Very friendly, informative and accommodating from the moment they picked up the phone. Great deal on an oil change and alignment. Done in a timely manner. They also recommended tires and gave me a really good quote on a new set. Definitely recommend this shop and will be returning for all my car care needs. Thanks guys!

I personally didn't go but my son went to have his car get a Diagnostic check. He told me he was explained what was going on with his car and how much it would cost. They even printed it out for him.I then called and spoke with Mathew who was SO patient to explain everything in detail to me. When I asked if he could email the information to me he told me he would list them in order of priority. My brother has been coming here for many years and trustshis, his wife and their 2 sons cars. He says he shopped around and found that Align Automotive haave fair prices and are honest. I've come a few times when I used to buy used cars with my income tax return and no matter what the issue was Align Automotive would always resolve it and I never once had to take it back again for the same problem. I will continue coming here from now onAlso my parents have recently become loyal customers as of last year. Align Automotive do great work and have pleasant customer service.

I went in for a simple oil change some other issues were determined to be a problem in the future I decided to go ahead and deal with it then before it became a problem.The wait time was gonna be an additional 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. I had already been there for more than an hour Mathew I think his name was offered to take me home and pick me up when the service was completed, which was not in his job description. I have always take my car here and only here and I have always received exceptional service over and beyond. One employee had even given me a bottle of water out of his lunch bag before. As long as I am driving my loyalty will always be here! Thank you for always providing an exceptional customer experience that goes over and beyond the call of duty!

I was referred to Inlign Automotive by Empire Tire to get my wheel aligned. I did the booking online which was very easy and they even made sure to send reminders. When I got to my appointment I was checked in and they made sure my appointment was correct. I was there for about 30-45 minutes which wasn't long at all. They even let me know that my oil needed to be changed soon and offered to do it for me or asked if I get it done somewhere else and I let them know I usually get it done at my dealership. Which they understood and they weren't pushy at all. After my car was ready, I was checked out and I had the service explained to me as well as what was going on with my car. Everyone was nice and I had a great experience. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone

I have had work done to both my vehicle as well as my wife's. The work and follow up is stellar. I recently had a power steering pump installed that ended up having a loud bearing. They replaced it under warranty with no issue. Thank you Tim and the rest of the Inlign team.

Tim the owner took great care of my truck today 1/19/24. He listened to my concerns and addressed the issue. He assured me that I am in great hands. All in all, the alignment came out great and the issue was resolved, wasn t even a long wait. After talking to Tim and seeing how he conducts business it is safe to say Inlign has gained my trust. I will be a repeating customer. Thank you Tim for your services and god bless.

I searched several places looking to get an alignment on my 1980 Z28, but no luck finding one. The guys at Inlign had no problem taking care of my classic and did a superb job with it. Great group to work with. Stopped in for a quick alignment fix and was in and out quick. Fair prices on other services as well. I d go back and would definitely recommend them.

We needed a new steering rack after we had replaced the power steering pump. Inlign worked with us, accepting the work we had done and replaced the rack and notified us that the new pump we had put on was bad. They worked with the parts vendor to get a new pump and saved the old one so we could get a refund. They were respectful of the work we had done and were willing to work with us to resolve the issues. Not all shops will do that. We will be back.

There are many good automobile service service companies out there. There are many good mechanics. It s not enough to say that Inlign has this going for them. What I value the most is their communication. They ve always kept me informed of what they think is happening, what they intend to do, and when they have done it. special things to Shannon for her kind and caring updates.

We have used Inlign for years for personal vehicles and our company fleet vehicles. We come here because they do the right work the right way. 100% trust Tim and his team to be honest and thorough in the work they perform.Wouldnt take my car any place else.

Very personable staff and owner Tim ! They always answer the phone unlike your dealers ! You can always reach them to find out status of vehicle ! They care about ensuring car is fixed right ! I just had my radiator fixed on my Mercedes ML 350 recently and so far so good ! They stand by their word! I ve been to the shop for all my service and maintenance and they do a good jobService: Electrical repair

They kept to the appointment time. Only needed oil change. Explained the check up, nothing needed attention. Everyone was friendly and informative, even gave recommendation for something else that they don't do. Good job!.

Inlign is reasonably priced and transparent on what needs to be fixed on your vehicle. In the past I would take it to the dealer and they would try to sell maintenance repairs that were not necessary, Inlign does what needs to be done and they don t upsell unnecessary maintenance.

They have done it again!!! My Camry needed a lot of work and they did it super fast and got her running smoothly! The owners are amazing people and the staff is genuine, gracious and super experienced. I was truly impressed. Way to go Inlign!!!

I had a excellent service at Inlign Automotive as usual. This time was extra special. I needed repairs on my car and come in during closing time. Their team went above and beyond. The two mechanics, the office manager and Shannon stayed very late to get my car repaired. Inlign shows true concern about their customers.

While the shop and their staff are friendly and attentive, they ultimately delivered subpar service on my vehicle. Ironically Inlign failed to get my car in alignment. While I followed their service recommendations to a tee by purchasing a new tire, in addition to an alignment that didn't correct the issue of my vehicle pulling hard to the right - my vehicle still pulls and this isn't ideal on a long trip I was preparing for.Another frustration was the wait time- even after calling ahead and asking about availability to service my vehicle, I waited close to 3hrs before my vehicle was so much as looked at and then another 1.5 hrs for a 1 tire install and patching (that many other shops do for free without appointment and on the spot ' I was charged $25) I feel although they were honest and respectful, Align delivered subpar work at the same price and hassle much larger and more reputable shops charge for similar services.(VW cap on one of my tires was also missing upon closer inspection)

Thank you in Inlign Automotive for the excellent customer service and a completely positive experience. This was my first time at Inlign, usually I go to a place where I drive in and wait in my vehicle. I can't believe how much money I saved by going to Inlign! It was just over half the price of the place I usually go to. Plus they throw in complimentary tire rotation.
