Update: Manager was absolutely no help. Would avoid this dealership at all costs for non Mercedes Benz vehicles.I would not recommend purchasing a used non-Mercedes Benz vehicle from this dealership. Especially if you are a young woman. I bought a 2014 Volkswagen Passat back in early 2022 and got sold the worst lemon. To begin, the day I bought the car it would not turn over after we finished paperwork. Therefore I did not leave that day with my newly purchased vehicle. They proceeded to give me the run around claiming, We must have pressure washed a sensor when doing the engine. I eventually got the car and within a week it would not turn over once more. I also had an issue where the gas pedal to accelerate would simply stop working while driving. I paid over $200 to get it towed to the dealership where they then had my car for around 3 weeks. There was absolutely no communication, I was the one constantly calling for an update, estimated time, etc. After 3 weeks, they said it was something covered under warranty and claimed to fix it. When I went to get the car I asked about getting my down payment back and reversing the loan to which I was told That s not happening. I was an 18 year old young girl and got absolutely taken advantage of. The gentleman who sold me the car also stopped replying to my text messages as clearly I was not happy with this vehicle. Now 2 years later, I still have 3 years left of my car loan and am encountering the same issue once more. The gas pedal will stop working while driving causing me to have to pull over, turn the car on and off. The transmission is beginning to slip as well and again I still owe on the car. This is extremely frustrating considering I asked for them to take the car and give me my money back. Not to mention I ve spent a pretty penny on repairs within the last 2 years. If you must purchase a used car that is not a Mercedes Benz from here, I advise you take it to a mechanic before signing any paperwork.

Complete rip offs, my car was completely fine working air struts. Arrives at Mercedes I get my ecu worked on and my air struts go out. They say my struts went out due to wear and tear but I haven t driven the car for over 5 months I have been getting the engine rebuilt and the ecu was bad so I got it redone there leaving the first shop with working struts. I took it to get towed there and Mercedes claims the tow couldn t have done it when they towed my car on a dolly tow Dolly tows are known for messing up vehicles and cause wear and tear but they didn t want to tell my insurance that they think it s wear and tear from the vehicle airing up. I would understand a small leak but this sounds like the boots been torn and that seems impossible unless the car was driven or the tow did it from how it was taken.

We were shopping for a new car and this Mercedes store was our first stop. We were there about half an hour and walked all over the lot and through the showroom. Not one person said anything to us so we left. We went to 3 more dealerships and had found a Tahoe we wanted to purchase. We made an appointment for the next day to complete the purchase, as we needed to pick up a child from school. After picking him up we decided to go back and drive a GLE since it was close to our house. This time we went to the front desk and said we wanted to drive a car. She asked if we had ever been there and we told her the story of the visit earlier that day. Plus i owned an E500 a few years ago purchased there. She called a salesperson - Bella- and she was great. We loved the car and came back the next day and bought it. Bella was great but i almost bought another car because our first visit was so poor. Thought you should know that you almost lost a sale. Love my new car though!

Update: The GM & Service manager called me and made things right. This was an opportunity to display great customer service and they did exactly that. I m very grateful and thankful for the outcome.Took my car in that was still under warranty. Prior to getting there, my check engine light was on. When I arrived to the shop, it was off. Paid for the diagnostics, but they couldn t find anything. 2 days later, check engine lights comes back on, take it back to the dealership and there s a major issue that was thankfully covered under my warranty. I asked for a refund back to my card for the diagnostics that was performed since it was the same issue but that request was denied.. I think it would ve went a long way to refund the diagnostics as a good customer service gesture.

I would like to give positive support for this dealership. I also want to say my sales person Kyle Munoz was great!! Because I live out of town. We handled everything over the phone and through email. He did a great job. He was consistent with each thing he said he would do he did. Also the manager worked with me on selling a used EV they were great and CFS Director Victor Miller was awesome guy!! Again everyone took care of the things that they were supposed to, and a little extra treated me very well and I was in and out very quick as they said they could do!Thanks again to all!Pre-owned Tesla Model 3

Worked with Michael. Had window regulator replaced. Finished on time and as quoted. Car left clean and neat. Video supplied. Rides to and from work supplied. Expensive, but a dealer and mb part. You know that going in. Not a project I felt up to tackling myself.

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, Specially, Mr Kyle Munoz he went above and beyond to meet my needs. The process to get a new car was smooth, and he provided transparent information about pricing and options. The dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout, making it a trustworthy choice. I'm delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership to others.

Worked with this Izabella at this dealership for nearly 2 wks to secure a C63 AMG cabriolet. They did not have an ipacket which includes info such as MSRP, service history, pics and inspection record so it had to be pieced together. All this info was necessary for me to make an out of state purchase having never physically seen the vehicle. Everyone was friendly and answered my questions, hence the two stars. When it was time, to sign the contract, I never received the token to sign in. I communicated this multiple times and was told that they would get back to me in a day.When they finally did two days later and I was able to sign, I was subsequently contacted to be told that the car was sold on 4Apr. The contract I signed was dated 30Mar. I have contacted the salesperson and the dealership requesting a callback from the GM but have heard nothing.This is very frustrating as I invested time and energy in this deal and had the funds pulled for this vehicle. I would not recommend or trust, particularly if you are out of state.

This Mercedes location has shown nothing but professionalism and excellent quality of service. From trading in a car at a reasonable price to proper guidance in displaying vehicles that meet their clients needs. These qualities were displayed due to Kyle Munoz and his display of knowledge and expertise in his craft. 10/10 would come again and definitely recommend to work with Kyle for a great and smooth experience!

