Wonderful customer service from the moment I walked it to drop my car off and picked it up. Communication was efficient and timely. I was updated on the process throughout. My car looks great. They did a wonderful job and even cleaned it out which I wasn t expecting at all. Thanks Crash Champions and huge thanks to Mike W for being my direct POC. The guy at the front desk is also super friendly and welcoming!

Wish I could give a zero. Week late. Filthy truck wasn t ready when I showed. 100% were never use them again.

They did a great job. I can't even tell my car was in a wreck. Mike gives great customer service. He went out of his way to make sure I got my car back to me and that I was satisfied with their work. I definitely recommend!

My experience with Crash was smooth thanks to Shawn and Jared. Communication and updates were consistent and very much appreciated. The paint job was amazing. My car was also washed and detailed perfectly.

Someone sideswiped my car and Crash Champions came highly recommended. The facility is immaculate, and Rafael and Alexia were extremely polite and very helpful. My car was taken care of by Crash Champions this week and they did an amazing job. They had to replace the hood and bumper and a few other repairs. The car was fully detailed when completed as well. I had things scheduled to have my car repaired. When I called to confirm my appointment, they were no longer at the address or phone number. Is this a fly by night business. When I received my quote for repair, I find out later that they were sold, now under new management, there is no communication from them to let customers know they are moving, being bought out. I can't trust them.

A business is as good as it's management. Based on how management reacts to one missed call I can't imagine how else they would respond to other inconveniences.

Poor job. They also covered up damage under my bumper and didn t tell me about it so it wasn t discovered until months later. Lazy and deceitful, don t get scammed here.
