The experience at Greenway Kia North was the best I have ever had, I was VERY SATISFIED with this location they had got me in right away the same day I called maybe about a hour later supper fast and as soon as I pulled up to get my oil change immediately Chris had came up and took very good care of me he was very friendly and hardworking and even went over everything with me and kept me informed through the whole appointment giving me status updates. Chris had offered the customer lounge or transportation while waiting and that was very generous and kind of him but I did not need it but I think that is a wonderful thing to provide makes you feel well taken care of. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to any family or friends. The service was VERY FAST took about a hour maybe less and I got my car back looking supper cleaned which it definitely needed, I didn t expect it but green way Kia North definitely went above and beyond. Thank you chris for your great service, amazing personality, positive personality& updates you made my experience at this location the best. I appreciate this dealership& 10/10 recommend.

I ve updated my review merely because of my service representative. I am grateful that she was assigned to my case because without her superior customer service I would ve had no faith in this process. I appreciate her hard work and her continued communication and empathy. She definitely deserves recognition for her hard work as well as the mechanics who worked on my car diligently! I do still have some bones to pick with the extended warranty company but that doesn t fall back on this Kia location, their service, or the employees. Thank you for all your help Kia!

I always have a great experience with Greenway Kia. It was easy to book a service appointment online and they got everything taken care of in a timely manner. They even offered a shuttle service to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready!

A lot of the staff people are unprofessional. I had my car in for service yesterday. I was told it would take a couple of hours and they had the car for the entire day. Throughout the day, I had to make five different calls to check the status each time I was hung up on.. There was definitely a break Between customers and technicians and service people. The only good thing was I was quoted a price and then when I went to pay it was actually cheaper so that was a bonus. I will return to the store, but I definitely will have to get myself in a certain frame of mind to deal with their version of customer service.

Service department was great. But I paid $350 for just 2 front brake pads. This included a surcharge of $41 not really explained. They were very nice and professional. But way over priced

My engine was replaced under the class action suit. After a couple of weeks, my engine light came on. The problem was diagnosed quickly. Unfortunately the problem was not under warranty coverage. After a couple of days the check engine light went away. I will still do the repair as I've already gotten the parts.

My visit in December was awesome but very disappointed today. I had made an appointment for a diagnostic on my 2018 forte. When I made appointment I think the person I talked to should have told me the cost before I drove all the way there with my check engine light on. When I got there today for my appointment was when I was told about the$295 diagnostic fee.

They are always courteous and quick to work.What I like the most this time is that when I called to schedule the appointment they clarify that my car did not need a full synthetic blend, but that is what they do. Recently I used their service center for regular maintenance. It is a bit frustrating to make an appointment and still have to wait 2/3 hours but it is what it is. I do wish there were more perks for those who have purchased from the dealership like car washes/cleanings. Everyone was still pleasant and I appreciate the work they do.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

I waited 5 hours for a security software update, requested a shuttle twice (that never happened) and my tail light was damaged (during car washing) requiring a second visit (of 2 - 3 hours) to replace it. Not a good experience that I would want to repeat.

Service Department excellent, thx Jennifer. Brought in tire with puncture and leaking air, repair made in a timely manner. Cost of repair $50 seems excessive however.

2weeks ago I bring my Kia in for engine light inspection, they replaced the catalytic converter. light comes back on a few days ago, engine shaking and the rep.Frank says I need engine coils and spark plugs. (1600$) How is it possible I need a whole tuneup and nobody noticed this 2 weeks ago? The parts are less than 100$ and they want 1600$!!!! Never will I do business with this dealership!!

Everyone I encountered was amazing, friendly and efficient. They were super busy but kept me informed of any delays, offered snacks and drinks and even offered me a ride home if I did not want to wait on campus.
