The staff at Empire really assisted me in having protective film applied to my Lexus which greatly enhanced protection to key areas from chipping, cracking etc. Their work is top notch, and treated my car like it was their own. Highly recommend them to other seeing to protect or customize your automobile. They won't disappoint, and stand by the quality of their work! Great business to work with for sure!

I have been in communication with Jerry, the manager at Empire Auto Spa, since May. I was looking to procure a vehicle to replace my older one. He took no time in working with me, answering my questions along the way. Unfortunately, it took some time before I was able to find a vehicle in my budget (somewhat). I like to take care of my vehicles the way they care of my family and I. Naturally, I followed up with Jerry a second time in September as I came closer to sealing the deal on a vehicle to see what he can do affordably.Jerry took care of everything....I mean EVERYTHING. Once a down payment was made on what I think was a terrific deal for what he offered (front PPF film and lifetime ceramic coating on everything else), Jerry (and his team) was on it! This was despite a problematic first time experience having the vehicle transported from afar to Empire. That man and his crew waited ~2 hours PAST CLOSING TIME to take the car in, also acting as my advocate during the whole transport debacle (involving a not so nice driver and scuff marks on a painted rim caused by him).Jerry took care of it, having his guys work late in the night AND the following 2 days to meticulously do what was promised... and the car turned out beautiful and in showroom condition. He even polished out what he could on the scuffed rim!Jerry cares about his work, shoots straight from the hip in transparency, is sincere and stands behind his work...and most importantly, HIS WORDS. Just like me.If you're looking for someone who stands behinds his words AND work, you can't do much better than with Jerry and the crew at Empire. Excellent experience from Empire Auto Spa when I decided to PPF my entire car. When it was finished I could tell they try to make the edges as hidden as possible compared to other installers in the area. They also were able to get someone out to my house to fix my wheel which left it looking like new condition which gave me confidence that Empire know what they are doing. They also have decent customer service as I brought up a issue to them and they did fix it right away when I brought the car to them. In my opinion this is the place where you can take your car to fulfill what you want done to your car.

2010 Genesis Coupe Tech UpgradeHad some tinting jobs done with these guys before, but this was a major one. Wanted to upgrade the entertainment system with bluetooth, android auto/ apple car play, backup camera, sound system, and foot-well lights. Everyone did a phenomenal job with walking me through their products so I would be getting exactly what I wanted for a great price. Even though the job took a bit longer, they were transparent every step of the way and I couldn't be happier with the upgrade. Now my daily is my sanctuary again. Thanks Empire!

My car looks amazing! After Dottie coaxed me in to the warehouse so I could see what they could do to make my car look new again, I was convinced I had to get my car in there. Shawn went over my car with me like a fine tooth comb and showed me everything they could do to make my car shine, both inside and out. The results were fantastic and I feel like I have a new car again, even though it is six years old. It is not showing its age now! Thank you all for everything!

Thank you Empire!!Everyone, do your homework! After you do, go straight to Empire Auto Spa! They have the knowledge, experience, and the quality products you need to protect your car for years to come. Please don't go to any fly-by-night person working out of their home. You will not get the warranty or the service you would if you went to Empire Auto Spa. Don't end up like me. Fortunately, Empire Auto Spa is here to save me!!!!

Empire Auto Spa and their team did an amazing job on my 2017 Dodge Challenger Scatpack and went all out on the black panther theme, even making sure before I left they drove my car after lowering the suspensions to make sure it wasn t anything wrong which let me know my safety is their priority. From their professionalism and execution I can t say enough good things other than I will be back to finish customizing my car and if you don t live in Florida the drive is worth it 100%.Services: Scratch removal, Exhaust tip polishing, Seat shampooing, Wheel washing, Window tinting, Paint repair

What a great experience, from the purchasing of a gift certificate for my son to scheduling to the actual execution of the job - the mobile detailing was stellar. Even after 3+ weeks the car still looks great. Most impressed with how clean and "new looking the wheels turned out! Thanks Doty and Empire team!

