A huge thank you to the folks at Longwood Auto Fix! My alternator went out and they were so thorough and so fast with getting my car back to me. The prices were fair, and they also provided a comprehensive list of other recommended services without making me feel pressured to address everything in that moment. Glad I found them and I ll absolutely be back! Within 24 hours of dropping my car off, I was back on the road.

I'd thought this review went out a lot sooner, but regardless I'll try again now.These guys are genuinely great. They're very straight-forward, affordable, and communicative with those that they work with. Our repairs were easy and done back in November 2023 with no major issues with our older vehicle since.They'll do their best to accommodate your specific needs, too. We were burnt by our dealership, them estimating repairs that weren't even the primary problem. The crew here got the right diagnosis, and we had everything up-and-running ASAP. Would definitely recommend.

I came to do a routine service oil change. They were friendly and informative! I love that they show you before and after photos of your vehicle that are sent directly to your phone. My main interaction was with Alex and he was great! Definitely coming back.

Honest and awesome. My BMW 328i was in need of a washer pump. All teachers get 10% discount and they even did a full inspection and told me that not immediately but in a couple month I may need something replaced. Other mechanics most probably would have asked me to replace immediately. Such is the honesty of this place.

I had my car in a reputable shop before I found Longwood Auto Fix on my extended warranties website. I was putting a claim in with my extended warranty and the previous shop could not get through to my warranty nor did they know to handle it after 4 weeks of keeping my car in the shop. I gave Long wood Auto fix a call and spoke with Alex. I proceeded to take my car in and within ONE day Alex was able to get through to my warranty and handled the claim like a breeze. I am highly satisfied with Longwood Auto Fix and their streamlined , Grade A customer service. Thank you !!

I recently brought in a used car for a pre-purchase inspection. Alex and the entire staff were great! They ensured that I didn t buy a car with a series of repair needs. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Longwood Auto fix. Alex is a such an awesome guy. The whole crew is just amazing!! My warranty company wasn't covering the cost to fix a part on my car so Alex helped me when I was in a financial bind. I went to get AC charged. Process was easy and they are up front on all costs and no pressure. My AC is working perfectly now. They Even did an inspection so I know what else is needed in the future. The lady at front desk is amazing, explains everything and is quite welcoming. I will go here again.

This place is great! My Hyundai Santa Fe s A/C was broken and after taking it to a different shop three times, I decided to give Longwood Auto Fix a try. They resolved my issue in one day and it is still working great weeks later! I will definitely be coming back to this shop!

I had gone before and it was okay. Small waiting room, long wait for basic service but it seemed like they did okay. I tried again and even though I booked an appointment, they couldn't get me in because "online booking doesn't really work." I drove all the way out there just to turn around and go home. Their mechanics might be good, I wouldn't know, I'm never going back as the basics of keeping customers' appointments are so poor.

Horrible experience! They tried to make me purchase something that was hundreds of dollars in order to be able to test what they thought was the problem. I asked why they couldn t just check it with the equipment they had, however, they said I had to buy it first in order for that test to be completed. Bottom line, I went to where I purchased the equipment and it was under warranty so free of charge. I ll never go back to them.

I don't mind sharing my details especially when it's a scam. I'm sure the manager or is it the owner has that gold necklace because he rips a lot of people off. I waited to write this until I got a second opinion. My repair with these clowns has gone from their $1400.00 estimate dropped to a $130.00 repair. If you want a shop that will not listen to you when you say that you check your fluids and you have a k&n filter they don't need to check it but they do it anyway then this is your shop. If you want a shop that will put oil on certain components under your car and say you have a leak then this is your shop. I'm not one to normally take the time to post reviews however I got a second opinion and found out I was told LIES!! If I could give them a -5 Stars I would. Govern yourself accordingly.

I was in the area taking the Kia Rio in for a low tire issue for my daughter. I looked up the local mechanics on google and simply selected Longwood Auto on the basis of the reviews and the highest score. The Rio was on the rack within 20 minutes of arriving. The overall repair involved replacing two studs, which another tire place had informed me was a problem, and patching the tire. I was informed of the progress on a regular basis which made the wait tolerable. The price was what I expected. The crew at Longwood Auto fix exceeded my expectations. I plan to use them again.

I brought my 2014 Toyota Corolla in due to my engine not running properly with my car stalling. Alex was very helpful and gave me a discount for the battery replacement also needed. With the service, they do take pictures of the concerns found as backup and allowed me to come back to their garage to see the concern. the My car is now running properly, thank you!

Definitely stay away from Longwood Auto Fix, this is an unethical greedy business. They re straight up crook!!!. The mechanic/ manager during an estimate recently requested $900.00+ for a brake job and fluid flush ( THIS WAS A RED FLAG: because a fluid flush was already done at the suzuki dealership in Orlando.) The manager claimed my daughter s vehicle needed breaks and rotors. We left, told the manager that we will get a second opinion elsewhere. Took my daughter s vehicle somewhere else and paid less than $200.00 bucks for brakes pads and labor. Her vehicle didn t even need rotors, because they were in excellent condition. A system flush and new rotors would ve been an unnecessary expense. SHAME ON YOU LONGWOOD AUTO FIX FOR TRYING TO ROB AND SCAM HARD WORKING PEOPLE IN YOUR OWN COMMUNITY. IF YOU KEEP IT UP YOU WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON!

Too many turn around on employees and that makes you nervous. Hopefully all work done was done properly because it was extremely expensive. UPDATE: OK Mr owner, this WHOLE job was not just 1 experience with the shop. In total its been over a year since it began and yes office and shop personnel has changed numerous times. Now whether it's them or YOU that's the issue is not my problem. I stated my personal experience and if it hit a nerve oh well buddy. It hit's people's nerves when you hit the pocket and then the delayed work due to part's delayed and so forth. It is a nuisance for the customer not you or your pocket SIR !!

Alex and Tommy took care of everything. My daughters car was having a problem that they helped resolve. I had an oil change here on a different vehicle. They let me know about a couple issues my car had and offered me advice on what to do.

I can t say enough about Longwood Auto Fix and Terrance. I would highly recommend this business. I went here not having been to another mechanic and they were great. The problem required two repairs and got fixed! The car is running better than ever. Terrance was awesome and beyond helpful! They didn t take advantage of us and were there for us last minute when we needed to get the car to them via a tow truck. I will continue to use them and refer others to them.

I've received great service here, and the people are polite and professional. They accept walk ins as well as appointments which has really helped me in a pinch. They were kind to inform me what sort of issues were occuring with my car and delivered great service. These guys diagnosed my truck with a bad oil pan gasket after two other shops told me I had a failed rear main seal. $900 vs $2500. I trusted LAF and couldn t be happier. No more oil leaks. Thanks guys!

Outstanding service. They were determined to fix a very complicated electrical issue on my classic 66 Mustang. More than met my expectations and even assist me in accelerating the repair due to transportation requirements out of town.
