Awesome Team! I called and talked to the Manager John first. He encouraged me to come on in that he could help me!They topped off my oil. Added wiper fluid. Coolant, checked my air filter for FREE and made sure my oil had the proper amount! Shantel showed me how to read the oil dip stick. Tyler made sure he had all of my correct contact information. Deere assisted me with providing help with positioning my vehicle correctly over the pit and exiting safely! And YES I was out within 10 minutes!

Horrible experience, wife went to get an oil change on Sat and car overheated due to lose oil filter. I now have leaked oil all over the engine bed, underneath the car, around wheels, on my driveway, and on the back hatch. Took multiple days to get someone to address the issue and still the car is overheating. My engine looks to be permanently damaged and let s see if I get any help to resolve the issue.

I asked how long it would be once I pulled up and was told it would take 5-6 minutes. After a 40 minutes sitting in my vehicle, I was told they didn t have the filter and were waiting on one being delivered. I wasn t asked if was okay. It also made me extremely late for an appointment.I brought this concern up before entering the bay because it s a new truck and was assured they have everything needed.The new name should be Take Five minutes to realize you should ve gone somewhere else

Absolutely 5/5 . The manager and the staff clearly have a close relationship here. I didn t get your name but the service I experienced here was far above what I receive at even the dealers I purchase my cars from. Wow . Serviced my Mustang Gt with care!!!

I had a wonderful 1st time experience with Take 5. John & Josh did an amazing job with my oil change. They advised on everything that was being done on my vehicle. I highly recommend Take 5 in the Lutz area they are very knowledgeable and made my 1st experience with them one of the best.

Love Take 5 - Fast but careful service. Great attention to detail and they walk you through everything that s happening with you car. Great military discount too. One of the better Take 5 s I ve been too - will be back.

I was seen immediately upon arrival as there was no one ahead of me. The service and feed back was accurate and impressive. The entire staff that service my vehicle was professional and courteous. I was impressed with the young lady who kept me updated and told me about previous services I had based on carfax and informed me of crucial services I needed. I also paid a lot less for the heap of services done and the young lady threw in a few discounts to help me as they were newly opened. I have recommended that my family, friends and clients to go to them.

Despite having an issue the first time around when I went back and addressed it, it was handled with patience and professionalism.I appreciate that because in this day and age if you complain about a service it could become confrontational and aggressive.Not at this place, the manager Lee and the tech Austin (both really nice gentleman) accepted fault and corrected the issue .Will be back at 8,000 miles , hopefully they re still working there.

Got my oil changed for my wife's car and mine. We both drove in at the same time parked in bays next to each other and the crew working on the cars were extremely friendly and did excellent and quick work on the cars. Our experience was great.

Went in for an oil change after a long roadtrip (I d gotten an oil change right beforehand, but had exceeded the mileage on my last sticker,) and the team informed me that I was still good to go for another several thousand miles due to the fact that I d purchased premium synthetic oil last time I had it changed with them. They could ve went ahead and changed my oil anyways and charged me extra money, but instead they checked all my fluids and tire pressure for free, and got me a new sticker indicating the updated date for my next change. Overall they were super friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend David, Josh, Rob, and the rest of the team!Also, last time I had my oil changed with them it was extremely fast, efficient, and overall a really nice experience. Definitely check them out!

The customer was great. I was greeted quickly and didn t have to wait. The team that helped change my oil did a great job. The young lady that helped to locate my fleet information was great and polite. Couldn t ask for any better service. This is why I come to take 5 they always exceed my expectation.

Do not take your car to this place! We were traveling and stopped in for an oil change. They improperly replaced the oil plug causing the oil to leak out and ruin my engine resulting in $17,600 damage. We immediately called and were told by the manager, John, that "we couldn't prove they did it" and he flat out said they wouldn't pay since we couldn't prove it. We were told we could not speak to anyone higher up due to "safety reasons". Emailed and called corporate and still got no response. It wasn't until attorneys and many many many phone calls were made that we got reimbursed for ONLY the repairs. When we asked to be reimbursed for our $100 oil change that ruined our car, we had to reach out to John, the store manager, and he refused once again. We still have not been reimbursed the lost value of the car, the cost of the $100 oil change that ruined it, or the cost of the rental I had to have for six weeks during the repair. Although corporate paid for the repairs at the threat of a lawsuit, the manager of this store refused to make anything right on his end. We are still out thousands of dollars. He had no interest in making it right and was arrogant and rude in his dismissal of his employee's costly error. He does not deserve to have anyone's business. Please go somewhere where they stand behind their work and take ownership of their mistakes.

I had the pleasure of working with Josh as my service writer. He met me outside of the bay with a bottled water, and was communicative and informative throughout my service. He asked my permission before opening my door to scan my vin, and before reaching into my vehicle to place the mileage sticker/reset the mileage gauge. He is very respectful and polite. I will definitely revisit this location for my next oil change.

I had my oil changed this morning at this location and the three gentlemen that performed my services were awesome! They took time to answer my questions and had no problems explaining what was needed. I was in and out of there quickly but good customer service will make your whole day. Best place ever. They open early and are quick. I got my oil changed on the way to take my son to school. Staff was amazing and had us in and out. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

First time at this take five, I pulled up to Bay two they as there was a car in Bay one . They told me to move to Bay one way to be behind the car in bay one another car pulled up me in bay one and they told him to pull into bay Two which was weird since they told me to move out of bay 2. They did say, however, that they weren t gonna work on his car that I came first, which was a complete lie because they started working on his car and he was completed before I got even pulled into Bay oneAlso, The tech never topped off my coolant or my transmission fluid as they said it was under seal and Mercedes had to do it. Also they could not reprogram my service indicator. They said that the machine didn t work and the oil change was over $160 never will I be back again nor anyone in my family .very dissatisfied

Horrible experience, the lead guy was so rude I believe his name is Austin, or Jacob, and he was getting high in front of me. Along with saying very sexist stuff to me. Then they took off my skid plate for an oil change and told me they wouldn t put it back on.
