Tom was simply amazing! First my side mirror was broken & came out on Xmas Eve to at least pop in the broken piece so at least I could drive. Then once my part came in he came back to fix it & it took him a few minutes to connect. His rates are reasonable. Then a month later called him back out for windshield crack. He is very easy to work with & communicative. He made sure I didn t worry too much about handling the insurance process & happily answered all my questions. He made the process smooth & easy. His work was done well. Highly recommend him for any glass needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

5 stars for Tom and Armorlite Auto Glass! I had an insurance claim, but also checked the cash price for the work to be done, and Tom/Armorlite were extremely competitive. When it came time to do the actual repair, Tom was clearly concerned with the quality of the work that needed to be done, and made sure that everything was done properly. Tom and Joe also were very accommodating with my schedule in planning to get the work completed. Finally, the process was incredibly easy to have Tom work directly with the insurance company on payment for the work. Very pleased and highly recommend Armorlite Auto Glass!

I changed my review to 5 stars after Tom communicated with me and profusely apologized. He came right away to my home and then returned to fix my problem!! He was gracious and I just needed him to know that communication with a potential client is a very important thing he got it and did a fantastic job!! Keep it up!!

Tom replaced the windshield on my classic 1987 El Camino recently. Tom did a great job removing the cracked windshield and replacing it with a brand new windshield with the mirror mount already attached. He was very neat and cleaned up after the install. Someone backed into my vehicle and completely destroyed the rear window glass. After much back and forth with other companies, my husband called Armorlite. They came out the same day, an hour later, replaced my glass & cleaned the back of my car for $150+ less than what I was quoted by safelite. Super friendly, fast, professional, and had compassion for my unfortunate situation (unlike aforementioned company). Would definitely recommend their services again!

Friendly, professional, meticulous and super quick response time. Came out same day and fixed our broken back window and even cleaned everything up for us. Very affordable and even uses top notch glass. Highly recommend them over any other competitors!

Highly recommendable! Thomas and the team were in and out quickly and still had time to ensure everything was clean after the windahield install. They handled the insurance claim, leaving me free to continue working. They arrived on time and made the process seamless. If you prefer to use locally owned companies, you won't regret calling Armorlite Auto Glass. I've used big name companies for this type of repair in the past and did not get anywhere near the service!

Top-notch Tom should be this man's nickname. I requested a quote thru Armorlite's website Saturday a.m. after tropical storm Nicole dropped a branch on my windshield. Tom called me within the hour. We scheduled an appointment for Monday that had to be rescheduled. But, Tom kept me informed. We rescheduled for Tuesday morning, he came to my location, installed my brand new windshield and was done within an hour, start to finish. Highly recommend Tom and Armorlite Auto Glass.

Had to replace my windshield and my passenger glass. He did the whole thing in a couple hours early on a Monday 3 days sooner and 100-150$ cheaper than his competition. Work was top notch. Did an online inquiry about a windshield chip repair and in less than an hour I had a reply with Tom s availability. So called him up, he wasn t too far away and within less than an hour again, he showed up to my house with a friendly smile, courteous attitude ready to help. I showed him the little chip I had and he looked at it closely, took a little scraper to it, and cleaned it with some glass cleaner and microfiber cloth. Turns out it was some sticky sap, not a chip in the glass. I felt really silly but I was so appreciative of his kind, friendly manner and quick responsiveness. If I have a real windshield problem again, I ll know just who to call!
