Thank God for Ruben tires! My Mercedes tires, breaks and rotors had to be replaced and they were able to fix the issue the same day! They were honest, trustworthy and reliable. I couldn t be happier with the work they done and how fast they got it done. I ll recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop! This is what you call great customer service!!

5 Star is not enough to describe the amazing tire services that this shop provides to its customers. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to ensure the vehicle's tires are well taken care of. Their pricing is way much cheaper than any other tire location. I recently moved to Central Florida and I have been lucky to find this tire shop. Their tires are even cheaper than the tire shop that my father in law worked with as a mechanic. I recommend this tire shop if you are looking for high quality services with the most affordable pricing.

I came in for a popped tire and they were able to replace it within 20 minutes! They noticed a dent I had in my fender that people kept telling me was unrepairable and assured me they would be able to repair and paint it for me. I trusted them to do the job and I m so happy with the results! My car looks brand new again and I couldn t be happier! Shout out to Edwin for hooking me up and doing such a great job. I would highly recommend!

Please I am warning anyone who decides to go here please beware of the any machanic at this establishment as they do not know what they are doing they put a 2.4 liter alternator on my 3.6 engine and said it was not their fault that the alternator malfunction and yes it did because they put the wrong alternator then tells me my battery that was put in the same time as the alternator is now bad which was got in Aug of 2022 and because they put the wrong alternator in my car it caused the battery to go bad and only work 10percent after putting a new alternator they tell me it s up to me to get a new battery when they made it go bad when they put the wrong alternator from the beginning please beware of this estimate

Hooked me up with a brand new tire for a good price because they didn t have any users ones available when I say good price I mean a goooooooddddd price! Friendly service as well but they are a busy shop so that should tell you everything !!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I took my 2016 Jeep Renegade to Reuben s Tires due to a check engine light . After spending almost $1,000 to replace parts that they said were the cause of the light coming on, which consisted of a total of 5 return trips to their shop, the check engine light came back on after driving the vehicle 11 miles. They fixed NOTHING and now I m out $1,000. The cashier of the establishment is a RUDE LADY who couldn t care less about my inconvenience or their lack of fixing the issue. Take your vehicle somewhere else. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING.REVIEW UPDATE: Hector (owner) - my truthful review was NOT because parts were backordered from the dealership. My issue is that you replaced almost $1,000 in parts that your establishment said was the cause of the check engine light repeatedly coming on, yet the problem WAS NOT FIXED. In fact, your establishment wanted to charge me MORE MONEY to replace another part THAT COULD BE the issue. Are you kidding me?! YOU STOLE ALMOST $1,000 OF MY FAMILY S MUCH NEEDED MONEY!!! And you have the AUDACITY to want to charge me more money for a problem that wasn t even fixed in the first place??? My car is not a Frankenstein, sir, that you just keep replacing parts on in order to give your mechanics something to do. We may soon be seeing each other in Small Claims Court.

I been here last 20 years or more. I remember when he only had one or 2 places. I got great prices for used tires over the years when money was real tight. Rubens done me right. I only had one issue, and it got resolved and taken care of. Great place, and lot of their mechanics are real good, and take pride in their work. Reasonable prices and good service keep me coming back. Hope it stays the same....

Coming from out of town I called and asked around about many shops! Once I talked to Mr. Hector here at Ruben s tires I had to stop by! Mr. Hector and his team went above and beyond to help me out with my vehicle! Immediately as I stopped by he gave me many different options and ideas for my vehicle and was super professional! I haven t seen a tire shop like this one in a while! My ride rode smooth like it ever before and I recommended Ruben s Tires here in Longwood, FL to anyone! If you are ever in the area make sure to stop by you won t be disappointed!

Hector the owner of the shop took immediate care of me when I came in! He gave me a phenomenal deal on all 4 tires! Very nice quality tires as well! Ive never had such a nice experience replacing my tires! Everyone was very welcoming, accommodating ,clean and professional! Thank you for the quick & efficient job ,im truly greatful! Ill be coming here from now own for any of my tire needs , highly reccomend to you & yours !!!

As a African American I was very much discriminated and judged by the staff of Ruben s tires.As if my money isn t equal to any other customer. Paid for an alignment that my wife was sitting over 3+ hours for waiting patiently for. Also paid for tires that are horrible and noticed threading on the tire.TRUST ME DONT TRUST THE FAKE REVIEWS OR WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS RACIAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL SO CALLED establishment

Amazing place, very truthful mechanics, they will not rip you off. I saved about 2,000 dollars with them because I thought I needed to replace my engine and it was simply another issue that persisted. They are honest mechanics. I am not from Orlando Area, but they are the best in town for sure.

Best brand new tire prices around Florida Hectors the man made me feel like I was back at home in Chicago and his technicians made sure my car was road ready without me even having to ask that was a plus being I stopped in to get my tires to get back home I ll use this tire shop every time I visit my family in Florida no matter how long it takes to get there thank you again hector

Went in for a Groupon price match alignment. Groupon states it's for a 4 wheel alignment. Was then told that caster adjustment was not included in the Groupon when 4 shops I've called after said it should be included in every alignment job. Bill went from 42 with Groupon to 120. Will not be using them again because of this. If you don't want to do discounted services, don't use Groupon as a business. Up charging for things that SHOULD BE INCLUDED is just a rip off.

My husband came in for an oil change as we ve gotten a tire fixed here before with no problem but we dropped his mustang off, they called twice being VERY pushy and salesy to get him to do full synthetic which wasn t a problem but he s used nothing but blend thus far and she would not stop insisting also wasn t understanding us at all. My husband is nice and said no stick to synthetic blend so she called again and said well blend is actually going to cost more so we just said forget it don t do anything and picked the car up and took it to tire kingdom anyway.Blend shouldn t be $107 just seemed like they were trying to take us for a ride with price so we won t be returning. Also didn t sign anything so if they did put synthetic in and ruined the car it would ve been a nightmare legally.

Hector and his staff are friendly, efficient, and go above and beyond. We went there for tires and an oil change. We got a great deal on both services. We were kept informed every step of the way. They are my go-to for tires and mechanical work. I highly recommend them.
