Looking for an honest mechanic?? Look no further. They did a diagnosis on my wife's car at a very reasonable price. When the problem was not something they do not do (transmission), they told me the truth about the situation, how I needed to handle it and what to expect moving forward. If you tell me the truth I can properly react. Thank you so much. You have gained a customer.

I can not begin to say how much I love and trust this shop. They were more than accommodating summer of 21 when my ac compressor broke due to an auto collision and my insurance was being very difficult to work with. They were so supportive the whole way through and did a great repair job with my ac.Fast forward now summer 23 and my compressor broke again. Elite went to bat for me and got the wholesaler to honor my warranty bc it was still under 2 years old but over the warranty mileage. Needless to say my AC is back to NEW!! Thank you Elite Auto (especially my girl TINA) for having my back and being a truly honest, fair and trustworthy shop. 10/10 recommend.

I have been using Elite auto for years. They have never let me down. Always professional and Courteous. A great environment, friendly people. I am so happy with them I have recommended them to family and friends. They now use Elite for their auto repairs and oil changes. Thank you Don and your team. The fact is that this was our go to shop because of the former staff and owner. My husband and I always brought our truck here to this shop to be repaired. I guess the pandemic changed businesses and business owners to be extremely unkind towards customers who have been coming to them well over 6 years. I was told one thing by Ryan the Service Manager about the repairs for our vehicle the day it was towed to their shop. The next day the Owner Don called me and told me something totally different from what his Service Manager Ryan said. If a business owner can not communicate with his service manager and technicians to be on the same page when it comes to repairs our vehicle. I will never ever refer any of my family members nor friends to the business for the simplest automotive repairs. I did not appreciate being lied to regarding the repair for our SUV.

I've already written one review prior about my positive experience here with these folks and again I am writing one as they have been so good to me . Don genuinely cares and they go above and beyond to take care of my car . I've had to have a lot of work done lately and they do such a fantastic job . I will never go to another mechanic as their customer service is the best . They are closed on the weekends and to accommodate me, Don came in this Saturday morning to finish fixing something that another auto repair shop messed up ! I highly recommend these folks, you won't be sorry

Elite Automotive and Don were excellent. Our AC wasn't working and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. They kept us informed and had it completed when promised. When I first took my car into the shop it was because the shop was in the warranty group from a previous oil leak. During the check, it was determine it was not the previous leak but two others. It took a few a days longer to get my car back than I wanted or needed. However, they were very thorough and did a great job. A couple of days after, my car overheated. (NOT related to the work they did) I intensely called them and they jumped right on it and took GREAT care of my car and me. It is now running better than it has in a while!! Don and Pam are very patient, understanding people and will take care of you!

These people are awesome! They are always friendly and wanting to help. I love going here, I never feel taken advantage of. Shannon does her best to get you the best price for what you need. I've had to spend many hours with them when unexpected things came up during repairs. And I don't mind, I know they are trying to do their best for me and not just rush me out to get to the next vehicle. The few times I have checked around for certain expensive things I've had to have done, their pricing was always the best or equal to. The little interaction I've had to have with the other machanics there has always been great. I truly can't say enough good things about coming here.Services: A/C installation & repair, Oil change

The service at the Elite Auto is amazing! I have been using them for over 20 years. Most recently they went above and beyond to fix an older vehicle for me. Don and Shannon were both caring and helpful. They're very honest and their prices are fair. As a woman feeling I wasn't getting ripped off by a shop was a novelty in this day and age. I would 100% recommend them!

This is the second vehicle I have owned that I take to Elite. They are always profesional, honest & straightforward about repairs needed for my cars. I just purchased a new (used) van and they looked it over. Gave me great news & explained some needed maintenance that would be upcoming. John at Elite very helpful and professional. They had some problems with a part for my steering system and had to reorder it, so I had to wait a couple of days for the repair. They got the job done on the day they said they would once they got the part. My steering system is great now.They also fixed my front brakes, replacing rotors and pads. I had brought ceramic pads that my husband was too ill to install and they used them; I had asked another shop, but they refused to use the pads I had previously bought.I will use their services again when the need arises. I have been through a ton of repair shops before Elite, and let me tell you, they have earned a customer for life. As someone who tries to do most of their car work, I am very particular about who works on my cars and what needs to be done. From my very first experience with them, they offered great communication and an amazing price that couldn't be beat. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any car with any issues to them. They have a very kind staff that greatly cares about keeping you as a customer.

I absolutely love Elite Automotive. I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else. I have been using them for various auto repairs for a decade now. They have never failed to be courteous, honest, and helpful. Shannon in the front office is the best. So wonderful and kind. They treat everyone like family and provide excellent service. You will not be disappointed.

The service at the Elite Auto is amazing! I have been using them for over 15 years. Most recently they went above and beyond to fix an older vehicle for me. Jason, Don, Shannon and all the staff are caring and helpful They all go way above and beyond customer service. They are very honest, reliable, and their prices are fair. Had concerns about my vehicle not turning over and had to have it towed. Called several places in the area and all were not as focused on the customer as Elite is! First call and you get in touch with Shannon who will help with the whole process. I work in the cat business myself and customer service and professionalism is #1 for me. When going to a new mechanic you never really know what to expect and if they are taking advantage and if anything, I felt like I was well taken care of while thinking the worst of the vehicle! Turns out the battery was leaking acid and it was just a battery change. Driving home and it was a new vehicle with actual power and get up as it should have! 10/10 would send my family here!Services: Electrical, Battery

I am absolutely happy I chose this repair shop to get my car fixed. I had multiple issues and was given updates as soon as they found what was going on. Shannon is fantastic and provided great service to me. I will highly recommend my friends and family to use this shop whenever they have an issue because I received a great quote on the work to be done and a guarentee about their work if what they fixed goes wrong. I took my brother's truck to elite automotive yesterday morning for some repairs. When I got there the building itself you know didn't look all that spectacular but when you walk in those big roomy bathroom was nice a TV chairs you can sit in it was comfortable. The automotive tech was knowledgeable although it took a little longer than they said it was going to be. but all in all they got the job done the price was fair and everybody from the people in the office to the people in the garage they were all very friendly

As a young woman who has always had trouble finding an efficient, honest, prompt, and all around great auto repair center Elite surpassed all expectations. Shannon is such a wonderful, caring, kind, & helpful woman! I felt so comfortable & taken care! I recommend Elite to anyone looking for an auto repair center home!

