Overall, very pleased with the experience! Booking my appt. online was easy and I also received an appointment confirmation call from Chris at the store shortly after booking my appt. He verified my vehicle and contact info over the phone, which was great! My service appointment was taken close to the preset appt. time. The oil change and tire rotation service were confirmed along with the total price before the work was started. The work was completed in approx. 1 hr. and 15 min. So, overall, I would say pretty darn smooth process and also done at a lower cost than most of the nearby competitors. Thank you, Chris and Tech Brandon for a very good experience and I will be back!

I recently had my car serviced there without an appointment, two front tires and an alignment staff was very courteous and accommodating. I will definitely take my cars there in the future for additional service. Travis and staff were great.

I had my tire replaced here a few months ago. The process went smooth and quick, and they were very helpful during all of it. Recently, I took my car in to get the hear shield fixed since it had started to hang down. Unfortunately, I forgot to get his name, but the gentleman with the pretty eyes (you ll know when you see him) was super helpful during that process as well. Major thanks to everyone at TiresPlus.

The person who worked on my vehicle (Julia) was very pleasant and understanding of my situation.I made the mistake of ordering tires online (just done do it people, they have no idea how to handle) and paid. Their website said that it was hold and I would be charged once the work was completed. When I dropped the car off I was assured it wouldn't be a problem to tender another payment option because I did not want the original card charged.So, you know, great work, not unhappy about that.... but when I go pay the person had NO idea how to handle this. I got frustrated and just said I just wont use them any more (and I never will regardless of the outcome).When I got home I called the national number. Of course, they couldn't do anything either. They had no option to deal with online orders (well, who does in this organization?). I would wait for somebody named David to call me to resolve the issue. Apparently this is an Area Manager where they don't give out full names or contact information, which I get to a certain extent. But, I will be surprised if I am ever contacted by this person.I guess my thoughts are this: You told me I could change payment methods. When I tried you had no idea what you were doing. You could've called somebody. You could've cancelled the invoice and wrote a new one (yeah, shouldn't that be somewhat easy?). No, you basically force me to do the one thing I didn't want to do.On top of that, my order amount due was different. They could figure out that.......

Always friendly, helpful and work to please the loyal long term customer. My family and I have been customers at the Lutz location for the last 9 years and in St Petersburg before that. They ve always be trustworthy and thorough, polite and reasonable. I would highly recommend and always trusted their judgement especially since Mike became Manager and Kris runs the desk.

Made a appt for 2 pm my car didn t get taken in till almost 4 pm this was the tire they put on my car not sure what all the white marks are on the tire

It took 5 hours to rotate and align tires and do an AC check. AC was worse leaving than it was going in. According to the other AC place I took my car after, all the refrigerant was removed.

Service is terrible and attitudes are even worse. I had a 10am appointment that they changed to 11am without notifying me. When I asked about it, I was rudely told to check my email that I would have been sent something telling me to call before I come in. I check my email every morning and never got notified the appointment had been changed.I'll never bother with these jerks again for any of our cars. Looking through the reviews I see it's a common theme with this place, they do not honor your appointment time.

HORRIBLE service. first. didn t order my tires correctly. then, set appt for the next day. guess what. didn t order tires. again. set another appt. and told them i didn t want to wait. They said woukd get me in right away, and to come up. Well, sat in lobby for hours before i said screw it and left. Kris at the front has no care and zero urgency. GO ELSEWHERE!! you we re warned.Service: Tires

I arrived at 11:55 for my 12:00 appointment. At 12:35 my car had not been moved from it's parking spot, so I asked how much longer it would be. I was told that the customer prior to my appointment was upsold some services and as soon as he finished up with that he would get to me. I waited until 1:10 and my car was still in the parking lot so I got my keys back and left.

Professional, friendly, honest and helpful! I have been to other tires plus s but it was my first time to this one since moving. Also, they had applied any and all applicable coupons to my work being done without me even asking. I appreciate they looked out for my interests and took great care of me. I definitely recommend them!

Repaired a tire for me and mounted it for free. Some kind of hazard warranty I hadn't even known I had! Great to know I wasn't being taken advantage of. The lobby floor could use a good mopping, but I wouldn't expect anything different for a car shop.

