Had my Fiesta ST recently repaired here after S&K Automotive closed and they recommended this place to all of their customers and I couldn't be happier with the results.They were incredibly communicative and polite throughout the experience and helpful. Very easy to work with and once parts were in got the job done in a timely manner. Overall was a very pleasant interaction and their customer service was top notch, which in todays world is a godsend in my opinion.Above all they were honest about what needed to be done and what were the problems with the car but didn't pressure me into anything that some others would try and fear monger you into.Overall amazing place that I'll surely be back to when I need to again.Thank you!

I have been very pleased with the team at Marcos Auto Service. Their work has been thorough, quick, and reasonably priced. The issues I have been in for have not resurfaced, which is the most important factor for me when choosing a mechanic. On top of all of this, their team is outstanding. They communicate very well and have excellent customer service. I will continue to choose Marcos and recommend my friends to them in the future.

I had a great experience here! I was dealing with a shaky car with no clue as to why. I brought my car to Firestone for a diagnostic and they told me that nothing was wrong with it. The shaking got worse and worse over time. I eventually found Marcos Auto Service on Google and they had such great reviews. I m so happy that I brought my vehicle in. They were able to easily diagnose the issue, along with other recommendations for my vehicle. They were very honest about pricing from the get-go and finished the job in a timely manner. The woman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and professional, as well. Ever since my repair, my car feels brand new. There is absolutely no shaking and it is such a smooth ride compared to before. I would highly recommend this place if you are having car trouble. Thank you for the excellent service!

A friend of mine recommended Marcos Auto Service, he told me they are honest and he has been going to them for over 15 years. I took my car for an AC issue and I couldn't be more pleased with them. They called me back within an hour or so, the issue was fixed. I am extremely pleased with the service, and also the kindness and attentiveness of the front office staff. I hope I don't need them any time soon but when I do, I am definitely going back to MAS.

I recently had my Mother's Subaru master window switch replaced at Marco's and we are more than satisfied with the experience. I was able to schedule an appointment over the phone with ease. Lisa was very nice and advised me that I could utilize the after hours key drop box and drop the car off for the following days appointment. They identified the window issue as being the master switch and had it replaced in no time. Needless to say, it is working like new now and Mom's happy! Excellent service, I highly recommend!05/23/23Marco's not only does repair and replacement, they also do aftermarket modifications! They installed a Rough Country 2.5" lift/leveling kit and matching rear shocks on my brother's Nissan Frontier. They did an amazing job on the lift and the alignment was perfect! They completed the work within the original estimated time frame and had convenient drop off and pick up options for after hours etc. Jay was a big help in facilitating all of the above! Thanks again!02/08/24Another service and repair on our 2013 Subaru Outback and as always Marco s was fantastic! We had a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and a faulty TPMS sensor replaced. I easily called and scheduled an appointment, they confirmed the parts availability at that time and the date was set. Everything was done perfectly and ahead of the stated completion time. Called them for an appointment and they were able to get me in bright and early the next day! Everyone that works there was super nice and funny! They took the time to check my car out and get everything done by the end of the day. They noticed a few things that may be trouble down the line and let me know. Unlike most shops they weren t pushy. Recommended what I needed done and said reach out when I want to finish up the rest of the work. I super appreciated that! Great shop good people!

I oversee the fleet of a company with 90+ vehicles and Marcos Auto Service has been a blessing to me. They're polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We have at least one vehicle a week we take to them for issues ranging from bad batteries to a complete transmission replacement. They have alway gotten our repairs done in a timely manner and the had off and pickup always goes smoothly. Over all they are a great team to leave a vehicle with and know it'll be taken care of correctly.

Marcos Auto Service always does great work and are very honest. I had a crankshaft seal replaced and both belts for a very reasonable price. Definitely will be coming back again for any future work

They say an honest mechanic is like gold. Marcos auto service is definitely in that category. Very nice staff, very clean waiting area, performing Services as promised, open and up front about costs before any service is done, completed in a timely manner, very trustworthy and honest shop. Highly recommend.

