Ended up getting a flat and brothers tire and automotive game through right away. Hooked me up with basically brand new tire and mounted it in like 10 minutes along with a great price! 60 bucks for everything!

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND YOUR BRAND NEW WHEELS WILL JUST COME OFF WHILE YOUR DRIVING BECAUSE THEY USE THE INCORRECT LUG NUTS. $6 k in damage and they don't want to take ownership for. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

The young man working there was very helpful and efficient. I had a donut on my car and an unfixable tire (sidewall leaking). He found me a few prices on a new tire quickly (same one I had or a better priced quality tire option). Ordered it, got it same day, called me when ready. Put it on for me quickly. Wonderful experience! As a woman, getting stuff done doing life, not all men treat us as equals. The man working, sorry I didn't get his name, did not make me uncomfortable at any moment. That's huge in today's world! Thank you for an easy & quality experience.

Super friendly and helpful! Was able to find the leak and patch it for me in about a half an hour. So happy to find local businesses with excellent service.

It all stsrted well. I drove here to replace two tires ater replacing the men ruined two wheels for me on their machine. I am attaching of the work of these craftsmen. Be careful when you pay for their work. Since restoring what they damaged costs much more than their unskilled work.

He helped me with a tire when I couldn't find another place due to it was close to closing time. He was very kind and gave me a great deal will definitely be going back for 3 more tires I felt terrible that I couldn't tip because didn't have enough but when I go back next month he's getting tipped. Awesome place to go for tires.

Always head here for tire work, very helpful gentleman running the shop gets you in and out quick for a great price. Highly recommend!

They charged me $80 to change out two tires and balance. He was unknowledgeable of tires and due to him breaking a seal on a set of my tires they cannot be returned. As a tire professional before he broke those seals he should have checked to make sure that I had ordered the proper tires and made sure everything. And to charge me $80 to do it is

The gentlemen who found the leak in my tire was great. Professional and efficient. He ensured to let me know I would need rides soon. Explained that they were dry rotted.

Dishonest people. New owners and liars.Grandson bought a used tire and installer stripped stud and hand tightened all the others. Loud noises on the way home. Owner says he will not repair because the stud was broken before. NOT TRUE. INSTALLER ADMITED HE BROKE IT. DO NOT GO THERE. They are not associated with the Better Business Bureau either. I have to give them one star to post a negative review.

I ve been going here since the new owners have taken the shop from Jay. I will say the service is so much better than what it was before and couldn t be happier. All my tire work is done here and I have not had any issues with my cars. I see a lot of mixed reviews, but I will second that most of the reviews aren t true. This is a family run business and the service is spectacular!!

Been coming here for 2 year la and gotten great service. Brought it here 3 days ago due to a leak and he found a nail and plugged it for 20 bucks. Was happy. Immediately the tire kept leaking. I bring it back and am told by someone else that there is another nail. The leak never improved so this second nail was obviously there. This new guy I ve never seen was short with me and rude. Questioned when I got it even though I showed him the receipt. He went in and supposedly talked to someone and then tells me 15 bucks. Had already told him I had no money. He drops the Jack, hands me the receipt, and walks away. I told him I would never bring another car back and he just kept walking, not caring less. Shame. They do good work. But as long as this guy is employed I will not be back.UPDATE: Called back after the review to talk to the owner. The guy I talked to while there answers the phone. I asked to speak to the owner. He says he isn t there. I asked who he spoke to who said 15 dollars. He said it his him and he s the manager. So he basically admitted to lying about asking someone. I told him I didn t appreciate him just walking away from me and no apology and he hung up on me. I was not rude to this guy. He was rude from the first interaction. I went straight home after gettin this plug and the next morning had to drive to wawa to put air in it. It was down to 19 pounds.

I took my car in to have a tire patched from a nail in the tire. They got me in very quickly but charged a considerably more than my usual tire place. I accepted it because I needed the tire fixed immediately. When I started to drive away, I noticed it didn't feel right. Once I drove on the interstate I realized they didn't balance the tire after putting the patch on. I called and asked if they would balance the tire if I brought it back by. The guy asked, "did we do the patch?" I told him they did and the day they did it. He then said, "it'll be an extra charge." Not sure why he even asked if they patched it if they were going to charge extra anyway. So, they had the tire off the car to patch it, never balanced it, charged me more than any tire store I had been to, then wanted to charge extra to balance the tire. The only reason they got 2 stars, as opposed to 1, was because they did get me in quickly.

