Couldn't be happier with how my car turned out! I had 2 different parts of my car that needed repair and they look good as new. The manager, Rich, runs a top notch shop. It was worth the 30 minute drive from Tampa to go to him! I'd go back to his shop for any of my future car needs.

I have had a few cars over there to be fixed for various reasons. No follow through and poor communication seems to be the biggest weakness, very lackluster communication, and average work after completion. Very long wait times on simple body jobs. Sales at Ferman top notch I purchased 3 jeeps there last year. The service area is hit or miss, but at the collision center, you just don't feel like a customer over there. You are, in fact, just a number. There is nothing but excuses coming from Rich, the supposed manager, all the way down the line. There are a few helpful people over there, but not many. You're lucky when they say they are going to update you every week and then actually get updated. You're lucky when the manager tells you that he's going to expedite your job and it actually gets expedited. The bottom line it's one of the only large players in the area, and they treat you as such. If your insurance or another person's insurance isn't pressuring you to go there, then find another location. I am still waiting on my vehicle, and it has been since January. (All surface damage due to negligence from another driver) Avoid Rodney as your adjuster at all costs.I'll update my review once my car is finished.

words can not even explain how satisfied i am. Jessica is a 12/10. Her customer service is AMAZING and her communication is top tier. She let me know everything that was being done to my car and why it was taking the time it did. She wanted to make sure that I got into a safe and better car when i returned. I am a completely satisfied customer. I got into a hit a run and thought my car was not going to be able to get fixed but I was wrong. I got my car back today and it looked like nothing even happened to my car. If anything it looks brand new. Ferman Collision knows how to put a smile on one s face. Thank you so much Jessica and thank you Ferman Collison. I will definitely tell everyone about you guys.

I cannot say enough great things about Ferman's service and execution. While visiting from out of town I got in a fender bender. The shop was highly recommended by a local friend. The repair was flawless and communication from staff was prompt and professional. They turned the vehicle around fast and without delay. I would use them again if I found myself in a bind in their area.

I would not recommend this shop, if you have a small job, like most autobody repair shops they only take collision damage seriously, more money. Communication is a key, and this location has very little of it, I have been waiting patiently since December to get work done, and now it is March, and still not heard anything yet, Rodney is the worst at getting back to you if you call, or leave a message. You would think they would get back to me and see what they can do to correct this issue, but as of yet nothing. On another note being I am a veteran, I wanted a veteran shop to do my job.

I was hit by a coworker and had to get repairs through their insurance company, which was awful to deal with. Henny was very helpful, informative, and accommodating. She was able to get my car into actual repairs very timely. Thank you for being an awesome advocate.

First time customer of Ferman's. I used them in 12/2021 through my insurance for repair of a passenger-rear side fender damage. The first appointment for estimate was within a week from my call. I got the car in about 2-3 weeks. The start to completion took about 1 month - longer than expected. But, there was a supplemental that was added. So, that's understandable. I was getting updated of the progress via a call through out the time. The end result was great! The car was clean on delivery. I only hoped that the service manager walked me through the car and showed the repair and not just hand the key and send me off.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This collision center was great! Very communicative and helpful during a tough, stressful time. They took great care of my car and sent me updates as the week went on, I feel like my car looks even better than it did before the accident. Highly recommend!

So far the experience has been less than stellar!I definitely understand that parts go on order for long periods of time, but the communication has been very poor. I'd expect to get ghosted by an ex, but not a company doing close to 10k worth of work on a car. Called 4 times in 3 days. He was either on break (most of the time), or not in. The fastest way for me to get updates was to drive there. May update my review after I get the car back.Update: Finally got the car back. The work on it was fine, Car is functional. The bad customer service just keeps on going! They ordered the wrong part 3 different times. When I finally picked up the car, they still had the wrong Chevy emblem on the front. I was told they would order it and let me know when it came in over two weeks ago. Since I know Richard's communication skills are the absolute worst, I decided to go in to see where the badge was, and the $500 check owed to me was. He went in his office and got my original badge (the one they said they were going to order) and just handed it to me. When I asked about the check, he had no clue. It's always funny how quick they are to take your money, but when they owe, nada. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Horrible!