I have always been extremely happy with the service I receive from Elite Automotive Repair. Excellent customer service, honest and reliable service (no attempt to sell unnecessary repairs, etc, the way many dealership repair services do), and the prices are very affordable and competitive. The staff is highly competent and attentive in particular, I commend Jason for always going above and beyond in his work. I plan to continue using Elite for my repair/service needs, and often recommend it to people in the Longwood/Lake Mary area.

Every experience we have had at Elite has been a positive one. The staff is super friendly, they don t try to talk you in to unnecessary purchases, they remember their clients and make you feel comfortable. My dad, who is disabled and prior to getting sick was super handy. He s always been critical of the work people do, and he s never had a bad thing to say about them. I really appreciate how kind they are and encourage everyone to give them a shot at earning the business.

This probably is the best shop I ve ever visited outside the Lexus Dealership. Shannon was very warm and welcoming. The team was very quick and communicated very clearly about the issues with my vehicle.My car was overheating about 60 miles away from home and I had no choice but come. I m very glad I did. I was on my way home in no time.

As a woman I feel quite comfortable and not at all intimidated by going in for service. I have gone to the classes that they offer for women to make us feel more knowledgeable about our cars. They let you know what is wrong with your car and never push anything else on you. If it s something that does not have to be done right then they let you know that as well. They are very honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend them!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Some friends of ours recommended Elite Automotive and we were so glad we took their advice! We were having electrical issues on our vehicle and decided to take it in. About half a mile before getting to the shop, the vehicle completely died. They sent a tech to get it up and running temporarily to make it to the shop. They found the problem, drove all the way to Kissimmee to get the part just so we didn t have to wait for it to be shipped, fixed it up and we had the vehicle back the same day! I asked about the problem and Jason explained it very well. I looked up parts online of what needed to be replaced and they were offering it to me at the same price or cheaper than ones I was finding online. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be taking our vehicles there any time it s needed!

I went back a second time because you all assured me that my issue would be taken care off and yet again and it was to get an alternator replaced. You all DIDNOT repair it for free. I was charged $500 plus almost $600 for that service. Yet again $200 more than what you all quoted me. So again you all s integrity and honestly is extremely questionable. You also charge me an additional fee take my battery out my trunk. As a customer that has come to your establishment multiple times, I do not feel like I was taken care of or yet important. I came to your establishment multiple times because it was convenient as far as location. But yet my last two experiences were not good and I am okay with being inconvenienced by going to another establishment where I am not lied to. I received a call from a co owner in which I am grateful for since he showed. He did say he would give me a call back. But I have yet to receive a call back from him.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Elite Automotive was a life saver. My battery light illuminated on my way home from work at 7:30 pm on a Friday night. I work in the auto repai industry and the dealership where I work is 27 miles away. I suspected the alternator and was not comfortable driving that far to get it repaired. Saturday morning I spent 2 hours calling around trying to locate a mobile repair or some one local to check it out. No one was available until Monday. I really needed my vehicle fixed immediately. Finally, around 10:00 one of the mobile repair call centers referred me to Elite Automotive but said they close at 12:00. I called them anyway and John said they close at 5. If I could get it there they would check it out, and if they could get the part they mught be able to fix it that day. My suspicion about the alternator was correct. They got the part, fixed my vehicle, and I was driving again that same day! Thank you so much John for the great service! THE TOP 3 MOST IMPORTANT THINGS WHEN RELYING ON AN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP ARE #1-HONESTY, #2-INTEGRITY, #3-KNOWLEDGEABLILITY. Elite Automotive Repair offers all these things and more! I've been using Elite Automotive to service my Honda Accord for years, and before that, my Honda Civic. I always know I can trust them to give me an honest opinion, excellent service, and the best price. As a single female it gives me peace of mind to know when I take my car there I'm not going to get the wool pulled over my eyes. They are super nice and friendly, and considerate of my time, no matter how small the service or repair. I'm a happy customer.

Took my 2008 Ford Explorer to get heat and air repair. Exception service by Shannon and Jason. Jason did a thorough job finding and fixing the problem for a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend Elite and will myself be a returning customer.

I usually hate trying to find a good mechanic. So I went into Elite Auto to have my radiator replaced and also hoping to find a shop that I can trust. I am sold. Not only did they replace my radiator, they replaced a burned out turn signal (that I had not gotten to yet), fixed in a dent in my hood and then took my door apart to fix a popped door handle at NO CHARGE! And although Mark was 99% sure of the issue I was having with my speedometer he thought I should get a second opinion before forking out a bunch cash on the parts. I've never had a mechanic do this. Jen, Mark and the rest of his crew took great care of me. Highly recommend. Will be back.

This was my second time using this shop. I appreciate their honesty. I didn t feel haggled. They fixed what needed to be fixed and didn t try to scam me into unnecessary repairs.
