I should have known better than to take it here after the last fiasco but I did anyway. 04 Towncar had the air suspension warning light. It still drove but after I spent 300 to analyze the problem I decided I would just get an after market setup that was about 1/2 the price as they were charging. In their inspection, they crippled the air suspension so badly that it was undriveable due to suspension travel and just lack of control. So I had no choice but to spend an additional 1600 dollars to have it repaired. In this entire process I have a drivers side door that barely works. This is the 2nd time someone had done something to the door but it's much worse this time. It is amazing to me that they would send the car home with a drivers side door that is almost inoperative and considering some basic safety concerns of the drivers inability to exit the car quickly should some emergency arise. But they were content to let it leave their shop with a glaring problem. So all in all, the 2 trips I have made to Parks Lincoln of Longwood Service Center have been nothing short of ridiculous. I'm not sure why this dealership has such poor service but they do. I would advise taking a car to another lincoln dealer if need be or even a Ford dealership if you have to have a dealer work on the car. I would think an independent mechanic or shop could do much better for less money. it couldn't be worse. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I Purchased a vehicle from Lincoln, a Longwood and I pay for it cash I was treated like a second class citizen like I didn t know about cars just because I m a woman I was talked down to, and I probably know more about mechanics than most men in that building being that I was married to a mechanic for 28 years so Ladies if you re going to go buy a vehicle that it s a Lincoln do not go to Parks Lincoln a Longwood it will not be a good experience.

This is the best all time service department in the Central Florida area. Workmanship is the highest level possible. Anything that needs done to the car is upfront and knowledgable. They will inform you of what needs to be taken care of and what can wait. Buck and the whole staff have been taking care of my full line of ford vehicles since 1999 and will always do so. Customer waiting area is exceptionally comfy and stocked with snacks. If you sign up for rewards, you can get free oil changes and the like.
