Excellent job, can't even tell it was ripped. Fast Service Great Prices. Definitely Recommend, and saved as future contact. Thanks I know this is a small repair, I actually considered trying myself since I do purses, but not taking risk on my car. Great service and the staff was excellent. My appointment was 28 Sep. As you all know Ian was about to slam into Florida, so I called and asked Tom if I could bring the vehicle in earlier than my appointment. I brought my GMC Sierra in on 26 Sep about 1. My vehicle was ready at 5. I've received nothing but compliments on the new look. Thank you for your professionalism and work ethic!!

I am so impressed with the new leather I recently purchased through Katzkin. The leather feels like butter! I have owned Mercedes Jaguars and BMWs most of my adult life and Katzkin leather is better quality than ALL of them. The customer service is amazing!! They worked with me for almost a year while so decided on the style etc to renovate my 2015 Toyota 4Runner. Then there was a small error in the leather which they rectified immediately, shipping the replacement leathers out next day express! Now the leather is only part of the purchase. In addition is the installation. They are equally diligent in securing who they use as installers. I would be remiss if I didn t mention my installers, Titan Up in Ocala, Florida. Their workmanship and attention to detail far surpasses anyone so have ever dealt with. Simply awesome people to work with. Both Katzkin and Titan Up! Actually, even if I purchased a new vehicle, I would take it to have their leather installed to replace the OEM. DID Zi mention the leather feels like butter?!?! My 4Runner looks so beautifully luxurious now with the Katzkin leather replacement. I highly recommend Katzkin to everyone who is renovating their ride or anyone who want to make their new ride even better! Thank you Katzkin! I am a customer for life for all my new and used cars to come!!!

I reached out to Better Leather & Auto trim to install leather in my 2006 4 Runner that had a cloth interior with lots of stains. It was a competitive price and we are extremely pleased with the work. Feels like a new car. Highly recommend!!

Today, Tom and his crew installed the Katzkins Leather in my 2004/2005 Ford F-150 Regular Cab truck. The install was done very professionally and quickly. I am a retired Senior Master Ford Technician with over 55 years working at dealerships plus 9 years with American Honda. So, this review comes from someone who has been around the industry for a long time. Thank you again guys. I already showed the seats to 3 friends and were really impressed!!!

This afternoon I reached out to Tom @ Better Leather & Auto trim to install my Katzkinz leather in my 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab. Very friendly and professional from beginning to end. Tom squeezed me in at 1:30PM and by 4:00PM I got a phone call to pick up my truck. It was a great price and the competitors were charging almost double. I am extremely pleased with the work. Had a great experience. Great Staff, very friendly, has a repeat customer for life. thanks Tom and staff!! Highly recommend, 10 stars!!

I ordered a Katskin leather interior for my 2022 ram 1500 and while sitting there waiting for my ride to pick me up I was watching the gentleman work on my truck. The quality and craftsmanship of these folks that he has working for him are impeccable. The gentleman that was doing my truck was very meticulous in his way of doing things. And was very gracious and explaining a couple of the things that he was doing to the truck. If I ever have the opportunity to use them again I will. Communication was great and they even took me a couple days early because they had an opening.

Tom installed leather in my new Chevy Silverado a few weeks ago and it was amazing! Looks fantastic and they did it so fast. It totally looks like it was installed at the factory. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks again.

I ve waited over a year to do this review.Where do I start I never got an invoice, when I asked Tom for an invoice he acted surprised like it was a problem.The entire process was very frustrating. The first red flag I got was he acted like he didn t want to do the job. Then when I told him I wanted to go all black interior he told me it was a mistake, it s my car.He charged me $1500 of which I paid in cash. The job was subpar. He left the back half of my back seat u n-done. My back seats are half tan half black and it should be all black. He didn t do the leather on my doors. They broke the plastic on the rear of the front passenger seat.I discovered that they didn t remove the old leather and put the Katzkin leather over top of the old cracked leather. The stitching is falling apart now, and the entire job is just a scam.He took my money, did a horrible job, and I m sure I m not the first person he did this to. Never again.Still never got an invoice. Service: Custom upholstery design

Tom and Better Leather & Auto Trim installed Katzkins on our Jeep Grand Cherokee and did a fantastic job. The communication was great, they fit us in before our original install date and were finished before the quoted time.

Great business. Very upbeat with professional guidance, project management and fast, accurate execution. I had my original worn beige interior replaced with a dark reddish brown leather that matched woodgrain on dash & doors in 2007 Suburban. Looks amazing!

Tom and his crew were outstanding in replacing the both door armrests and center armrest of my Toyota Avalon they did it in less than a day at a great price. Definitely check them out for any of your interior upholstery car needs. I couldn't have asked for more.

Wonderful customer service and quality job on installation. Love my new Katskin leather seats. I would highly recommend upgrading to the better quality leather it's worth the overall little extra cost!

Getting Katzkinz leather installed? AVOID this company. I needed to have a new set of leather sent from Katzkinz to Auto Styles in oldsmar where they totally replaced the job completed at Better Leather.- was not greeted when dropping off my car. I literally handed someone the key and they didn t verify my name or appointment- install quality was sub par. Leather was extremely loose and could easily be pinched in all locations.- person who I picked up the car from (still didn t greet me) required me to sign a form indicating I accept the work. This person didn t seem to care about the quality concerns.I will say the owner through text assured me he would fix the issue if I was disappointed after a week. Unfortunately given the poor workmanship and lack of customer service I didn t feel comfortable returning.

Top of the line, Katzskin Leather kits are top on the line American owned and loyalty to quality and craftsmanship. This business I believe primarily runs on currently 70% Plus of brand new automobiles receiving leather without all the other options and passed on to the consumer after we have installed which are arguably some of the best leather upholstery kits available. Not to mention having some of the best Auto upholsterers in the business 30 years plus. So from anything from convertible tops, sunroofs headliners carpet and especially convertible tops, the shop has it all. Leather interiors can be installed in half a day full retail customers with an appointment. And I don't think you can tell me one place anywhere in Florida or beyond that can do that.! I would suggest better leather if you're looking to put leather in anything in the past 25 years leather kits are available some of the older ones maybe even at a discount if they're in Old Stock, from what I understand speaking to Tom, the owner. Don't ever hesitate to stop in they're very friendly people, above all very personable and knowledgeable.

My entire experience was very positive. Tom the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. I think they provided great service and value. Overall very happy. If only more small businesses conducted themselves in this manner the world would be a better place.

Owner is nice, was able to help come up with great looking idea. Easy to work with. Will definitely be doing business with very soon. Which if everything checks out, star rating will increase.