Don t open you wallet in front of the dude that works there. Pulled up to get 4 tires out of the wheels, which were out of the car btw, got told 20 bucks, too bad I decided to count my cash while he was doing his thing, he took a nice peep at my wallet and by the end of it said it was 80 dollars, and that it was supposed to be 20 dollars a wheel . I see what you doing there my guy. Check yourself cuz not everyone will be nice

Sold my tires to them for a good price. We quickly made a deal, I came back the next day, gave him the wheels, he took the tires off free of charge, and took the tires in for the exact price I was looking for. Good people.

This is one of the few places left that will plug tires. I picked up a screw in the tread of my tire. Three different tire stores told me they couldn't patch the tire, but would gladly sell me a new tire. My tire had less than 12,000 miles on it. Brothers Tire plugged my tire & remounted it on my car in less than 15 minutes. Cost: $20.00. This place is worth knowing about. Friendly & efficient people.

I hadn't been to J&J since the went under new management, but the previous owner was an amazing guy, very generous and always super friendly! His tires were never over priced and we're in good condition. I witnessed a women break down and come to him crying and upset because the tire would be$40 dollars and all she had was $27 . He didn't even hesitate,he put the tire on and called it a day. I know he trained the new owner , so I'm sure your experience will be great.

Unwilling to help fix what they help break.When they put on a tire for my family s car, they did not attach it correctly or securely. This led to damage to the tire itself, making the vehicle no longer safe to drive.Over the phone they were willing to work with us and help fix anything that they were responsible for.Once in person, the manger refused to have face to face contact with my family. The manger never once met or directly talked to my family during the four hour long dispute. Their story of what happened to the car and the state of the car when it was in their possession repeatedly changed throughout the whole interaction .Since they cannot work on cars, they sent us to a mechanic down the street that refused to focus on the damage done by this establishment. Instead they focused on other aspects of the car that was not in question or relevant to what was in question.In the end, it would have only been $100 worth of their labor while my family was prepared to buy the parts needed to fix the problem.This establishment refused to help and made excuses and false claims to what actually took place the day they had worked on our car. We only have one car in our possession, this car, and now my family has to drive an unsafe car until we are able to get $500 to $600 to fix our damaged car so it can be driven safely, which we do not have and cannot obtain quickly.

I stopped in to have my tire checked, and found out there was a nail in it. The nice gentleman asked me if I would like the tire plugged, and I said "please do". If I have a problem when I am in the area again, I will definitely stop by.

The owner John is honest and has great work ethics. He was able to replace my two front tires with an affordable price. I would recommend this tire shop over any other in the Tampa Bay area

Sold me a tire with-in an hour on the highway the tire blows out and bents my rim. After telling me don t worry about he ll take care of me 2 months later and my rim is still bent. Everything he has been telling me I don t believe, he s been giving me the run around. My experience with this business been horrible. Will never do business with again nor recommend anybody to them!!!!! I didn t want to leave a bad review, but he left me no choice.

Amazing, they treated me like family from the moment I arrived. So helpful on the phone before I even came. BEST USED TIRES AND PRICES IN TOWN! I thought I was screwed...they made sure I wasn't. I won't go anywhere else for tires again. Save their number now!

2 stars because the owner or the guy behind the desk lied to me and the only reason why I gave a star is because the tire Tech was a good guy but the owner of the company or whoever that is behind the desk liar and said he said 65 a tire when it was 55 a tire I heard what he said

I had a used tire put on the front of my car last Monday. They broke one of my studs and did not tighten my other lugnuts causing a very unsafe driving experience!! Costly mistake in many ways and I paid cash and was not given a receipt . No one told me the stud was broken.I am sad that I gave the guy a tip. Beware

These guys are great, they go about and beyond what the big box tire stores do, they take very good care of all your tire needs at better prices.
