I had a great experience with them. Cheri is very kind and professional. I was able to bring my car and got it back fixed the same day for a reasonable price.Overall, their communication is very good and I will use their services again.

I don t leave a lot of reviews but they deserved one. Sherri, Rodrigo, and Jim are all so kind and easy to work with. After a rough patch with a used truck I got from a dealership that wouldn t help, they did their best to make the situation better. Price is affordable, work was completed timely and as I mentioned before the team is amazing. Would recommend 1000 times over.

I had stopped here about a year ago because I noticed my tire was almost flat. I asked them if I could get some air. They were very nice and pointed out I had a sound coming from my car. Discussed that issue with them. Anyhow fast forward and I needed a transmission flush on a different vehicle. I checked another place and they were actually cheaper. But cheaper is not always better. I want things done right. I trust them to do that. So I paid a little more here and have peace of mind the job was done right. I highly recommend willow bend.

Have been bringing my car to Linda and team at Willow Bend Automotive for 15 years and will continue to for the rest of my life. The whole experience from being greeted by Cheri as you walk in to the entire service team that sits to explain what's needed for your vehicle and answers your questions. I have been taking my car and my wife s car to willow bend for all my auto repairs for the past year now. The price is reasonable, service is excellent, and the waiting area is always super clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this repair shop for any of your auto repairs if you are in the land o lakes and Wesley chapel area.

New to the area. Previously went to my friend s garage for 20 years. Mustang needed rotors and pads. Great work and excellent follow up. Very fair rate. Highly recommend!!

I acquired a ZRod ,1980 Z28 Camaro modified roadster. It had a 350ci sb backed by a three speed transmission. I had it towed there because I was referred. Called to Linda and arranged for an appointment. Problem was no start. Carburetor was flooding out. Oil tank was getting fuel in it. Also wanted an alignment done. And choke installed and considered a safety check. Had installed a new carburetor on it but they found it also flooded out and has a sticky throttle. So we decided to rebuild the original Holley carburetor instead. Never got a call from Rodrigo unless I had Linda message him. Never received an estimate. But I finally got ahold of Rodrigo and said let's do whatever it takes. Rebuild or New. After over two weeks I received a call that it was ready for pickup. Called and arranged tow after I paid over $772.00..Which included a rebuild kit for over $118.00. The car was delivered and I drove it for two blocks before it shutdown. Flooded Again. Rodrigo and his mechanic and the owner sat down. Rodrigo and his mechanic said they rebuilt not overhauled the carburetor. On my bill it states it was rebuilt. That means that it was taken apart and all parts in the kit are replaced. Overhaul means you only replace the worn parts. They did neither. I took it to another shop and they replaced the carburetor with a new one. Adjusted and tightened the distributor (they WB had on my bill that they adjusted the timing). Changed the oil and filter as it had 1 1/2 qtrs of fuel in it. It has had no problems or issues since. Their bill came in at $375.00 . I bought my own carburetor and took it to them. I also sat in the waiting room and it took them half a day to repair. The owner of Willow bend gave me,$400 back. But after I thought about it. Where's my rebuild kit I paid for? I called and texted several times for the kit or the money. I'm going to have the original Holley carburetor rebuilt as a backup. I agree Linda's wonderful. Can't say that for Rodrigo or the mechanic..

I am writing to comment on my recent service at Willow Bend, who I have used for several years to service my vehicles.I was experiencing an issues with my A/C system regarding intermittent cooling, which in the peak of Florida Summer, was seen as a high priority issue to resolve.As always, Linda was able to quickly schedule a appt that afternoon, and I was able to discuss the symptoms with her and she relayed the details to her Team. The next morning I received a call from their (awesome) service manager - Rodrigo - who went through the diagnosis and walked me though my repair options - Honda Parts vs OEM Parts, etc. The repair was extensive, and Rodrigo was able to source and have the parts delivers that day. While the parts were being delivered, the vehicle was being prepared, so when they were received, they would be ready for immediate install. The vehicle was ready for pickup the next morning - a nearly 24 hour turn around!! I was really impressed.The service was remarkable and the cost was fair!Overall we were very impressed the the communication, the transparency in pricing, and the commitment to customer satisfaction.Linda, Donnie, and Rodrigo are great to work with, and Willow Bend will continue to be our service partner in the future.Highly recommend!!Service: A/C installation & repair