Overpriced rates for paint protection film ,(PPF), caliper paint, and wheel powdercoating which is done by Raven powdercoat. The way this shop sells service is like being at a used car lot - fast, rude, no explanations, too busy to answer any questions, always upselling, and extremely quick to take a deposit to move onto the next customer.A few big PPF pieces on my full car were not aligned during install even after being cut by a machine. I had to have a few sections redone. A plastic trim piece was cracked during install, I had to buy a new OEM piece. Several big gaps on a "machine cut" PPF. I was never given an option to purchase a hand cut PPF. Would have preferred to pay extra instead of massive gaps on a machine cut PPF with vertical lines where the PPF meet together. The focus seems to be on doing things fast, but not right.It's always a game of back and forth phone tag, wasting a customers time to get the right person on the phone since they refuse to give a quote over text or email. This leads me to believe that their rates are variable depending on who owns the vehicle and how much a customer is willing to pay for the same service. They do not value a customers time.Even a 20 minute job requires you to drop off your vehicle overnight, with an early day drop off and a late evening pickup, so it can be displayed in their showroom for other customers to see or on their lot facing the street.I paid $550 for a carbon fiber part from Japan and paid $400 to have it covered by Paint Protection film by Empire. A 4 inch by 20" piece. Before I could even finish my sentence, they wanted a credit card to hold a spot because they gave me a "repeat customer discount ".Called another shop and got a quote for HALF of Empire, but Empire already had taken my deposit. It wasn't even done right at Empire, they used a factory part computer cutout to cover an overlay carbon piece with 5mm exposed on the entire carbon piece. Then they wanted me to pay another $200 to get rid of the 5mm gap to have it redone. What a rip-off!!I highly recommend Tinterz for your Paint Protection needs, talk to Diana. She is amazing, friendly, replies by texts and is respectful of a customer and their time. Wish would have gone there the 1st time instead of wasting my time and money at Empire for poor service and poor product. I like to give a shop a chance to fix issues, but unfortunately Empire wasn't it for me. When others PPF shops say they're sorry for the quality of product I received at Empire, you get an idea of how horrible their work is.

Wonderful experience with Empire Auto Spa. Zack took care of my vehicle and it looked better than when I got it off of the show room floor. My car was pretty filthy and he restored it to better than new. Would definitely recommend using them for any service they offer. I trust my vehicles with Empire Auto Spa.They Ceramic coated my 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum, completely fixed thousands of micro-swirls due to a bad car wash from Bill Ray Nissan.Fast forward to 2021, I bought a BMW 640ix GT. Empire was the first place I scheduled to apply a 5 yr coating along with GlassPerencyMy wheel was replaced and I called Empire Auto Spa who quickly booked me for a visit and applied ceramic coating to the wheel.Empire has Excellent customer service and will take care of you, so go for it!Services: Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Window tinting

Great service. Got my new car front bumper with PPF. Guys did a great job can't even tell it's there. Jenson did a fantastic job and it was great speaking to him about cars. Will most likely go back and get the hood done too. A++

My dad and I built this truck. Painted it in pieces in the back yard. Orange peel, dry spots, runs, thick spots, and houseflies that backstroked through the wet paint. Took a risk with Empire Auto Spa who said they could turn our amateur paint job into a great paint job (not perfect, but great). They were right. These pics do no justice at all to what we have now. Shiny and oh so slippery. This was a real test for any outfit like Empire. Anyone can wax a factory paint job. But if you need someone who treats your ride like their own, visit Empire now.

Empire Auto Spa is the place to take your car or truck. The guys there pay attention to detail and do exceptional work from window tinting, paint protection film, detailing to you name it. I got my ZL1 full paint protection and the windows tinted. Looking forward to getting more work done. Keep up the great work guys.

