Absolutely love this place!This is my go to shop anytime I need help with anything tire related. They are very fast and efficient and you can't beat the prices. Purchased a car from them a few years back that's been holding up quite well especially because of their in house mechanic Orlando. Who by far is the best mechanic I've had the pleasure of being a customer of. Couldn't recommend him enough , truly a professional !

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GO HERE!!They sold me rims and told me they will 100% would fit. Got home and tried to put them on my car and they didn't fit. I went back to get my money back. The guy says "ah we kinda don't do refunds" There is nothing saying that they do not do refunds and i didn't sign anything.Please go somewhere save your time and money! I'm out $1200 now!Service: Tires

I brought my car in to get axle replaced. Their mechanic Spencer spray painted my axle and said he was done after 3 days of having my car. The guys that works there look like a bunch of junkies, excuse my language. I would never go back. I bought a dodge mini van from Wheels R Us it s a great van and I love it. Even got a real good deal on it. I was moving out of state and I wanted to have the car delivered. They said they can make it happen. They said it would be three days it was almost double that and I was very upset. I called back and ended up talking to the owner hoping I could at least get something back but he gave me a full refund for the shipping. More than I was expecting and I am very happy. Entire staff is very kind and very honest. They were even so kind as to drive my purchased vehicle 1hr away so I wouldn't have to pay to tow it, and filled the tank of the car as well. Strongly recommend.

I was in a jam... and tired of going to the same old tire shops with bad tires... Wheels R Us came through. They were great. Good prices on good tires. They even got me squared away on a well needed tune up. Go check them out in Longwood. Sweet looking rims too.

Went to get new rims and tires and asked them to paint the rims white and blue when I went to go pick up the finished product I realized they had done everything by hand and they looked like a 3 year old who can't paint inside the lines had painted them. Told them I didn't like them and that I wanted my money back which he refused to give me back then told me if I actually wanted them to be installed there that I would have to send my car with someone else or he would traspass me overall horrible experience wouldn't recommend it to even my worst enemy.

I had a U-Haul reservation I had booked online, but when I got there they didn't have my reservation thankfully Marc was very helpful, he not only helped me with the reservation but gave me a great quote on new tires. I will definitely go back there Everyone there was very helpful.

I rented a Uhaul trailer from this place. They were very friendly quick to address my problems and concerns. Mark went above and beyond to help repair my towing harness so it made my move a lot easier.

Power coating gave me 3 different price and had my car for one week, not clean,used didn't receive money to clean ,gas or items completed sorry company ever.

Call them up to get new tires and they told me they got them for $276 when I get there they said they only got two and then telling me that they sell me some BF Goodrich Tires for $300 and ended up giving me some off-brand tire they scratched my rims and forgot to put two log nuts in one of my rims."DON'T GO THERE EVEN IF YOU GOT TO PAY A COUPLE OF DOLLARS MORE"

These guys are pretty good! And the price was right. Only down fall kinda hard to get a hold of them on the phone but in there defense it was pretty busy in there! Over all great experience.

They sold me 2 used busted tires for $214 had me sitting for 3 hours to tell me they have to finish the next day, had a dead guy install my tires that he blew up and didn't know cause he couldn't hear, the tires installed were horribleService: TiresService: Tires

Horrible place to shop. Dirty. Disrespectful customers service. Rude. Dog food where the customer walk around and look at the rims. Owner eating at the counter sloppy. Worst place to shop. Marc Smith the so called owner is terribly disrespectful.

Sold me bad tires with a buldge in the middle vlaimed it was new looked new someone brought it bpught it back sold me tires for 175 dollars and when i drove car started shacking like it was going to fall apart..bad bad place be warned
