Mark, is excellent. Best RV service Ive ever had. It was cold, furnace wouldn t work. Mark, was busy but because it was cold he arrived right away. Removed and cleaned/repaired reinstalled and had our heat on. Very grateful. He checked a couple other things before he left and recommended I replace the gas regulator of which I did. He had the part and gave it to me at cost. Great guy, very personable.

Mark was AMAZING! He gave excellent next day service for us! My husband, Retired Army Col said I would hire him for anything he does and we will! We are selling our RV tomorrow and needed service & a once over before we hand over keys and he said let s get it sold . Highly recommend, he s quite a drive from us, but came on a Saturday!

We were just passing through Jacksonville heading to Florida and Mark was repairing an RV beside us: he was so friendly that I asked him if he could see from up top the neighbor's RV if we had a crack in the skylightWe left for a few hours and upon returning, there was a note :the crack had been sealed..Payment: " nothing...just write a review"It feels good to encounter such generosity and professionalism all wrapped in one.Plus now he is now trying to help us find a new cover... he is still in contact.This kind of work ethics is rare and so appreciated.

Mark was awesome! We were having an issue with our Onan generator. Mark walked my husband through what to check and trouble shoot right over the phone. Turns out we didn't need a service call after all, but if we ever do in the future, we will absolutely be calling Mark! Thanks again!

While traveling through Starke, Florida I discovered a leak on one of our valve stems on our class A motorhome. I contacted Mark at Sundowner RV Service and Transport and received first class service. He came out promptly to our location in a WalMart parking lot and took care of the issue in short order. We got back on the road with minimal fuss and delay. Mark knows his stuff. I highly recommend his services for your rv issues.

This was clearly the best service we have received for our RV repair. Mark was prompt, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he repair our inoperative slide but he pointed out several other issues which need attention. He saved the day! A+ quality.

Mark is a really good RV tech. Our RV auto jacks would not retract he drove to Suwannee Music Campground and repaired it. I would recommend him to anyone that needs RV repairs.