I was overwhelmed at the transformation of my Tesla. I wanted new wheels, new rims, matte color and honor my son with his name on the car. Empire Auto Spa far exceeded my expectation. I had a full 3 year ceramic coating done by Empire, and since it was close to $2000, I figured it would make sense to write a review in this case. (and I promised them I would)Really nice folks here. Very personable. Jerry helped explain the process to me and kept me updated all the time on how the car was coming along. Dottie was sweet in ordering me an Uber back home.I have a 4 year old BMW with a lot of swirl marks, etc. I was hesitant about spending this kind of money for a ceramic restoration, and I was pretty nervous about the value. I showed up and also asked if Empire could do a couple of extra small projects (secure a diffuser, tint small side lights) and also refurbish the rock chipped headlights. We verbally agreed on the cost and I left the car.I picked up the car and the paint looked brand new. It's pretty remarkable what ceramic coating does and the process Empire took to make it look "showroom". The other small jobs were kind of "forgotten" and brushed aside after "sure, no problem" in the beginning, but I figured I could do that myself since my main concern was the paint restoration. I would have paid for the costs of doing the small jobs and didn't expect this in the overall service. No biggie.I would say my advice to folks considering Empire for this: Get it in writing before you leave. This is not a cheap process. I discussed cost through text/ voice and pointed out things I'd like done at the drop off with a verbal price and instruction (my bad), and upon pickup, the price changed. Jerry and I went back and forth a few times (because I thought I was crazy) but I found a past text of our conversation and the agreed price. He conceded that is what we discussed, and honored the original price. It was a $200 difference, which is a lot for us that don't have money trees growing in our backyard. (maybe my painful headlights cut into profits?)Also, for you that have never done this: A decent tip is expected for the laborer. (I had to Google what is customary for a ceramic coating). The pressure will be on when you are handed the Ipad after swiping your card and all eyes are upon you to decide what percentage to tip. It could be big bucks if you aren't doing the math quickly in your head, so know ahead of time what you are comfortable with. (I brought cash).I would have Empire do it again. It was worth it. The car looks brand new sometimes. The folks at Empire are really good people. They spend time with you and help you understand how it all works. They'll give you advice on other car related things if you're interested. Check out Jerry's Jeep when you are there! Pretty insane!

They are very professional and passionate about what they do. Not only did they give me the best service, when I was shopping around for ceramic coatings. They also had great competitive prices to. They took great care of my new mustang and it's made taking care of it that much easier. It just looks gorgeous! Thank you Empire Auto Spa!

USE THEM! TRUST ME! I'm as picky of a car owner as one can be. Shawn has been trying to get me to do work w/ them for YEARS. I finally did it... Ceramic Coat w/ Polish. They did an AMAZING job! The car was bought pre-owned and had deep swirl marks. These gents knocked it out! The pictures don't do it justice!

They did a great job with paint correction and ceramic coating my car...paint is metallic black and was a leftover so had probably been thru 50 dealer washes or more and had tons of fine swirl marks etc...they got it smooth as silk and with the ceramic coating it definitely stays clean longer. I had it done in oct 19 and as I will admit im very particular about my cars so I did have a few very minor issues I found. You would think I owned a Bugatti and not a lowly Mitsubishi....lol....Anyway it was several months before I could get it back in to address them and they took care of them that day. Very courteous and professional and do great work. Would definitely use them again.

January 2022: Zak did a basic detail on my 2002 Ford Excursion (266,000 miles) today. What a great job!! Made it look like new inside and out. I plan to have them do my other car and my camper as well.

Had a cold air intake and dual exhaust installed on my car. From the beginning, Chris was very professional and really dug deep to ensure I would get the expected sound and performance I was after. His brother (the owner) also reached out just to make sure I was getting what I wanted. They definitely delivered!! I could not be happier with the end results!! I will be a return customer for all my upgrade needs, they've definitely earned my business for life!! Thanks guys for all that you do!

