I ve had a hard time finding an oil change company that would actually listen to me and they also acted very professional, and they were both very, pleasant men to deal with. Thanks again guys I do appreciate you.

Shawn and Trea were awesome guys with great personalities however, I called before coming in for my oil change and was given one price and told if your car takes more oil the price can vary. That was fine, once I arrived I was told the $51.99 option was not something they had available and ended up paying more than double the price given to me originally. I could ve just taken my vehicle to the dealership for cheaper make sure your call operators disclose EVERY possibility of a price increase. I was satisfied with service, but will not return!

I only needed my tire pressure checked. The 2 young gentlemen working in the bay that afternoon were so pleasant, accommodating, and eager to help. I was in and out in no time; feeling like my car was safe again and that I had found a new shop for future auto car " )

The few employees you had did an amazing job. Nothing against them at all. A 5 minute oil change though, should not take well over an hour. Hire more people, give them a chance to be successful. I m giving 5 stars only because of the caring and amazing employees on Sunday, January 14th, 2024. They were awesome. Pay them more and give them help or I will do business elsewhere and change my review!

First time here but won't be the last. I'm an old guy that's fairly picky but i decided to give Take 5 a chance. I was not disappointed. Brennan did a great job in explaining all their services and associated pricing. The Oil Change itself was much more than I expected with their complete vehicle inspection and fluid adjustments. Hopefully they'll keep up such quality service. I will be back.

Came in on 4-12-24 for a oil change and my fluids filled. Im back on 4-13-2024 because my coolant that says at a safe level.bone dry, air filter thats says its clean...still dirty. Tires checked...nope not one out of 4. Then you come to get the services you pay for and they act like they dont care and make you sit not for 5 minutes... almost a hour. Becausr there mad they got caught.

Shawn has been my technician at the Brandon location and now the Seffner location. He is polite, helpful, courteous, and detailed. He was able to identify that a part was misplaced in my car! He s earned my loyalty for Take 5! Shawn deserves to be recognized for his great work ethic and desication! See you in 3,000 miles! :)

These guys were professional and friendly. Checking each other's work to make sure I was safe when I left.One of them had to drive my car over the mechanics hole and drive it out cause I was chicken and I appreciated that. Thank you

The Seffner Take 5 is always fast, kind and just the freakin best. Never too long of a wait I've been going there since it opened, and even tho I live 30min away, I still go there foe my oil changes. It only requires a visit a few times a year, but they always have the same people working there, which tells me they have a low turnover rate and they treat their employees well. 10/10 would recommend.

Great place to get your oil changed. Fast. You stay in the car. They keep track of what oil you used last time to keep everything smooth. Mad legit. They make sure your tire pressure is proper, as well.

I had a horrible experience. Can home and ran out about 3 hours later to get food. Traveled about 8 miles and my low oil light came on. Had to have an emergency repair because the oil filter was rapidly loosing oil. There was no oil on the stick at this point. A family member came over and installed a new oil filter and added 3 quarts of oil. I will not be going back.

Antonio and trea was amazing they both was ready to work and took care of my oil change!! They explained to me what types of oil they have etc. thank you both for making everything good!! My car had NO OIL AT ALL

First time I have come into a take 5 and got extraordinary service. Brennan was phenomenal! He did things that no other Tech has ever done. Thank you so much for checking all my filters especially the one inside the car which had never been checked or changed and was filthy is all Outdoors. I believe now that you did your job. I'll be breathing much easier because of him.i know wea to send customers for GREAT SERVICE!

Absolutely 5 stars. Needed service asap and the sign said open till 8pm. The service team helped me out at 7:56pm till I was set. Please everyone get service here. They went above and beyond expectations.

The guys were very polite and friendly. However, I think they intentionally oversold a coolant exchange by telling me it was over 100,000 miles and low. I just had my radiator replaced and a coolant flush done less then 4 months ago. It seems awfully weird I would need a coolant exchange. I think they just wanted to make more money.

Went to get an oil change mid-day on Sunday. Trea was the young man assisting me along with another which I did not get his name but my experience was awesome. They answered my questions had me in out really quick. This is the second time I have utilized this location which is in Seffner, I must say we'll worth the price. I give 5 stars based on my two times. Thanks for the great customer service.

Absolutely horrible , manager at the time manipulated me to get a radiator flush / few months layer water pump is leaking and water is straight slush which is caused by using non distilled water when installing new fluid so now I'm over 500 towards a new water pump because of the lack of experience , be aware they hire (kids) that don't last right out of high school and the manager refuses to talk to me and their customer Services is horrible , I won 3 companies so I'm very seasoned on customer service .

My change of light was in not due to milage but time and the techs were great and not pushy about changing the oil. They even worked to get my change oil notification off. Great service!

Courteous and Efficient - I ve been coming here since May 2023 and the work is consistent. Kudos to the manager because the staff is great!