Just not a good experience - plain and simple. Sherry was extremely nice and tried her best to help me but it seems like Rodrigo, the shop manager who admittedly told me he is new to the industry, just does not know what he is doing and definitely is not good with conflict. While I can understand a busy shop on a Monday morning and having to sort things out, the lack of timely communication is at the root of most of these concerns. Sherry apologized over and over again but Rodrigo took a very different approach, "you need to understand"...not good in almost any customer service oriented situation. From my first in person interaction with Sherry at 8am after the car was towed to WBA the night before with a blown radiator hose (a $32 part plus some coolant) assuring me that the car would be addressed, to me having to call at 2:15pm for an update to a call back from Rodrigo at 5:14pm to tell me he had not even popped the hood to receiving an estimate from him shortly before 5:30pm (closing time) that was a $502 repair with a single hose being $89 and $50 of coolant, the whole thing was just not a good experience. Then I went to the shop to speak with Linda but she was not in which led to Sherry apologizing over and over again for the way it unfolded to a discussion with Rodrigo which was nothing more than a shifty, excuse ladened conversation which lacked continuity. Out of nowhere and ironically after I had declined the repair estimate, the repair estimate went from $502 the night before to $414 that morning but all of this without any sort of inspection or a reasonable explanation. I could go on about the interaction with Rodrigo but I trust you get the idea here. Sherry is lovely and apparently so is Linda but my experience with Rodrigo (who represented himself as the manager of WBA) was really, really bad. Think about it...I ended up towing my car a second time in 3 days because I had zero trust in what Rodrigo was saying, not to mention the fact that someone took it upon themselves to move the car from one side of their shop parking lot to the other while there was "zero" coolant in the system but nobody could explain to me why it was moved or who moved it...hmmmm. For reference, I had the repair completed at a trusted BMW specialist for less than $300. What's more disappointing is that I told both Sherry and Rodrigo that I would welcome a call from Linda so I could explain to her my experience but as of this review, a week later, I still have not heard from Linda. My friend told me that Sherry and Linda were very helpful, continually texted him with updates about the repairs to his daughter's car but for some reason, I did not even remotely have the same experience that he did. I can understand being busy on a Monday morning but when you tell a customer one thing and then the lack of timely and accurate communication becomes the norm during the customer experience, it is unacceptable on a multitude of levels. Disappointing and a waste of my time and money. For the next customer, if you don't have time for their business or don't want it, just tell them so they can make decisions accordingly but don't mislead them - that's just bad business.

I would not recommend this place to no one after I paid over $900 on a starter a little over a year ago. The starter was bad again. I was told the warranty was out since I went over then mileage. If they are charging that much for something the quality needs to meet that expectation too and it doesn t that left me with having to replace the starter again!! This place sucks!!

I took my car here because it was misdiagnosed and they repaired my car and told me everything that was going on. I highly recommend bringing your car to them. It was ready when they told me it would be and the price was fair. I will be bringing my vehicles here

I ve been a loyal customer of Willow Bend Automotive for over 10 years, but recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed. The quality of service has significantly declined. I ve had to return multiple times for the same issue, resulting in extra expenses that shouldn t have been necessary if the initial job was done correctly.To make matters worse, the manager s knowledge and communication seem unreliable. There were instances when he attempted to charge us for services we had recently completed with them. This inconsistency in service and communication has eroded our trust in this establishment.It s disheartening to say that, although we used to recommend Willow Bend Automotive to friends, we can no longer do so. The quality and reliability of service that kept us coming back for a decade is no longer present. We hope this feedback leads to improvements, but for now, we cannot trust or return to a place that has served us so well in the past but has lost its way.

I am so impressed and happy with the service at Willow Bend! I have a newer Mercedes, and needed an oil change and just a checkup. I called someone else to get an idea of what a 50k checkup included & was told (in part) new spark plugs. When I called Willow Bend for an appointment for just an oil change I mentioned the spark plugs - they told me they don't need to be replaced until 90k. They did a thorough check on the SUV & told me everything was in great shape (including the air & cabin filters)! They will be my mechanic for anything I need done. I would recommend them for any automotive need

Myself and my entire family have been using Willow Bend Automotive services for about 25 years. They give good advice and charging a fair price on our automotive needs. He will only do what you need or what you have asked for. Many of my extended family and friends also use Willow Bend Automotive. None of us have had any problems or complaints with their automotive skills and knowledge. I have also informed strangers to the area to find them if they need help. I strongly suggest that you use their services.

I had to have my car towed when the computer went crazy and wouldn't let it start. They looked at it right away, found out the problem was not the computer panel, but a bad battery. They took care of it immediately, and I had my car back in a few hours. As a retired widow, it's nice to find honest, kind people who go out of their way to help you. I will continue to take my car there for all my automotive needs.

Our warranty ended with Volvo and the sharks came out. I m back to Willow Bend Automotive now with that car for great service like I have been getting from them on our Toyota. Very good experience. Assessed our older minivan and recommended repairs without pressuring for unneeded work. Completed work is solid, secure, and makes the van drive like a much newer vehicle. My impression is of a trustworthy shop that does solid work. Worked with Donnie to rebuild my 1975 MGB over a couple month period. He was great, kept me informed on what was going on and his crew did a great literall rebuild the suspension, brakes, steering, and engine. I now have my dream car that is dependable.