So, it was early Sunday afternoon. I had a flat tire. I physically put the the spare on and drove my car there. They fixed the tire, I had to ask them to install it, and several hours later, it was flat. Thanks! I have to go to work tomorrow and possibly deal with a flat for several days, maybe a week, before I can actually get it fixed. F UService: Tires

I ve been coming here for pretty much for everything. I always received great service. The staff is so patient and helpful even if you call to get a price for a service. Never pushy but helpful and professional. I brought my vehicle thinking it s going to be a major problem and of course major bill to cover but they told me it was very simple fix & charge me accordingly. Trust me I ve been in a lot of places where they take advantage of you and tell you mile long list of stuff that is wrong with your car. I highly recommend the lutz location because they have great staff.Chris was helpful and professional when I had repairs needed Today I had a chance to work with Travis for tires and he took his time on the phone when I asked pricing & emailed me right away.Few minutes later he called and told me that I don t have to wait few days to get the ordered tires he can just install different brand tires. Brought my sons car here after an accident. Needed new tires and couple wheels. Took them 2 days to even contact me back and I was able to find new wheels and tires and put them on after hours but wanted the tires at least replaced since the ones we replaced with were older. So I left the car. I wanted an alignment and tires. My husband and I both explained to the employee that we didn t want the same kind of tires on the car (the ones on were z rated tires for fast cars), didn t want the most expensive but not the cheapest. They called the next day and said one of the struts were bent and they could do the alinement but it would be better if that was fixed first. Decided to pay for the tires and take the car for a second opinion. Took car and replaced the struts for $200 just to find out they weren t bent and noticed when changing the struts that they went against what we asked and put z tires on the car and high priced tires. I will never go back here after this experience. I do not trust this company. They did not listen at all and tried to over charge us. Very disappointed.

The only place I'll go for tires or tire service. There are plenty of choices around here but Travis, Mike and the rest of the team are always courteous, informed, polite and helpful. There's a reason it can be hard to get an appointment here and fairly easy to get one across the street at Tire Kingdom. This place is just better because they hire more mature staff.

Had to make an emergency stop because my tire was about to pop at the start of a long drive, about 35/40 minutes before they closed. They got me in, tire replaced, and back on the road. Not only that, but they were very nice and calmed me down as I was very shook up. Highly recommend travis.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went here for a nail in my back tire. With an appointment it took over an hour to patch one tire. Checking out and they tell me the battery failed the test. Brought the car to the dealership service department the next day and they looked over and tested the battery and it was perfectly fine. They lost my trust and my business. BUYER BEWARE!!Services: Tires, Oil change

The plug in my tire started to leak. I m headed out for a road trip the next day. They said to bring it by and leave it and they d get it in. That they did, they were going to re plug it but recommended a new one which they had and put on for me quickly. I m very happy with my service and confident on my road trip with a new tire. Gabriel was awesome with a great attitude, I ll be bringing my wife s car soon.Service: Tires

Gabriel provided excellent customer service. (And I showed up in there with 2 loud 6 yo girls) Nothing sneaky or trying to get extra sales! He even allowed us to order in our own tire so it would match and then they just charge you the install fee. What a great option! Got to have all the shoes matching! Quick, kind, and efficient!

This place is still terrible. I tried to give this place another chance, but I shouldn't have. Needed a tire patched, made an appointment at 10am showed up early. It is now 1055am an my vehicle still hasn't moved. There's one other guy here. Not sure what repairs other people are getting, but this place definitely hasn't changed. If you decide to take your chances don't expect to get professional speedy service. Read the reviews and just stay away. Dealer service centers may cost more but at least you can get a loaner car if it gonna be a all day job.

Don't waste your time requesting an appointment online, they will just confirm and change the day on you. This has happened to us 4 times! I requested an appointment for today 10/10 @ 10am. I received confirmation for 12:00 instead. No big deal. Until we showed up on 10/10 @ 12:00 and were told our appointment is for Monday 10/11 @ 12:00!!! Why would I want my appointment on a Monday when we have to work! The "service manager" Dayton or Dalton, whatever he said his name was, says don't use the online scheduling because it's not accurate. We'll then DON'T OFFER MAKING APPOINTMENTS ONLINE! How about you make it where you can't select an appointment for that day if you have no availability. Let's not forget about the time we dropped off our truck to have an oil change done and told them we needed to pick it up before they closed, as my husband uses his truck for work. Well no phone call and they just closed and left our truck locked up over night. That is terrible customer service. We have spent a lot of money here. We will never use Tires Plus again. We will pay off our credit card and cut it up!!! There was only 1 person waiting in the waiting area and all the workers were standing together in the bay. They could have helped us today but I guess they didn't think 4 new tires and an oil change was worth it. Let's not forget about the "lifetime allignment" we paid for that they NEVER honor because someone isn't working that can do it!!! You have lost a customer in us.
