My Kubota L2502 was delivered this week and I was able to get some seat time this weekend. Absolutely love this tractor!!! Perfect size and power for what I need. Ask for Jeremy he was fantastic to deal with. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Crystal gets two thumbs up from me!!

Incredibly perfect experience buying my first tractor . I needed a small tractor to maintain my property and the staff at Crystal Tractor treated me as if I was buying the most expensive tractor they had. John Montgomery was extremely knowledgeable and worked with me to get my tractor setup with the accessories I needed. My tractor was delivered a couple days later as promised (about 40 miles away). John even came out as well to go over all of the features of the tractor with me, and offered welcomed advice about the tasks that I had planned for it.

Best place to come get any thing from a chainsaw to a tractor. Especially with the help of Jeremy Gray. He helped me get my 1st tractor just about a year ago, and man I love that thing. This man here needs a raise. Very very high recommendation

I'd like to take a moment to recognize the efforts of the folks at the Madison office and to say thank you.Stephanie, you went above and beyond to get my Gravely mower repaired and back to me. Thanks much.The mechanic (Josh, I think), did some excellent work. Here in modern times it's not often you find a skilled mechanic that'll go beyond what's required. Well done.Even the pick up and delivery drivers were courteous and polite. Last, a hearty thank you to Tyler McCoy for all his help and effort. You folks are the best.

I worked with Jeremy Gray at Crystal tractor of Madison and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mr. Gray was very knowledgeable. I wasn't planning on making this investment but after Mr. Gray starting talking with me about the RTV I just knew I had to have it. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the equipment and loved his personality and go getter attitude. I highly recommend Jeremy Gray as your dealer at Crystal Tractor of Madison FL

Tim Smith was outstanding!Extremely helpful, he had everything ready for me before i even arrived at the dealership!Other than a few hiccups by the lender, I had an overall awesome experience!!Tim is MOST DEFINITELY the dude to talk to when buying equipment!He is knowledgeable about his merchandise and very good at his job!!I highly recommend Crystal Tractor for ALL your power equipment needs!!

Just purchased a new Kubota tractor through internet sales with Tim and the process was excellent. Tim fielded all of my questions and assisted with picking the right model tractor for my farm. We handled everything over the phone and through email. After the purchase, Tim had the tractor delivered to my home and has been great with any questions I ve had after the sale. Would rate my experience 10 out of 10. Thanks Tim!

We just bought a new CF MOTO UFORCE 1000. Our sales representative Tim Smith was fantastic! We ordered exactly what we wanted and it was delivered and assembled by them. The entire process was a pleasure. Thank you Tim for taking the time to show us several different models and options, until we found the right 1. The 1000 comes loaded with all the extras we were looking for, at no additional cost! And we love the new weed-eater too.

I bought a gravely zt zl 60 zero turn mower a few weeks ago the process was very quick and easy. Tim helped me choose the right one for my need. I cut the grass on Saturday and I love it, it's perfect. Thanks Tim for your help and experience

I called "everywhere" trying to put together the package I wanted - tractor + loader + backhoe + belly mower. I was also back and forth on whether to go with the BX23S, B2601, or LX2610. In the end, Tim and Crystal Tractor in Madison came through for me with the B2601. It wasn't without some hiccups, but in this day and age and with the complexity of Kubota's lineup, I accept that is part of the process, and what you want is someone who's going to tell it like it is, and stick with you. That was Tim. A LOT of emails. Tons of questions answered. Multiple calls. He was great. On pickup day, the store manager Chris got things ready to go, and the tech who put my tractor together, Cowboy, walked us through it front to back and got us on the road...even helping my father-in-law with a maintenance job on his pickup. As you can tell, I'm a fan. It was a major purchase, and this team was great.

Spoke to a man named Mike today on the phone about my tractor and the service it was supposed to receive. He was very down to Earth and very friendly over the phone. When I came in to pick it up, he greeted me and explained everything to me about what was done and what may need to be done in the future. I will be back 100 times over!

Purchased a Kubota BX23s and a Gravely ZtHD over the phone. They emailed the documents and deal was closed in a couple of days. They delivered it and all is good. Pleasure to do business with. Communication was great. Just ask for Tim.

Ya'll be careful. I was quoted $515.00 for a service on a 52" gravely. Oil change, filter, fuel filter (not even an air filter), deck belt and blades. Excuse was parts prices. I got online and ordered everything, from Ariens/Gravely, for less than $90.00 with free shipping.

Service was great but they didn't have everything I wanted in store so it had to be ordered 60 cutter and grapple. Received cutter and it's great waiting on grapple backed ordered 6 months due to shipping and political issues not any fault of ts

Upon arrival the employees were very distant and horrible customer service. Seem like they didn't even want to be there. I've never experienced such unenthusiasm from a dealership. Was told our bushhog we ordered was gonna be delivered yesterday and wasn't even there, even called the store it was being delivered from and they have no idea, this dealership called back, now it will be supposedly delivered tuesday.... not very happy with their demeanor, attitudes, etc.

Hunter was great at sales however service department definitely not that good, bought a skidsteer, it was inspected had to go 2 times for repairs kept finding issues

Was greeted at the door with a welcoming manner, super nice and friendly parts counter people, sales reps and staff. Quick service well knowledgeable on parts and equipment. Got me what I needed and I was on my way.