The day after picking my Tesla Model Y Performance I dropped my car off at Empire Auto Spa for full car PPF, window tint front, windshield strip tint, and full car ceramic coat. The work was done with highest professional fit and finish. The work was completed in the estimated time and stayed true to estimate. I have been driving the Tesla daily for over 3 months without any issues. The work has done great in the summer heat, no pealing, gaps, or shifting. I highly recommend. The cost is in alignment with other providers. The customer service was great and they also called a few months after service was completed seeing if any free adjustments were needed. They also reached out after hurricane Ian to see if any complementary touch ups were needed. Again showing they care about their clients.Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Window tinting

I have used Mobile Empire Detailing exclusively as my detailing shop for my 1984 Corvette resto-mod show car. From a complete detail with sealant in their studio, to a regular visit of their mobile team when I need a touch--up, I get a great job at reasonable prices. Shawn Beecher's concierge service will even let me drop my Corvette off for detailing and take me home, and bring me back when the job is done.

Let me start off by saying I marked "Wax" as the service for the review, but it wasn't a wax. I opted to do the Lifetime Ceramic Coating.My family and I have owned plenty of vehicles over years and years collectively.... I remember washing and waxing my parents and grandparents cars too. One thing that gets old (as you get busier and grow in your career) quick is not having enough time to do a GOOD wash, clay, wax on, buff off. As soon as you're done, and the first time it rains or get's dirty driving, you see how everything beads up nicely and rinses away easily. The problem is, that wax doesn't last a long time when the car always sleeps outside and is used every day. Enter ceramic coating..... I've heard (and have seen) good things about this kind of coating. The problem was finding a place that can apply it properly (yes there are some bad stories out there if you google them on botched applications). Like anyone I did some searching around and came down to 2 places within a decent distance from my home that had good reviews. What pushed Empire Auto Spa into first place for me was the interaction I have had with everyone (from phone setup, to drop-off, pickup, and payments, and the workers who applied the coating as well). Everyone was very polite and professional.When I picked up the car, and touched the panels, it feels like it was waxed....but it's coated that way and stays that way now for years (check out the longevity of Ceramic coating). The downside is it's a little pricey yes, but the upside is no more full blown detail waxing every few months, which works great for a busy person with a family. I can get out there on the weekend, and 2 bucket wash method and be done with it. Any dust, dirt, road grime, bug splat, etc., seems to just hose right off every single time, so washing and drying is made super simple. No longer do I have to worry about waxing the vehicle, and I get to enjoy more time with family and friends, vs spending hours and hours detailing the outside of one car every few months. I always told my daughter as she grows up, take care of your things and mostly they will last you a long time. Ceramic Coating was done to keep the outside protected from the elements, and even more to save the time it takes me to simply wash and dry. But it was applied by a company that knows how to do it properly first time around. If you have an older car that could use a little paint correction, these guys can also do that, and then I'd recommend the Ceramic coating to protect it from there after.For some the price seems a little higher, but compare that with how much you would spend on products (not to mention the hours it takes you to do it yourself) every few months. It's well worth it, and this company is great at getting all tasks completed (from first phone call to pickup and payment, and even follow up call just to check in on you to make sure you are satisfied weeks later). Highly recommend Empire Auto Spa...... P.S., no I'm not a chat bot, just a highly satisfied customer, and you will be too!Service: Car waxing

We Always write Reviews based on our experience with a company. We choose empire based upon there reputation and they delivered on just that and more. Recently had one our company vehicles audio system upgraded with navigation and hand free capability the first unit there was a very rare issue with it, was told to bring it back and and they would address the problem. We dropped off the vehicle later we came back to pick it up and since the issue with the old unit was manufacturing defect and didn t want to leave the van without anything leaving the shop they upgraded our unit from the previous model witch was definitely not what we was expecting by any means. Shawn the owner was very professional and there team at empire auto spa are hands down the best in the business for all your car customization needs and coating.
