I was heading home on military leave and my front right tire went flat while driving to Florida from North Carolina. The tow truck dropped my care in the Walmart auto care parked lot at 3am. I waited until the auto care center opened and when they did they we're nothing but helpful. They were extremely professional and they knew exactly what to do. They also caught that my left side front tire was starting to separate luckily i got that tire previously from Walmart and purchased their cheap hazard warranty. I walked away with two brand new front tires after labor for less than $300 after taxes and hazard warranty. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME

Only had one tire to fit my car and I needed four. None available online either. They didn't get my blown tire out of trunk and forced open trunk to put doughnut in trunk so I had to duck tape trunk shut cause seal is bad. They usually check air in other tires but when I got home I realized that wasn't done and one was almost flat.

I asked for tire rotation and was charged $12 for them to balance a tire.. I thought when u buy a brand new tire and they put on your rim they have to balance it? Needless to say I didn't get tires rotated.

Rhonda is very rude and miserable. I walked in the door and was greeted with its a two hour wait as she snarled at me. I said well can I come up and talk to you. Which went no where. I have been trying to get my tires done for 5 days and kept getting turned away I had to buy my tires and take them else where to have them put on. If I didn t have to order my tires I would have bought them else where. They don t offer appointments which is stupid. If your THAT BUSY appointments just make sense. Considering the cashier is the one that sets the tone for the business and the wait it probably should be someone nice and understanding not miserable and unhappy she set the tone and my energy matched her I was unhappy and miserable having to deal with her.Service: Tires

I hope I've learned not to go there again. They couldn't take out the plug of a friend's car for oil change. They claimed my car was leaking oil when it wasn't. They are unbusy one moment then too busy to help me. But the worst is several times they've been rude to me. I'm sure most of the times, they're ok. I'm just tired of their attitude and hopefully I won't go back there again and wait till I get into town (Jax).

They are so helpful and so kind! Both brights, one headlight, one brake and tail light all out. The were so helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Quick, kind, and patient. Honestly love coming here. Oil change, all my lights, wipers and air filter all changed with in a hour in a half with two people in front of me. Couldn t be more grateful.Services: Wiper blade installation, Oil change

It's a hard no for me ever again. Had a tire put on and it's not even balanced right and no I'm not bringing it back I'll go somewhere else and pay for it. Atleast I know it will get done right. On top of that they forced my driver side window down and left deep scratches in my window. Never again

Two stars for the price of tire only, great deal on that.However, I brought in a loose wheel off my wife's truck with custom rims, I didn't think I would have to tell them to not gouge the hell out of it. I was wrong, they badly tore up a $600 rim so no, I will NOT be going back.

I called ahead to check if they had my battery. They confirmed they had it. I drove an hour there and waited two more hours just to learn they were wrong and didn't have my battery, then I drove home and my car died that night.

Came to get an oil change at 2pm, pulled up to one of the bay doors and was approached by a gentleman who was leisurely smoking a cigarette in one of the bay door lines, he then approached and asked what we needed done. I replied with an oil change, he then laughed and told me to get in line and pointed out to the parking lot where several other vehicles were waiting apparently for oil changes and tires, he also added that this is the way it's been since before lunch. So you mean to tell me you have one vehicle in the bay and everyone else waiting in the parking lot, doesn't look like this walmart has very good time management, I'll continue to go to brannan field where we wait at most 30 minutes for our oil change to be complete.

You have to watch them. I don't know that they run cars long enough prior to draining the oil in order to do a proper oil change. I had them put mobile 1 synthetic in my wife's car and when I checked the oil after they were done it looked like mobile 1 that was months old. They either did not change the oil or did not get the old oil fully drained.

I'm an ASE certified technician 4 ASE 5 if you count the general maintenance junk. I showed up 30 minutes before closing with a leaking valve stem. I said give me 4 of your best with all the fixins. (Country talk) when they gave me my keys I inspected the tires and found that the driver rear tire had a damaged side wall. But it wasn't leaking so i decided to address it the next day. However I went 5 miles away from Walmart and the low tire pressure warning light came on. Because they did not replace the valve stems. I had to install my spare tire to protect the new tire. $566.00 for 4 new tires from Walmart. They also told me that the damaged tire they put on my car was covered under the road hazard warranty that I purchased and that if didn't have road hazard warranty that I would have to pay for another tire." A good shop. Is a shop that you only have to take your vehicle to once. But will pay for it!". FORD master technician and Ford engineer Len S.

They always come up with some sort of reason they can't or won't work on your car or have what you need. "we're closing in two hours and can't change oil" or "I know it says we have those tires online, but we're holding them for someone else" and on and on it goes. They need management that isn't from Macclenny.

I wouldn't even give one star ..well while i was getting set up to change out a tire ..a customer had their car towed back because they forgot to put the oil plug back in on an oil change ..wasted my time then told me my rim was to rusty after having the other tire changed at a different location. And driving on the tire that blew out for 1hr 30 min s ...do not take your car here ...tire here anything here

Bought tires a month ago and was having issues. Returned yesterday and spoke with Mgr Jared. Tires were switched out and customer service was excellent. After having used actual tire stores only in the past I will return to Walmart in Macclenny.

About a year ago, I took my car to get an oil change and they said that there was a leak and that they refused to touch it. I took it to jiffy lube and had no problem. A year later, I've just gotten a new car and took it in today for an oil change and they told me the same exact thing. Really thinking that that is what they tell people when they are too lazy to change the oil that day. Go to jiffy lube

Won't be buying any more tires from Walmart.......I purchased tires 6 months ago and one if them showed abnormal tread wear, they looked at it and said it was my fault for not rotating the tires......they're the only ones that has serviced the tires on my vehicle.....all to other tires were fine except the one.........why would I take my car to them and ask them to only rotate 3 tires and not all of them..........the manager tripped over his own words trying to explain why they weren't going to do anything about the situation..........they lost a loyal customer today.......

Absolutely love Rhonda...even though they were busy and the wait was long, she made it worth it...ive gotten alot of tires online and had them mounted and balanced here...this is by far the best dept in walmart..

The rechs were awesome, I felt sorry for the cashier nobody to help him the tlc manager knew he was going to need help, told him to call and he would be right there, twenty minutes later and a line of approximately six customers deep later he shows up.Very disappointed in the way tlc is operated.

Welp, nearly died after Walmart mounted and balanced 4 tires for me. Driving on the interstate when I lost control of my vehicle because the tire fell off? Thank god I have a lawyer since they have failed to take care of me. Oh and btw I had my kids were with me too. Maybe when your told you will be called back, you guys should actually do it, store manager is a joke, as well as the female in the automotive center. Lol

They broke a tire lug off and wouldn't fix it.. Charge for things they didn't do like new valve stems and rotation.. Over all Bubba Jordan was a very clear at explaining what happened..ty Bubba