This was my first visit to the Mercedes-Benz of Orlando location and it will certainly not be the last. Previously I d been going to the location at the Millenia Mall due to it being closet to my home but the service there was always a nightmare. My experience here thankfully though was nothing short of amazing. My advisor, Marcus, was consistent with every stage of communication and execution. Meraliz was also very diligent in getting me a loaner vehicle while I awaiting the completion of my vehicle. I appreciate the attention to detail, professionalism, and prioritization.

Just had my GL550 service here and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and got me right in to service. The customer area is nice and inviting and has convinient amenities as you waited for your vehicle.The rest rooms were clean and the show room had some really beautiful cars on display.the price is decent, let's face it you're in a dealership, Mercedes Benz to boot. The service C performed was priced right and I left not feeling too bad. I did get a fair warning on the next big service and how much I will be paying. I can appreciate the early warning, it gives me an option to price around.The service was done promptly and the vehicle was returned clean and ready to go. I look forward to dealing with them again.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this rip off place. They only care about the money, pushing you into fixing things that aren t an issue, providing average quality service, poor customer service and then the manager will reply to you Well , to each its own (when I was NOT happy with my advisor) Ridiculous! Not ever coming back! Lost one more customer who bought a car thru their shop. Adios

John Youssef did a great job helping us get a car for my wife. The process took less than an hour and since we wanted it to be a surprise, they even put a bow tie on the car and drove it to our business to present it to my wife. She was very happy! Very professional and easy to work with.

Fair warning! This is how they get a used car ready for purchase. I did not buy it in this condition. I must have missed the part where they had their fingers crossed behind their back because they wanted ME to pay to fix it. This felt like a buy here, pay here dealership and less like a luxury experience. Please consider buying elsewhere!!! This is not the caliber of MB! Do NOT expect them to fix anything for you before you leave.

While in Orlando on vacation we experienced an issue with our GLC43. MB of Orlando gave us a same day appointment to have the vehicle checked out, very impressive.Their assistant service manager Christian Vasquez was fantastic immediately running tests on the vehicle. I am a returning Mercedes Benz customer. Claudia Grazioli and Victor Miller provide me with a top tier Ritz Carlton level customer service experience every time. Claudia is fabulous at what she does, I purchased my first Benz (A-Class) with her back in 2021 and she successfully got me to purchase a brand new custom 2023 c-class with an AMG trim that we ordered specific to my wants and desires. Victor is brilliant and provides the utmost valuable service when it comes down to the money. This is my second Benz and definitely not my last. I recommend Victor and Claudia to all of my friends, colleagues (including my boss), and family members. The way in which Claudia and Victor interact with me and get me what I want is priceless. I am a VERY happy customer and will always come back to Mercedes because of Claudia and Victor. 10/10 Top Tier experience.

Highly suggestion buying your car from this dealership! Our salesman was Cartlon Small and he is the man to ask for! He has a great personality, very knowledgeable, genuine and works hard to find you your dream car! He would not let me settle and only cared that I felt 100% about the car! When we were ready to sign the documents we met, Virginia, who was very knowledgeable and got us out of her office in 15 minutes! Altogether, it was a seamless process and we look forward to working with them again in the future :)

my husband got an oil change on my truck it's a GLE 350 2024 .and had an appt at 1pm left at 5pm. the same day a light came on stating Engine Oil level . Reduce oil level. how does that make any sense if you have competent employee. I brought it back the next day the service manager corrected it and says the gage machine level is not working properly and I am not the only person who had this problem, so now he knows . he has to order a new one so he used regular bottles to make sure the level is correct this time. I am stating this for the record because this can mess up other areas of your vehicle down the road and then you are going to hear they have nothing to do with it. Also please get documenting to support

Worst experience I've ever had with a Mercedes-Benz dealership. They sold me a vehicle with an open safety recall for the seat belt locking mechanism and defective driver side airbags. I only found out after I checked the carfax and drove the vehicle away. This was my own fault for believing the sell manager who claimed to be a fellow veteran and told me that his mechanics had checked and serviced the vehicle. The sell manager put in writing that he was going to change my windshield. I have called him 4 times and left him messages to no avail. He has never even returned my calls. It's going to be about 2 weeks now since I bought the vehicle. Might have to file a lawsuit and also file a complaint with BBB.

I had a 9:00 appointment and I arrived and the service advisor greeted me and showed me to the waiting area. He was very professional when he briefed me on the details of my service. The service took about 90 minutes and the technician sent me a video so I could see the service for myself. When the service was complete they washed my car and brought it back to me. I signed the paperwork and was on my way.

I came in a day earlier than my appointment date. However, the staff did not turn me away. I really love the complementary car wash. Rafael is the man. He's very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. This is my first visit since I moved to Orlando and will continue to take my glc long as I'm in Orlando.

I recently visited this Mercedes of Orlando maintenance department, and was assigned to Mike Shattuck as my Service Advisor for the first time to handle a Recall item on my 2003 SL500. Mike handled this matter in a courteous and excellent manner within 24 hours.

Thank you so much MB-Orlando! I really am going to love my Audi A6! Special thanks to my salesman, Abdullah Mahmoud, for being so genuine, honest, knowledgeable of the vehicle and so patient. Yes, I had a bad experience before I came to this dealership and it made me not to move forward with the purchase at first, but because of Abdullah s kindness and humble spirit, I couldn t walk away days later and not give him the sale he deserves! I flew all the way back from Ohio (the 2nd time) to make my purchase in person, and Abdullah was so worth it! I hope he gets promoted one day for his work and labor as a car salesman.