I'm a first timer at Marco's. I used S&K until Jim decided to retire. He told me about Marco's Auto Repair for all my vehicles needed. When time to try them out I was very impressed with their knowledge and their prices. They took my vehicle in and assessed all my concerns with a price I felt was adequate and fair. They told me of issues the vehicle had that I wasn't even aware of. In the end my vehicle is good now and I'm very happy I meet the good people at Marco's Auto. They'll be my go to service center for any repairs in the future.Mike

MAS has been servicing my families 3 cars for several years and is long overdue to receive this 5 Star+ review.Honesty and integrity are two things that are core at Marco s Auto Service and keep me coming back.It is obvious that this is the moral compass that guides owner Dan Marcos and is passed on to his team; because through the years, despite personnel changes; the quality work, efficiency and clear communication has been consistently at a high level.Also, when my mother-in-law has called me about car troubles, MAS has graciously squeezed her into their schedule, more than once.Marcos Auto Service will explain what you need and deliver with friendly, reliable and timely service.

Just had another wonderful service experience with Marcos Auto Service. I took my daughter s Honda Civic in bc the AC was not cooling. From diagnostic to pick up Marcos staff was informative, dedicated, and professional! Their commitment to providing excellent service has never wavered. If you re looking for an auto service business, you must go to Marco Auto Service in Longwood!

Amazing and fast service!I had a bad grinding noise on my car and feared a worn CV Joint. They took my car in the morning and looked at it and noticed the pads were worn out. They said they would get it done by end of day and they held their word!Pricing was more than fair and service was top quality! I highly recommend!

This is the best Automotive repair in central Florida. They re stand for what they are believe, honesty, integrity, and quality. I have been trusted them for the past 4 years when I met the owner family at our church ( City church). Their staff are amazing and lovely.

I was stranded Christmas night. Luckily they were open the 26th so I had my 04 Tacoma towed there by C & J who were great too. They were able to quickly diagnose a major fuel leak. Great communication fair pricing and follow through after the service. Highly recommend this shop.

Update 1/8/2024 - As always Marcos Auto service is amazing. I have been taking my son 2010 Acura TL to this location for almost a year now. The overall customer service is awesome, the service techs are always so honest and knowledgeable, always gives me fair pricing not like some the dealerships or other service center in the area. This will always be my home auto service center. The entire team is the best!!!(Original Message) I had been dealing with an oil leak for over 6 months, after being fed up with taking my car to dealership countless times and not trusting their word/recommendations for a fix which totaled over $6000, I thought I would call and get a second opinion from a replicable service center. I am so happy that I contacted Marcos. After I read the reviews I was like wow! Let's just say, if I could give them 10 stars I would. The customer service from first contact was superb. I appreciate Don for listening to my concerns, setting up an appointment with me to diagnose the issues I was having, and recommending the best solution to resolve the oil leak. Overall, I am super satisfied and would recommend to all family and friends. Not only was the customer service awesome, all were so very knowledge, honest, and advised me only of the immediate services needed at a much reasonable cost than the dealership quote. We go to them for our 2 cars for regular services and other car issues. They are very honest and will not charge you unnecessary things, they always consult you about everything before they charge you The staff are very welcoming, warm and respectful. And very professional! They charge you with very reasonable rates I have been to other shops and they said they did the service but actually did not which caused one of my cars to breakdown I was thankful to those crooks though because they were the reason why we found Marco s Auto service..5 stars!!Update: Still having both my cars serviced with them..more than 2 years now.. They are still delivering the same consistent honest and excellent car service/maintenance thank you!

We have been getting oil changes and repairs at Marcos for the last three years, and there are multiple reasons we keep coming back. They are always reliable and thoughtful in their care of our vehicles and their interactions with us. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get an appointment because they can get busy, but once you are in the door the work is fast. They have internet access there in case you want to work while waiting for repairs to get done; they also allow you to drop off your vehicle the night before repairs to expedite the process. They've even checked things on my car and didn't charge me if they didn't think any repairs were necessary at that time... very classy and professional! Highly recommend this place.
