Very last minute did me and my wife had to buy a vehicle. We went to Burkins and we met Dale Herring where he sold me a vehicle in 2 hours, only 2 hours. He was very friendly and understand and explained everything to me that I needed to know in depth. The whole crew there, treated us as family congratulating us on our new vehicle like a red carpet was rolled out for us.I want to thank Dale for his amazing service and his quick actions to get us in a reliable vehicle but also something that we love. The dealership has a warm family like atmosphere I had purchased a previous car from them and they always remembered me. They made my trade in and purchase stress free and pleasant. Excellent customer service , always so friendly, I had to wait longer due to a recall but I was offered a ride to get lunch if needed.Al , in service always goes above & beyond to make sure I am happy when I leave. My salesman Paul, will still answer any questions I have even after buying my new vehicle & when I am at the dealership always makes sure he speaks & ask me how I am doing:) Everyone from the sales dept , service, cashiers , parts, mechanics are always so pleasant.

Bought a used truck from this dealership, lower miles and was a pretty clean truck from what I could see and thought. Got about 40 days into ownership and my rear main seal was leaking. Ari- my salesman sent me an email at the 60 day mark asking how everything was going I responded notifying him of a few issues but anyway, it s now been a few weeks (still within my 90 days) and he hasn t even returned my email. I m kind of disappointed thinking of the fact that I can t even get a response no matter which way it goes, rather they d be able to help or not. The stuff was respectful and treated me right but when it comes to avoiding my email about issues is where you lost me. They won t see my return of business on my next truck purchase.

Went to see about a car for my granddaughter. The dealership is an older one, but the staff are great. We had no problems deciding on the car and Justin, Paul, JD and Dustin made it happen and kept us engaged so that the time went by quickly. It was the best car buying experience I've had. We were in with her trade and on the road home in just over 2 hours. We left feeling like we'd just added to our family.

I really needed a new Vehicle so I went to Burkins Chevrolet in Macclenny Florida just too see what I would have too do to purchase one. My salesman Dale Herring was so so so helpful I went into this with some fear no doubt but!! he took that all away. Everyone made me feel so welcomed and like I have been going there for many years. Dale answered every question, solved every obstacle very quickly and was very patient with me. The experience was great. No high pressure sales tactics, like the ones in Jacksonville. I told them what I wanted and they were able to get it for me. Very accommodating. Love the laid back atmosphere.

Friendly service, They got us got in for an oil change the day I called, we needed one before heading to the keys. Close by the RV park we were staying at. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

We didn't plan on buying a truck today... However, the OUTSTANDING customer service from "Dale" Herring, the inventory stock that had EXACTLY what we were interested in and at a VERY fair price-point made this one of life's little unplanned pleasures. My wife got her Silverado and is "over the moon" with it. I'm glad you are our "hometown dealership", and again I am most impressed with the excellent experience doing business with Burkins! I had a scheduled oil change and mentioned to Al Davis that I was hearing a weird noise that sounded like it may be coming from the transmission. Al verified what I was hearing, and unfortunately the transmission needed to be replaced. He was very diligent in working with my extended warranty company to determine if the repairs were covered, answering all of their questions and walking the inspector through what was going on. Unfortunately the repair was denied, however Al bent over backwards to try and get it covered. Thank you Al, I truly appreciate all of your help!

I was looking for a car but wasn't sure what I was going to be able to get into. So I went to see Dale Herring at Burkins Chevy and the experience was awesome! He was patient and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything I was signing and doing. I left with a 2016 equinox and I couldn't be happier! Dale and the rest of the Burkins "family" were aweso.e! I really appreciate y'all! C'mon!

I drove 3.5 hours to buy my new truck here. David, my salesman, was awesome. He was able to switch out the cloth seats for leather before they closed, and the next morning, he got the truck bed liner sprayed and side bars installed. Great buying experience!

I found all the staff in the service center to helpful and kind. From staff striking up a conversation to informing me of the latest on my truck, all whom I interacted with were great.Oil change service was booked 2 days in advance. No delay once I arrived and was out in about an hour. No surprises on the invoice.All good here.

I paid 225 dollars for my car to be diagnosed and I got no diagnosis. I will be letting everyone I know to not use your store for service and have heard many story s of the same thing. I don t feel o should have been charged when I did not receive a diagnosis. I was not given what I paid for and what I was told I would get for 225 dollars

Excellent customer service!Smooth sales experience!Extremely happy with my purchase!Why only 2 stars?First oil change appointment and technician wrecked my truck.Their insurance as of 9/25/2020 is Sedgewick, google them, this is going to be a long battle that I shouldnt have to deal with.If you get serviced at this dealership I would beware, this could happen to you.7 days later and their insurance company finally called me after 15 calls and several voicemails. Stephanie the claims adjustor doesn't know her supervisor contact info, the corporate number and hung up on me. During the call she stated they do not do rental vehicles and is unaware if they will allow it or not. Ha, what a joke. Intentional delay of claim and potentially bad faith. You would think the opposite considering how pleasant my experience was with Burkins Chevrolet. With less than 4,000 miles I'm not happy considering.. Just eat the small loss and put me in a new truck, buy this one back and let's all move on. If you treat your customers as family then this is a no brainer.Don't buy from the big city dealers with big city insurance, buy from us we save with subpar insurance. Call me Larry so we can make this 2 star a 5.

Just went in for a recall for my airbag, but the service department was awesome. Very friendly, even though they were short staffed they still got me in and out pretty fast. I'll definitely be going back to get my actual services done.

I've purchased 2 - 4X4 Z71 trucks, a Blazer, and a Camaro from this dealership in the past 10 years and would never even considering going anywhere else because they are so fair on their pricing and even more so their service. I have all my vehicles serviced here. Both the sales portion of the dealership and the service department here are spot on and customer service driven. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership.
