I would have given this place a 5 star since their oil service is wonderful. But I went in last week for an oil change and had them repair my fire as well but didn't put the lug nut key back into the glove box. I went back to grease pro today and asked to repair my tire because there was another nail on my tire and the dealership didn't repair my tire like I asked. When I told them, I no longer have a lug nut key because I had them replaced yesterday since I couldn't find the key, the gentleman told me that they had the key and he found it today after I spent $263 to get the lug nuts replaced... Then I couldn't get my tire repaired because it's considered "non-repairable". I ended up leaving but wasn't offered a sorry just "yeah the other guy forgot to put it back"... I had to waste $263 just to find out that my key was not misplaced but they had it the whole time.

best oil change place around!! recommend this one to everyone around me when they mention they need to get one also, a young man named Ethan helped and honestly, best one there! he explained everything so well that helped me understand what i needed and helped my car sound ten times better. 10/10!

I've done business here for years. Until today they have always been helpful and considerate. Today the man doing the work was rude, lost my trust as if he had something to hide. I'll find another location or start doing the oil change myself! When I got home and checked, the dipstick was not fully in place.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

As always the service was quick, I didn t care for the gentleman who wanted to checked my lights and asked to me rev the engine to 2000 RPMs saying that means the number 20, right there like I was some stupid person. Then reached in to check the turn signals and light like I was stupid

Service as far as vehicle seemed good; however when I drove in no one said a word. How are you, how can I help you etc... I asked everyone ok. Employee just said getting your paper work together. Viren from the 23rd street store went out of his way to ensure I had top of the line service. Both my husband and I had bad experiences at the shop on Ohio Avenue near Popeyes Chicken on a previous visit. We were left to feel that we were inconvenientcingt them. We normally use the shop on 77 near Haney. My car takes a special oil and they were out so I went to the 23rd street store which was also out. They recommended I go to the store near Popeyes and I shared that I was not comfortable there and Viren agreed to meet me there and he did. I got great service.

Stripped plug when having oil changed. Had to go back 3 times & finally one of the guys was able to get the stripped plug undone. After 3 visits, over 3 hours each time & still had to pay $147 for an oil change. No very good customer service! When questioning the price tech told us we pay or he would call the police on us. Was only questioning and explained customer service which went over their head. Was their fault since they stripped the oil plug.

Technician failed to secure fuel line after replacing fuel filter and I barely made it back to location before my truck shut down. Then I had to go to a different location to get system reset and broken fuel filter replaced. Lost a significant amount of fuel and my truck smells like diesel. Probably won t use Grease Pro in the future.
