I've been coming to this location for years, and every time I do its a pleasure. I've been lucky to work with Bob at the front. He's always professional, courteous and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. I was in a jam because Tesla service couldn't seem to get my tires off the rims in order for my tires to be replaced... I called Bob and he had the tires ordered that I needed and next day was able to fit me in to the schedule. I highly recommend this location, and ask for Bob he's fantastic!Thanks guys!

I have been a loyal customer here for over 10 years, but since Steve is no longer here, I will stop bring my vehicles here. I gave them one last chance I called to check for tires and was told we have them in stock but they can t be installed until tomorrow and they opened at nine.I came to the shop at 9:30 and was told I doubt we can get to you today, you ll have to come back tomorrow.

When I tell you I received the absolutely best service ever at a tire shop. Brian is a Super Hero he was professional and attentive to my every need and gave me the up most respect. He treated me like my needs was his own needs. Thank you so much for have employees that are willing to go the extra mile. They all was very professional but Brian stood out the most because I called spoke to him on the phone and it was 1st impression my grandma always said 1st impression is lasting impression. I'll definitely will be back. I was going to Mavis literally was at there doorstep but didn't get the "yes this is where I want to blget a tire at so I saw your company made a call and it's was exactly where I wanted to go. Thank you again. See u all in the near future and oh yeah I'll definitely spread the word

Horrible customer service. Went in there and explained I needed a tire for repair, the big old huge white guy behind the corner looked at me and said they didn t have a tire. I asked why did he say he didn t ask what tire size or the make or model? I don t how the conversation turned but then he tried telling me he was a retired cop from New York. After I insisted he had the tire in the lobby, he still refused to help me. Awful place to do business. I suggest using another establishment that honors their veterans and locals! If I could give a zero I would. One of the worst public shops I have ever tried to shop at!

I needed a flat tire repaired on short notice before a trip I had planned. I dropped the tire off at closing and they had it fixed by 8:00 the next morning. Service was excellent.

I had a place in S. Florida which was the only place I trusted for years, but I recently moved and had to go somewhere new. I was very hesitant but I must say that I have gone to this Tire Choice twice now, once for an oil change and once for all new tires, and I was pleasantly surprised. There was some miscommunication with how long both services would take, as it was over an hour longer than stated for each service, but the staff was very polite, I didn't feel pressured to take services that I didn't want, and I have to say that my 2018 vehicle is driving much better then it has in a while. I am very happy with the services and the customer service that I received from Tire Choice and will definitely be back in the future!

Man! Talk about great customer service and a good work environment! Woke up to a flat tire, 37x12.5, took it to 6 different shops lookin to get it patched, everyone was booked up, but so was Tire choice and they made time for me and got it fixed, in and out in 30 minutes or less! But what I appreciated the most was the camaraderie between the employees and their good attitudes, you don t see that too often at shops like this. I almost wanted to stay and hang out haha. Even though this place is out of the way, I ll make the trip for this type of experience at a shop anytime.

I am a single mom and I literally use Tire Choice for EVERYTHING!!!!! They have NEVER LET ME DOWN!!!!!! I was just a Publix in Sunlake on State Road 54 and got in my car and it would not start!!!! I immediately called them and they came over and gave my car a jump. They don t normally do that if you are off campus but thank The Lord I was near. I just wanted to give a shout out to an amazing team for coming to my rescue!!! I always go to them for my tires as well!!! And I have never had any trouble with them!!!! They are honest and will do you right!!! Thanks to Bob and the team for all your help and steadfast honest service!!! Love u guys!!!!!

Came in very close to closing time and they were slammed with flat tire jobs. Bob still made time for me and checked all my tire pressures right away because my tire pressure monitor light turned on and filled up the one that was low. He didn t even ask for payment! Will be coming here for all my tire needs as I had a great experience in the past with them as well when patching my wife s tire. Consistently do great work. Highly recommend!

The manager Brian provided the best customer service I have received from any auto repair shop I have been to. He was able to help me quickly and efficiently with no hassles. Cory the store manager also helped out and I will definitely be coming back for all my tire repair needs.

I had an outstanding experience with Tire Choice! Assistant Manager, Brian, and Store Manager, Corey, went above and beyond to address and correct issues without any hesitation, and they have been incredibly responsive with communication. From the moment I reached out with questions, they have been friendly, patient, and made me feel valued as a customer. It's rare to find such a high level of service these days, and I highly recommend working with Brian and Corey! Thank you for making my experience so smooth and enjoyable!

Had such a positive experience here this morning, all thanks to Sean! Called early this morning about a nail in my tire, was able to come in at the time he suggested, got my tired checked/taken care of, and out in less than half an hour.While waiting, Sean came in and gave us waiting a pair of glasses to see the solar eclipse outside. Such an awesome person and great customer service.When I need a full set of tires, I will be back!

