This location has always done me right. They go above and beyond. I was there for an oil change and they performed a thorough diagnostic of my car at no extra charge. They found a screw in one of my tires and determined my wiper blades needed to be replaced in addition to a couple of filters. Their service is top-notch, associates are friendly, service is timely (and guaranteed), and my car always comes back to me clean. This has been my go-to service company for over a year. I was disappointed with the company I'd used for years and switched to Firestone. They are now my car doctor. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO FIRESTONE!! My SUV was damaged while there for an alignment, and they refused to repair the damages they caused to my vehicle. Worst experience ever with a mechanic!! The manager (Eric) needs to step up and do the right thing!!

On Tuesday of this week, I called my Firestone shop after noticing my car handling poorly, a wobble from the passenger side rear, and the car pulling to the left .The week prior I had taken my vehicle to the Firestone where my wife's nonprofit has been servicing their fleet vehicles for a few years. At drop off my experience was less than stellar. I had 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced along with a lifetime alignment done at the Lee Rd store. By Sunday I noticed the car pulling, the steeringwheel off center and a wobble in the right rear.When I arrived at the Longwood store the Manager Eric Masse greeted my professionally and quickly got my car in after I explained the issue(s).They quickly diagnosed that the alignment was way off and adjusted it. They also identified the wobble I felt as being several tires out of balance, which they also addressed.I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the great work done by his staff in fixing the issues .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRESTONE

i had a flat tire and brought my car in with no appointment, just a call to tell them I was coming. They had me in and out within an hour, even with the parking lot full of cars. And since I bought my tires from Firestone, there was no charge for the fix. Thank you for making things so easy for me.

Erik and his team of managers and technicians are highly effective in helping customers with their unique car needs, in my case eliminating rear brake noise on my 2004 Honda Accord.I have been going to this Firestone location in Longwood for 20 years and highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment for some preventive maintenance at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Longwood Florida. My appointment was for 4:00pm, I arrived 5 minutes late and yet my car was taken back immediately after checking in.I had two new front tires put on plus balance and rotation of the other two remaining tires.Firestone is my go-to business for tires and tire related issues. Their lifetime balance and rotation plus alignment services are fairly priced and a great value! They also provide a whole range of auto maintenance services. Check 'em out if you have the chance.Jordan, the auto tech did a great job! Thanks Matt, thanks Jordan and the Firestone Complete Auto Care team for the outstanding service, as usual!All told, I was there for about 1 hour and 15 minutes and driving home, I could feel the quiet, smooth performance plus traction of the new tires I had installed and, along with the balance and rotation, it was almost like driving a new vehicle!

I have been a loyal customer of this Firestone CAC Longwood location for almost three years. The outstanding and honest service I get is why I always come back. The team of Eric, Kevin, and Pedro are consummate professionals, and manage a very intense workload with positive energy, respectful dialog, empathy, and technical excellence. The best part about my service visits is observing them in person as a very coordinated, complementary team, and they are always conveying to customers how much they enjoy working with each other for Firestone. When they share stories about how they all came from Sears Auto service together, and that despite the pressures of the job, it is a great feeling to "work with others you trust," it really puts me at ease as a customer because I know that they will perform excellent service to hold up the reputation of the team and the Firestone brand. I've been a Firestone customer across several States over the past ten years, and this is the best team ever.

I have to take the time to commend Eric in your Longwood location. After going to multiple dealerships which either gave me the wrong or excessive diagnosis Eric took the time to listen and address my car's concerns in a very efficient manner. Matt, and the crew at Firestone are amazing. They are the only people that touch my Mustang. I just had new brakes and rotors put on and the car drives like a dream! I highly recommend them!

The woman who works the main desk here is wonderful. Looked at a few places for new tires but because of how easy she made it and her knowledge we chose this one, in storeexperiencewith her was just as easy. If I thought I could steal her as my own employee I would buy she clearly enjoy ms and does her job well so I didn't try. Hang onto her or someone else will steal her. She is worth every penny you pay her and more.

Couldn't get into see my regular mechanic so I tried this other garage that I hate because I wanted peace of mind to drive to Alabama. They had a 3 hour wait to look at my car so I pulled into Firestone. My check emissions light was on and an angel (whose name I forgot to get) went immediately to my car and reset it. He explained what it was and said they don't do that type of work there, but everything should be fine. I floated out of there and I'm going to make them my number one place to get tires and will never go back to the hated other place that sells tires, plus charges about $800+ for whatever I need done to the car.

We have been going here for years, but on our most recent oil change someone poured METAL FILINGS into the oil.Found this out because we were having issues after service and took to the dealership service center where they had to completely flush the entire system. Luckily the shavings didn't make it into the engine because the oil filter caught them, and we don't delay taking our car in if something is strange, but who knows if someone else will go to a different place if their oil light is turning on and off throughout a drive.I don't know if a tech was having a bad day or it's some ploy to get people to bring their vehicle back in to charge for more services, but we never had problems with service here until recently.The last two times I brought my own vehicle in (the above happened with my husbands car), they did not do the tire rotation or alignment with the oil change.Will not ever be coming here again. Someone had to FUNNEL metal filings into the oil while doing the oil change. Who does that?I'm sorry to be writing this review since I like the front desk people, but something crazy is happening out back.Do not risk it.

I have taken a couple of vehicles here for servicing and they have always been fair with their pricing. I took my car there for a simple repair and the keys were somehow lost but they promptly had a locksmith out there to make me a new set of keys. Solid Place. Kevin & Erick were very professional.Super welcoming with a variety of services. Was traveling through town and in a rush to find a good mechanic went to someone before and they tried to rip me off and didn t do a better job, so I ended up bringing my car to these guys and these guys were above amazing! It s hard to find a good honest mechanic and this is one of them! 10/10 would recommend

Kevin is awesome. He s one of the few mechanics who is straightforward about what my car needs and doesn t try to upsell or convince you your car needs all kinds of work. He s also very nice and friendly. The rest of the guys are great too. I rarely leave reviews but my husband and I had such an incredible experience at Firestone in Longwood. My husband gave them a call 30 min before they closed asking if they would be able to take a look at our tire because we got a bolt in it. Kevin let us know to come right over. Once we got there, they got us right back! It was very quick and the service that we received was unmatched! Kevin is such a kind, knowledgeable, and helpful person! We ended up needing new back tires, he even brought us our tire to explain to us why it would be helpful to have a new tire since our back tires were balding! They took time and serviced our vehicle, even though it was after hours. They never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them. I would HIGHLY recommend this Firestone location to anyone seeking honesty and great service! Very grateful for this experience.

Just like usual the service is spot on! Quick, attentive to each customer, quality workmanship, expert knowledge. What a combination...and a national chain store for service in other states.4/26/2023 update: some new service writers are manning the front desk. Awesome folks here. Quality service done fast. Done right the first time and has a warranty. National chain, reliable repairs, same prices as mom and pop shop. A+!6/27/2023: New staff, new Mechanic's, same great service. Seems like with each change the younger they become. And they know cars and what they need. Still impressed, still my go to for scheduled car maintenance.

They take so long.Super rude.Super expensive!Act busy when they are not.Never goes by your appointment , if you have 10am they will help you an hour later.DO NOT GO THERE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!

Have had very good experiences with them. Been there a few times for my car's brakes and they were up front, did a good job, honest, with reasonable pricing. Fixed what was needed and they don't try to make you fix things that are not needed. Would definitely recommend this place for any car problems. Also went there for wheel alignment and they were very efficient and reasonably priced. Good customer service and friendly staff.
