Amazing experience over here. Everyone at the shop is super friendly and they made sure to stay in touch as soon as possible with my car. I never had to sit around and worry about what was going on with my car. I knew exactly what was going on with my car. This will be my regular spot I go to! I would recommend for anyone . Kyle over there was amazing and great help. Thank you again guys!

Taking my truck to Precision was the best decision I could ever have made. Truck has not run this good in years. The people was pleasant and answered every question confidently. Will be a customer from now on. Highly recommend to anyone.

I had quite a wonderful experience here and at first was a little hesitant on how honest the mechanics might be due to my previous experiences at shops and dealerships. I had some issues with my Genesis, Kyle and his team were very honest about the issues and gave me full solution to the problems my car had. It s rare you find trustworthy mechanics and this is where I found that. I ll be choosing this place as my home mechanic shop moving forward.Thank you

Friendly, knowledgeable, expedient, informative. These are some of the traits I noticed from everyone at Precision Automotive. If every car mechanic shop was like this one, the world would be a better place. You cannot go wrong by taking your car here for maintenance or repairs! They were fast and communication was awesome. I would highly recommend them. We will be back for our oil changes and for other work to be done on our Jeep Wrangler. They explain everything to us in detail.

PEACE OF MIND! I ve tried a lot of different shops throughout Central Florida. From dealership s service department to local car repair shops None compare to Precision Automotive. They saw me same day, identified the root of my issue, and was able to get their hands on the required parts quicker than I expected. If we move anywhere else in Florida, we will make the drive the next time we need work on our cars!

I cannot believe that this place gets so many good reviews. I was looking for a new automotive shop to work on my two autos. Thought I would give these guys a try. I thought I would let them start with something easy, a coolant system flush.They gave me an estimate and I agreed. As I was leaving I told him as long as they're flushing the system to install a new thermostat. I knew I would pay a bit of a premium for them to do it as it is a very simple five minute procedure for a 15.00 part.Shame on me for not getting an estimate. They tacked on a $187.00 charge to replace the thermostat!!So, take your car here if you want to, but you better make sure you get everything in writing or they will rip you off.They really screwed themselves as I had another car to work on plus my buddy wanted to know if they were any good he and he has two cars. My neighbor also wanted to know if there were any good and he has three cars. They lost six vehicles to work on because they ripped off this senior citizen.On the one hand the owner will tell you about his Christian ministry and on the other hand he will pick your pocket.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Amazing customer service, got the part I needed swapped within 30 minutes and finished the work within an hour of receiving the part. Super happy with the price and communication of all the workers. Totally recommend this automotive shop, and will be going back :)

I am extremely grateful for the outstanding professionalism and courtesy extended to me by Precision Automotive. They provided a repair service that costed less than what I had been quoted by other Automotive repair shops and they completed my repair very quickly.Precision will be my mechanics from here on.

I recently came into the shop for the first time to get an oil change, all of the staff was very friendly, and I did not have to wait long to get my car back. I would recommend Precision over places like Valvoline and Take 5 and would go back to them for repairs if needed.

I use Precision Automotive for all my car maintenance. So much better than our old mechanic. Helpful with our older 2002 vehicle. Even fixed the driver-side door lock that the former said couldn't be fixed. Definitely going back. Thanks so much Precision.

We've been coming to Precision Auto for 3-4 years and have always had a really positive experience. I trust that they will communicate efficiently about any changes that happen while my car is in service, and they are really up front and honest about pricing. I needed something simple done but nobody wanted to do it because it was part of the sunroof (it was just the sun shade clip that needed fixing, not the glass) Precision told me to stop by so they can take a look, he said it was a quick repair and to have a seat he will do it now! Unheard of in the mechanic industry I feel like. Amazing customer service. Will recommend them and be back with any other car issues I have! Thanks guys.

Hector and his team were amazing. They had my electrical problem sorted and had me back on the road fast. Not only was their service fast, but they were hospitable. That s not a word you would expect for auto repairs, but they greeted me before I got to the door and made me feel so important. I highly recommend Precision Auto. They had a tough repair on my vehicle and they did Great Work. The engine was clean and running great. They were polite, efficient, and worked to get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. They were also reasonable priced and didn't sell me on anything I didn't need.

Let's face it - there is nothing more frustrating than to leave your house to start your busy day only to find out that your car has other plans. That's exactly what happened to us a little over a week ago. And because this was an unexpected issue at one of the most inopportune times, we needed to get our car diagnosed & repaired as soon as possible. We initially tried shops that we'd used in the past but they were all booked. Then we remembered hearing about Precision Automotive which happened to be a short distance from our home.Taking our car to Precision Automotive that morning turned out to be the blessing that we needed. Hector and his team were able to quickly & accurately diagnose the problem (Spark Plugs) and had us back on the road in just a couple of hours. On top of that, they gave us their honest, expert opinion as to the current condition of our vehicle so that we can properly plan for maintenance and other repairs in the future. It is impossible for us to overstate how thankful we are to Precision Automotive for the great experience we have had working with them and the trust that they have built with us in making sure they are the FIRST ones to call when we need maintenance or repairs. Great team of mechanics. Excellent prices and awesome work. I had them do A/C work on my wife s car. Now it is blowing ice cold. Also charges reasonable price for an oil change. Check them out. Super honest.
