I brought 2 new tires and senaors with me amd had these guys put them on. The first problem was they put my tire on backwards. I went back and left my car with them for several hours and when they called me to come pick it up, I gpt there and the tire was completely flat. They said it was my sensor, supposedly fixed it and sent me on my way. The next day my tire was flat again along with the other tire. I brought it back and was told that again it was the sensor and the other was due to my rim being dented. They said they put bead sealer on the other tire. 2 weeks later my car began riding rough. We removed the tire and it is completely ruined from their "expert technicians ". They are absolutely the WORST tire shop I've ever dealt with. Not to mention the fact that they are severely overpriced for their terrible work! I wouldn't send my worst enemy here!

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out in no time. Prices were reasonable too,although I was caught off guard by the shop supplies and the other hidden fees. Overall I was satisfied with the tires and the services.

The guy that took care of me was great ...The woman up front was kinda rude or just didn't know how to communicate. But otherwise,it was okay.

These good ole boys saved us!!!! We blew a tire going home to Texas and they were the only shop open, quick , efficient and had the tire in stock. Awesome service we even stayed in the car while my 2 year old son with autism slept. I prayed we would find good people to help us and god answered. Thank you to everyone at that shop they all had a hand in getting us back on the road home to Texas. Bless these men and the work they do. You have no idea how helpless you are stranded on 1-10 with your kids I was terrified. 10 stars Service: Tires

I appreciated that they were able to accommodate me late in the day. They were truthful about my situation. They didn't have the tire I wanted though. I took a lower grade tire but so far are happy with them. They only carry a few different types of tires

We were stranded on the side of the road in a ram 2500 with size 35 tires and no spare. Halls came to our rescue with a used tire and saved the day. With quick service for the what happened. The price was very reasonable. Good old hospitality! How to come by these days.Service: TiresService: Tires

Awesome group of people.We needed a quick plug on our way to Dallas and this was the first place we found. They were closing up shop as we arrived but everyone in the shop jumped in to get us taken care of quickly so we could hit the road again. Thanks again y all!

Went in for oil change thay had skinny black guy do it the under side of my truck looks a oil bomb went off. oily hand prints on door handle and on side of door thay need to let just change tires

Absolutely ridiculous to make someone wait 5-6 HOURS for something so incredibly basic, got there at open and watched person after person come in after and get serviced. Even when yall were told we had to get to work ASAP continue to take other people first. I guess when your friends with the employees you get served before anyone else does.

Service was amazing! They fixed my flat tire promptly. They were super friendly and casual yet professional. And their prices are great! Hopefully, nothing else goes wrong with my car, but if it does, I will definitely come here again :)Edit: well, something did go wrong again, lol. I got a bolt stuck in the tread of my tire. They quickly patched it and sent me on my way. Still, very friendly and professional, and affordable! Thank you again :)

Literally, I have NEVER been treated this nicely at an auto shop. These guys give you a warm welcome, fantastic prices, and great quality work. I drove from Miami to Madison and thought it may be a good idea to get my tires changed before I made the drive back to Miami. They came through clutch! Love y all! Keep up the great work you are an asset to your city and to travelers. I saw them treat an older lady with the utmost respect and you could tell they cared for her safety and that she understood everything she needed to know about the repair done on her car. I can t say enough. THANKS BOYS!!! (And girls, the lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful to customers as well)

My daughter and I had a blowout while traveling on I 10 and came in on a Friday afternoon right before close to get a tire. Great service, reasonable price. Replaced the fuel pump on my diesel truck. They even recommend a better way to route the fuel lines for the same price as their original estimate! Very knowledgeable. Very fast, even though they were very busy. I highly recommend this repair shop.

These folks MADE my day! Professional and kind... and impressively patient with a yankee like myself. I even learned a good bit about tires!They are efficient. I was impressed how quickly my new tires arrived... I was not even ready to come in when I got the call and I was supposed to be the one tight on time. Great shop.

I had been to three different tire shops about a vibration my truck had. Mr. Daryll took the time to listen to my story personally, and him and his crew diagnosed my problem and fixed it 100%. Excellent customer service and great pricing. I'm ecstatic that this company fixed what 3 other shops failed to fix. Thank you Hall's tire and Muffler!!

I came in right before they closed on a holiday weekend and the entire staff was so pleasant. I'm a single mom new to the area and needed a tire due to a flat. I was accommodated and treated so well.Best place I've been to in a long time. Tha is guys.

The office staff at this location is a flat out joke not only did I call confirm every detail possible so there wouldn't be any issues when I arrived not only did they not have what they said they did but made no effort to correct their error this place is not professional and if any of the mechanics that work there are I feel sorry for you Bub

Daryl, Jackson, Paul and the entire staff at Halls have never been anything but helpful and curious to me and my wife. They get the job done right the first time. They are competitive in their pricing and charge appropriately. They tackle jobs that a lot of garages in Madison will not. If your looking for quality and dependability for a fair price then go see Halls. If your looking for something for nothing then they are not for you

Hall's Tire & Muffler employees were friendly and helpful. Fast, courtious service and great prices. Blew a tire on our 4 horse trailer passing thru town and a local fellow told us about Hall's. We were so greatful!! Great job guys! :-)

I would like to thank Daryl, Paul and the rest of the family are Hall's Tires for honesty and good work. I was broke down 300 miles from my house and they gave me excellent service. Hands down for being a little town, best BUSINESS OF THE YEAR!!