I ended up with some sizable damage on my vehicle. They were able to contact me when the parts came in and got it taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

After someone rear ended me, the other parties insurance had me go through this shop for repairs. The office environment was super unprofessional. After about 2 weeks, I was told the car wasn't ready yet because the used trunk they ordered was too damaged. 3 more weeks went by and I had to reach out to check on the status, which they then told me the car was finally ready. I went and picked up the car and drove home, but noticed once I got there that the trunk design was different than my original. It was a small difference but I noticed it. This trunk was more rounded and less "sporty." I messaged the woman I had been working with and explained that the truck just didn't seem right to me. I then received a call from the VP (I think?). He told me they could order a new trunk from the Honda parts store but that I'd have to pay for it. I asked why and he proceeded to tell me that I wanted a 6 cylinder trunk and my car was 4 cylinder. I told him I didn't want a 6 cylinder trunk, rather the same model I came in with. He proceeded to argue with me and make me feel like an idiot for 10 minutes, telling me he had pictures (of my smashed up trunk) that proved they were the same. He then tried to reassure me that he wasn't conning me like others in the car industry because he used to work in law enforcement (which didn't comfort me at all - being a marginalized member of society myself). We finally ended with him telling me to bring it in the following Monday so we could compare. The conversation and the way I was spoken to ruined my entire day and weekend and put me in a sour mood. I ended up not taking it back and sticking with the one I had because I really didn't want to return only to have men in powerful positions tell me I was wrong and they were right. So, now I live with something I'm unhappy with. Luckily, I changed insurance agents after this incident and won't be so meek next time around. AVOID GOING HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT! Oh, and the rental car they gave me was dosed in smoke. I couldn't drive it....

Our car was involved in a collision in Tampa, the day before we moved out of state. Our insurance had us bring our car here. Worst mechanic ever!We explained to the shop we were out of state, but would fly back when they were done to drive the car back. So clearly, an estimate and good communication would be vital. They told us it would take at most two months.2 months later, we called and they told us they didn't have the parts they needed. Some time went by and we tried to call back. And tried to call back, and again and again. Finally our insurance started harassing them as well. So they told us another month.Then it was "another month". Then it was "2 more weeks"... and then "another 2 weeks". At some point they told us "ok, we'll tell the mecahnic working on yours to stop helping the other mechanics and actually finish your car". Then it was "maybe Monday". Monday became "Wednesday" became "Friday" which then became no contact at all again.Any time we wanted to ask them about the progress became a multiple day affair of calling them multiple times a day for a few days and leaving messages and/ or asking insurance to talk to them.It took FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS. The original "at most" time was 2 months. We just got it back... and guess what? It still has problems and we have to take it to another mechanic in our new home state.In summary: over twice as long as the "at most" time, terrible communication, awful work ethic, and shoddy workmanship.

My Ford Explorer was rear ended, they put on a new bumper and painted it. The Paint job came out Awesome. I was dealing with assistant manager Quincy, who was very professional, and very easy to work with. They got the job done within two days. Had to sell my car in the end, after these idiots tampered with it. And a word to the wise - take a picture of your dashboard and note down mileage and fuel level right before handing over the car to them.Story: I'll keep it short - the car was in an accident 2 months ago. NOW after these 2 months of calling them back and forth and asking for updates, they finally decided to call me back to pick up the car. We went to the shop, paid the deductible and got into the car. Surprise, the car wouldn't start. They had to bring 3 "mechanics" to tell us that they don't know what the issue is. Then they offered to tow the car to the dealership service center to diagnose it. Dealership said the fuel is contaminated and they have to replace the whole system. Now, the collision center said they were not going to be responsible for this issue nor add this service to the same claim since "it's not part of the accident". Claimed they didn't fill the tank either. Tried to blame for the bad gas. Two months ago before the accident the car was running perfectly. There's no way the gas was contaminated when it was in my hands 2 months ago. These people have got to be some of the most idiotic, irresponsible and conniving group of people on the planet after all this mess they've caused.

Repairs on my 2023 Honda CRV have not been completed due to the Nationwide shortage of the Collision Mitigation sensor. It is unavailable and has been for months with no known availability or delivery date. This is not Ferman's fault, and it is out of their control. Since my last post Ferman and Richard have worked and are working to find a solution that is acceptable to all parties. I am now getting regular updates. We have established a good understanding and have good lines of communication.

I was rear ended 7/2/2021 and I had my SUV taken here for repairs because of how great the reviews were. I m back to say the reviews are 100% accurate! They were AMAZING! Sent me daily text messages with status updates, worked quickly and diligently, and even vacuumed out the front of my vehicle before returning it to me. I just sent my mom and dad here for repair work because of a car accident. You can t go wrong with this company. They re honorable, good communicators, and they work quickly to get you back in your vehicle. 15/10 would recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After leaving my jeep at the dealer overnight with instructions to have the collision shop look at my paint I Was told by ferman jeep to physically drive my car to this place to have a warranty claim looked at. After waiting 30 minutes for Rich to get off the phone I couldn t wait any longer. I could hear him laughing with the female co workers. With all the running around I had to do it s hard not to dislike dealerships.
