Friendly polite techs work here. I was in and out in no time. Unlike other places, and I know this is a small thing,the Jiffy Lube sticker peels off without sticking too hard to your windshield and since mine has been tinted, it doesn t ruin my tint every time they change the oil and update the sticker. Other places have pulled the corner of my tint down when they change their stickers because of the glue.

I took my car for a simple oil change and when I got back in, I had several codes reading in my car including the check engine light. One of the employees was extremely argumentative and tried to say that it was already on, which it wasn t. They lifted my hood, unplugged some wires that shouldn t have been unplugged to change the oil and claimed they just didn t have a good connection. My son who was sitting in the passenger seat at the time told me the guy with the computer just cleared the codes so the lights went out. Fast forward to a couple days later and the check engine light is back on. I took it to a real mechanic but before I made it to him, it was over heating. Because they didn t reconnect the wires that didn t need to be disconnected for an oil change, it fired the circuit on my water pump. A $100 oil change has now cost me an additional $600. Thanks for that. I have now been told by several mechanics and other people who have used the services there that this isn t an uncommon experience with the jiffy lube causing damage to peoples cars.

Had a really great experience at Jiffy lube. This location is amazing!! In and out fast, no appt. Darrell provided best in class customer service. Cameron and Warden were also very helpful. Best deal in town!!! Ask about current deals and specials, military discount, etc!!!

A few months ago I was feeling lazy, so I went to Jiffy Lube in Macclenny to get my oil changed. I was surprised it was over one hundred dollars! So, yesterday I decided to do it myself and save over fifty dollars. Jiffy Lube put the drain plug and filter on so tight it took THREE PEOPLE to get them both loose! THEN I found out they had put the WRONG OIL FILTER on my vehicle!!They were very nice though.Service: Oil change

Stopped by for emergency oil change on my way to North Carolina. My vehicle had a noticeable leak. Sean, Jeff and Tyler were able to diagnose, fix, and have me back on the road in under an hour. I needed an oil change & gave them a call in the morning.They said I could come in anytime today. They had my synthetic oil in stock & were able to view my previous maintenance with Jiffy Lube.Santiago C & Joseph O. worked well together & let me stay in my car, as they worked but they also let me know what was going.I was also advised, which I DID NOT KNOW~that I could come in & have them top off my oil for free ~ if I thought I was low & they could check to see if I was - that was just really GREAT news ~This was definitely a great experience, they honored my coupon & it was an excellent experience! Darell, warden, and Cameron were excellent. Provided great customer service, made sure to explain everything they were doing to our car. My favorite part is that they got us in and out, it didn t take long to get an oil change and our tires rotated.

The Team at this location was exceptional. I stopped in due to a low tire, which turned into an oil change, drive] through service, and free trip inspection. They assisted me with my car, and taught me a few things as well. Darrell, Houston, Eric, and Greg were courteous. I will definitely recommend them.

Very friendly. After you've had your oil changed, and then run low... They will top your oil off up to 2 quarts for free. They will also tell you what your manufacturer recommends for your rotation, spark plug replacement, etc! Great place

Warden, Cameron, Darrell were amazing and very helpful. They got me in and out in record time! They changed my oil, battery, and tag light! All within 20 minutes! I m very glad I stopped in today to receive awesome service! Will definitely come back!

I was in a hurry, yet Darrell and joe were very helpful, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I went in for an oil change and Darrell saved me money by reminding me that my vehicle was not due for an oil change, but instead just needed to be topped-off, which is a free perk if you ve had your previous oil change with them. With that kind of service and honesty I ll definitely be back to purchase several of the vehicle services they offer when my next oil change is due

I love this jiffy lube. The gentleman are quite nice and respectful, they do a good job of checking your tires washing your windows and vacuuming out your engine compartment. I will definitely come back to this jiffy lube

Went to website for a roundabout price and to see about specials and/or coupons. Found a good deal I was interested in and printed everything out. Just drove up to business and got right in for service without waiting. Employees were all friendly and make you feel welcomed. First time ever I didn't do oil change myself and will more than likely continue to pay the little extra and have it done for me. Definitely will return to the Macclenny location and look into other services offered. Recommend this location to anyone looking for a good vehicle service.Service: Oil change

Great service, quick stop, prices ARE worth the service you get here. Haven t had a problem with these guys yet. I ve become a regular customer of almost 5months now and they reliably inform me of any maintenance, within their business perimeters, my vehicle might need either immediately or soon. They do free liquid top offs, excluding coolant, hassle free and I was out in a jiffy.

We stopped in for an oil change on our way to the beach. Mr. Darrell got us all checked in amd was so kind. Steven and Joe got us all set with a quick oil change. We didn't actually get to meet Joe, but Steven and Mr. Darrell were as nice as could be. Big thanks to the guys for getting us back on the road!

Mr. Darrell and Cameron were awesome! I went to Walmart and I was told that they had four people ahead of me however I looked at the base and they were empty! This truly frustrated me as it was short notice and Christmas Eve and I was on my way from Florida to Virginia! Luckily I called Jiffy lube and Mr. Darrell told me then I can come right in with no wait and he gave me an excellent price and I had great service provided very quickly! Thank you so much for making our holiday great and helping us travel safely!!

I have been to the Jiffy Lube twice this month for oil changes on vehicles and both times it was a great experience. We dealt with Sean both times, he is a great manager. Santi and Joe were also great to do business with. No excess selling, just good honest service. Jiffy Lube in Macclenny, Fl

I went in this morning to have my oil changed. I was met by Darrell and his smile. I have been here before, the previous employees were not nearly as welcoming. Under new management, I'm assuming. I called the previous day and gotten a quote on a oil change. And he charged me exactly what he said he was going to. They allowed me to stay in my vehicle which was super convenient. Darrell was very courteous and proffesional. He explain everything he was going to do for me. He offered other services that I wasn't interested at the time, but wasn't in any way pushy. Which is a relief. I come from a family of mechanics who are either retired or currently over worked during this COVID19 stuff & unavailable. Joe was the mechanic and he was super friendly. We even chatted a little. He told me exactly what he was going to do before he did it. I am very pleased with the overall service and price I received today. I believe I will be going back. I encourage you to try them out for yourselves!They went above & beyond in everything they did. I am extremely grateful and will encourage others to visit.

I will recommend anybody to come to Jiffy Lube for a oil change these guys are the best and they officially have my service.!!! Mr Darrell and Steven and Huston was super friendly. Darrell took the time to go into detail and explain the different types of oil that is best for my vehicle.

I came for a last minute oil change which was desperately needed as I went way over my mileage. The guys at Jiffy Lube Darrell, Houston and James were nothing but professional and took care of my daughter and I as we waited inside our car for our oil change.