So this is the second time this place failed me, shame on me I guess. I called them and asked if they could look at the horn on my vehicle. They politely told me if I could bring the vehicle in tomorrow morning, 12/6, at 7:30 when they open they can get right on it as they are finishing up a vehicle this afternoon, 12.5. Ok perfect, I get there at 7:30, guy takes the keys and off I go. He said give me a couple hours and we should have it all done. I called at 10:30, 3 hours after my drop off and he said we are about to pull it in ok. Call back an hour and half later, again the HORN is all it was, and Brian was extremely rude and said I have nothing more to tell you. I asked so it hasn t been looked at yet? He said I have nothing more to tell you. So I went and picked it up and they never even moved it or looked at it. Last time I try with this place, I don t get the attitude. If you don t have time to look then tell me that and I ll go somewhere else. Terrible business.

HORRIBLE experience!!! I would give 0 stars!Corey and Brian , terrible service.Left the cabin air filter compartment opened and contents of glove compartment all over the place.Replaced four tires and left grease/dirt all over the tires and rims. Over inflated three tires to 39 psi and one the 34 psi. Directly in the tire PSI max 34. Had to go back three to get them to finish the job and responded with negative attitude.Never again. That s what you get for trying to support the around the corner shop.

Hi all!I want to share my experience:I installed 4 new Michelin tires at this service. Everything was fine up to 60 mph. At higher speeds, the steering wheel began to vibrate. It seems to me that the problem was in the wheel calibration.After additional calibration at the service, the problem did not completely disappear. As a result, they changed one problematic wheel... but the problem remained (The problem turned out to be a manufacturing defect... yes, this happens with tires too!As a result, after 2-3 weeks we changed all 4 tires to more expensive ones - free of charge)I want to express my gratitude to the entire team, especially Brian and Cory!Thank you for the high level of service!!! I will be your client forever ;)

After a horrible experience with Tire Rack mobile installation, the fellas at Tires Choice saved the day! George took the call and was amazing from the start but as soon as I met Corey and Brian, I knew I went to the right place. Brought my car in last minute after I had Tire Rack ship them there instead of the mobile deal and they were able to get my car in immediately and out within 2 hours! Honest, personable, and reliable!

Waited around 6 hours for two tires, which nearly got me fired from my job. Staff's attitude signaled they had better things to do.Asked to have all wheel locks removed, but tech only took out the two front ones when he replaced the front tires.Instead of replacing them with regular lug nuts, which were included in the work order, he simply left them bare, which exposed me to a potential accident. Also did not remove the rest of the wheel locks like specifically requested.Coupon for alignment was denied.10/10 worst experience I've had and will not be returning. Money back would be great, but I'm not holding my breath.Do better. People's lives are at stake here.Will be taking this to litigation if upper management does not come correct.

$41 per tire to plug a slow leak. Most places will do it for free knowing that they'll get the repeat business when it's time to buy new tires. Take a cue from your competitors.

The workmanship is great, management and pricing is awful. The manager Brian has no customer service or communication skills. When I tried to use a coupon, and the policy states you will match competitors offers by 5%, he was aggressive, rude, and loud. I have never been spoken down to by a manager like that before. Due to how Brian acted I will no longer be bringing any of my vehicles here for service. Which is a shame as I have been coming here for over 6 years.

Went to get an oil change cause my oil light came on, also asked to have it looked at as to why the light came on.Asked for a estimate on new tires and was given the price it would be. I told them to wait do not put the tires on untilI knew that there was nothing else wrong with my engine I was told I would need to put a deposit on the tires I told them again to wait and I would do it another day once I knew nothing else was wrong. I get a call saying the cars good to go and that there's nothing wrong with the engine or oil. I go to pick the car up and come to find out they put new tires on the car with out my consent. Now I'm out over $750 for the tires. And when I did leave the shop I got a mile and a half away and the oil light comes back on, took it back and was told to take it to the dealer they couldn't look at it. Now I have to have my car towed to the dealer. Been coming here since 2016 and never had a problem, this would have never happened with the old management.Update, the dealer found out what was wrong and also found out that the back driver side tire lug nuts was severely lose and was causing the tire to make a loud noise, and several of the other tires had lose lug nuts.Thanks for all the stress and having to miss work to have the car towed to the dealer!

Poor time management. Showed up and checked in 30mins before my appointment time and the shop still working on the previous appointments per front clerk. It took 3hrs past appointment time just to get a front wheel alignment. No coffee available too!

Needed routine maintenance at 48,000 miles. All the work was done well and the manager and office staff were friendly, courteous and professional.
