Unfortunately, my 2016 Z06 was rear-ended. But I'm very grateful for the hard, and effective, work Russell's team put into my vehicle. Mike headed up the project and had excellent attention to detail while working with my insurance company to facilitate the repair. Mind you I was out of network which brought additional challenges to the table and they jumped over those hurdles like they weren't even there.When you pull up to park your car you'll see their parking lot is full and it's for good reason. The restorative measures they employed exceeded factory standards.

Russell's Paint & Body is the best. This facility is clean, organized and operates with a professional staff. The email communication from the day I dropped off my Lincoln to the day I picked up my car was outstanding. I was given a projected completion date and Mike updated me with a weekly report as to what was completed and what was projected to be completed for the following weeks.Near the projected completion date, I was notified the car was ready for pickup. I am a car guy and was worried about the exterior body gaps, lines and paint would not match to OEM standards. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The surface body repairs were excellent. I could not detect any exterior body faults.Having said this, detail and final inspection department has room for improvement. During my final inspection with Mike, I highlighted a few items inside the cabin and outside under the wheel housing which needed attention. Mike agreed and he immediately took the car to detail. While waiting outside Mr. Russell came out to apologize. They attended to all the deficiencies; however, some items could not be completed on this day. Parts had to be ordered so I had to return the vehicle the following week to finish the remaining items.So upon delivery the detail department missed a few things which I thought were obvious. Therefore, I cannot give Russell's a perfect 5, yet they deserve a higher score than a 4. Today's cars are very complex and require special attention to details. At the end I am very happy with the repairs and the car looks great again. I understand the extent of repairs were complicated so I give Russell's a score of 4.9.I strongly recommend this place for all future body work.

My insurance company recommended Russell s and I m really glad they did. I met Mike for my initial appointment and he helped me all the way through the process. My Tacoma was fixed up beautifully and back to me at the promised time. Everyone I met there was super!

Took my truck in for repair. Front end was smashed up pretty good. This place got it in and did an amazing job. Fantastic customer service and communication. When I got my truck back I couldn't believe how good it turned out. Incredible job and I highly recommend this body shop to anyone who demands quality. A++

Absolutely Amazing! I was so hesitant to pick a repair shop after being rear ended and Russell s put me back together beautifully and even finished a day earlier than expected. The complimentary wax after 30 days is a nice touch too! Not that I ever wanna do this again, but I would use Russell s again! Being able to drop my rental car off there was another added convenience to an already inconvenient situation .Thank you Russell s!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

I recently visited this shop and was disappointed by the judgmental attitude of the staff. Despite being a potential customer, I felt unwelcome due to their focus on my appearance rather than providing quality service. It's disheartening when a place prioritizes superficial judgments over customer satisfaction. I would advise the management to emphasize inclusivity and respect for all patrons.

I've always referred my customers and friends to Russells after seeing the results of many jobs they have done for our shop and for my friends. I now have personally used them to fix some damage on my car and I cant be more impressed with the work preformed. They keep you well informed throughout the repair process and with any suggestions on how to make the repair even better. Thanks Russells

Thank you for the fantastic work on our SUV! Your team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient from the first phone call to the moment I drove away with my car looking brand new! Sue was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The quick process alleviated the pain of getting work done. I feel as if I'm driving a different car now, and I'm proud of the results. This place is THE BEST! I got hit by an F250 3 months after buying a new SUV. These folks made my car look brand-new. They replaced the two side doors, fixed both front and side bumpers and windows. They communicated with me weekly about the status of parts and labor. Shout out to Mike for making me feel super welcomed and that he and his team were working to make everything perfect. Thank you for all your hard work making my new car look new again.

I highly recommend Russell s P&B shop to everyone that lives in Central FL. My 2019 Corvette was wrecked by a careless driver in Port Canaveral. Russell and team made arrangements to have the car picked up from Boniface Hiers Chevrolet in Melbourne (no Bodyshop there) and have it brought back to Longwood - 80 miles away. Best move I made as I couldn t find a BShop I was comfortable with in Brevard County. Mike handled the inspections and parts and the technicians did the rest. $28,500 claim and my Grand Sport is flawless. Thanks to everyone there! Don t take this the wrong way, but I hope I don t need your services again! Cheers!

Someone hit my brand new car causing almost $13k worth of damages - Russell s fixed it as quickly as they could; even though it took awhile to receive parts they actually had it back before the original estimate. Seems like they even cleaned the interior which was a plus, the owner and staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. If i ever found myself in a similar situation I would use them again! This is the second time I have used Russell's paint and body. The first time was after an accident in which my vehicle was repaired. The repair work was top notch! I couldn't tell at all that the vehicle had been in an accident. It was cosmetically flawless and ran better than ever. Their communication throughout the repair was spot on and they assisted with the coordination of the rental car drop off and return. When I had a second accident (which was a pretty major accident), I knew immediately that I wanted Russell's to handle the repair. I had it towed directly to them from the accident. I was so impressed that once they saw the vehicle they contacted me to make sure I was OK...and each and every person I interacted with there asked me if I was OK. They genuinely care not only about getting your vehicle perfect, but also care about YOU! The vehicle ended up being deemed a total loss, but they were very helpful when I wanted to come pick up my license plate (had it ready at the front desk when I arrived) and then helping me when I came back for my remaining personal items from the vehicle. Russell's Paint and Body was recommended to us by a good friend and I had an absolute incredible experience with Russell and his staff. My car was pretty banged up from a deer who didn't look both ways before crossing the road, there was a lot of damage. Their work was amazing and the paint job they did looked like it was straight from the factory. They cleaned and detailed my car inside and out before I picked up my car. They dealt with the insurance company and the rental car company so I didn't have to worry about a thing - everything was so easy and ran smoothly. The entire staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with their work and every step of the process was on my convenience. Quality work!
