He went above and beyond by accompanying me on a test drive to personally assess the vehicle s issues. After confirming the concerns, he promptly submitted a work order to address them. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the service team, making my experience truly outstanding.In addition to the exceptional service, the transition to a loaner car was seamless. The staff efficiently facilitated the process, ensuring minimal disruption to my schedule. Overall, the smooth handling of the loaner car further enhanced my positive experience at the Mercedes Benz service center.After picking up my car approximately a week later, I m pleased to report that everything has been running smoothly. I ve been vigilant in listening for any potential issues, and happily, there haven t been any concerns so far. I will give them credit. They are good . at finding the most expensive repairs just right after your warranty expires. Maybe it s a coincidence but I find it highly suspect. But to their credit I don t think it s just their dealership. I think all of Mercedes Benz s will refuse to honor the warranty unless you video record them in the car with the noise they will just put failure to duplicate on your ticket wash your car and waste your time until the warranty runs out. Sold my Mercedes after their $5000 repair quote and will never buy another one in my life. I definitely won t pay for any more warranties either.

The service and sales departments were outstanding. However, one issue I encountered was the use of handicap parking spots for displaying vehicles for sale. While I understand the need to showcase inventory, it would be beneficial to ensure that these spots remain available for those who truly need them. Overall, I had a positive experience, but this particular aspect could be improved.

Excellent communication with our Service Advisor, Mike. Car was ready before we expected, always nice. The waiting lounge is comfortable. The only recommendation I have is to supply ANY other snack than Cheezits in the lounge. Thank you, everyone!

This Mercedes Benz dealership service department is by far the best I ve taken my vehicle to. The staff there is helpful and the wait time is not bad at all compared to others. Christian is usually the service advisor that I use and he is great. He keeps you informed and lets you know exactly what s going on with your vehicle and always gets back with me in a timely manner when I have questions or concerns. I used to take my vehicle to Mercedes Benz of South Orlando and their customer service there is terrible and the staff is awful, no one calls you back and they keep you waiting forever for your car. The service manager won t even take your calls or call you back. I won t ever take my car there again. Go to Mercedes Benz in Maitland, you won t be sorry and it s definitely worth the drive.

We took our GLA250 in for repairs to the moonroof, recall and the dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. They diagnosed that both rear speed sensors had gone bad, that s why the dashboard lights were on. The repairs were made and we picked up the car and at high speed it vibrated severely, we turned around and went back. Just a heads up, I have aftermarket custom wheels on it and you have to hand tighten them first to make sure they re centered, then torque them. They didn t know that, so our service advisor took the car back and they corrected the issue. We were treated with the utmost respect the whole time!

We took our Mercedes E550 coupe model 2014 for multipoint inspection just to make sure all is good (to show our customers satisfaction) with the car the service adviser Mr. Peter was very co-operative, Multipoint report was all good all we had to replace is for a new battery which they did.

We all know Mercedes-Benz makes an amazing vehicle. We all know that it just emanates a certain classiness as one sits in one.However, this review isn't about the cars or any of their products; this is about the employees. More specifically Luis.My best friend and I had a quoted list of maintenance for her car. Luis was above and beyond when it came to honoring the quote after a policy change happened. As stressful as the whole ordeal was as a "co-pilot", Luis was extremely clear and intent on getting us the best outcome possible. When the corporate policy worked against us, he was able to find a way to make it work out in our favor.Every time we go in for anything Mercedes-related, I get a feeling of hospitality, which is way beyond feeling welcomed. The lounge area for customers has a very interesting coffee dispenser...and it was pretty good. Everyone greets you when passing by and because of Luis, I know that customer service isn't dead.Any Mercedes drivers in the Central Florida area should make the best maintenance decision possible for themselves and their families and go in to find Luis. He'll let you know what customer service is truly about.We Love you Luis!

Everything was great. We talked over my Warranty. We scheduled my oil change at a later date. Since I was a little early. Vehicle was cleaned to perfection. The video of my service is a nice touch. Thank You

Service manager quoted me $1,500 to do a trans fluid and filter change. Then told me call him on his cell phone after hours and he could work me a better deal. 3 times the cost for the same service at Orlando north or south. Beware

My husband and I have been bringing our Mercedes vehicles to Mike Hertz at MB Orlando for over 7 years, and he s become family to us. He s caring, Andi always feel prioritized to him; as a mom of two I need my car, and if my car needs a little extra care, Mike has always had a loaner ready for me and it s a seamless transition. He s made family road trips happen when we thought we d have to scrap it due to an engine issue- he and his technician team are true miracle workers. Mike s friendly smile, compassion, and incredible customer service is honestly what s kept us with the Mercedes brand for 12+ years now.Everyone greets us with a smile and are always welcoming, and the great customer service from Mike and the team is why we only choose Mercedes Benz of Orlando.

I have been so lucky for many years now to have Mike Hertz as my "GO TO" guy in the Service Center. There has never been anything that he couldn't help me out with when it comes to my car. I don't just consider my Mercedes-Benz S-Class as a means of transportation to get me from point A to point B. It does, however, do that in pure luxury, but I also take great pride in maintaining it to the highest level and Mike plays a very important role in seeing that this is accomplished, and I can't thank him enough.

Had a rack and pinion installed in my E-Class. My service advisor Alberto is the best. He will tell you exactly what your vehicle needs.I was stressed out about not having a vehicle for over a week but somehow he made it better. Problem was diagnosed and fixed within reasonable time. I was provided to and from transportation which made things easier. I want to thank everyone at Mercedes of Orlando Maitland.

Had taken my vehicle to another Mercedes dealership nearby due to rattling noise, and they stated that they could not find what was causing it.Mercedes Maitland found it in one test drive had the parts ordered and fixed within a week!Great service. Great communication!

We actually drove farther than two Mercedes Benz dealerships that were closer to our home because Albier Abdelsayed just made the process of finding our new car and purchasing it so much simpler than the other dealer/s. I've been a customer of Mercedes Benz since 1998 but have always done business with the Greenwich CT dealership (25 years?!?). So glad that with our pandemic move down to Florida, we can continue that relationship at a more convenient location but still feel like a valued customer and expect the same level of service and professionalism.
