Honestly did an exceptional job fixing my vehicle and making her pretty again. It's nice when you can go to a business and get looked in the eye and treated with respect. My estimator Daniel, did that and above. Highly recommended.

Car sent by hyuandai to get work done, roof repainted and pillars moved down due to manufacturing issues . The pillar issue seems good, the paint job was not done well. Looks like debris in paint as well as gloss finished missed is some areas. The car is now having to be resent back to this body shop to fix the issues.

Grant and everyone at crash champions is amazing . Dealing with a fender bender can be frustrating and disheartening. They are professional and very timely. Many people trust them to take care of repairs so they are busy but they still pay attention to detail and provide top notch service. I would recommend this team to anyone in need of a repair.

The vehicle was picked up for repair by a tow truck a few days later and was then taken to crash champions location on Bennett Drive in Longwood, FL. after it arrived at the shop, they re-estimated the repair and told me that I would have to pay out-of-pocket for OEM parts, because Geico said they would only pay for the after market parts, even though they recommended the shop to me and were aware that the crash champions location was an Audi certified repair shop. Meaning they can only use OEM parts to repair any Audi vehicle, including my 2014 Audi.I decided to instead transfer my car to a different crash champions location, which was on Baywood Avenue in Longwood, Fl. It was towed there and after reevaluation the new estimate was for round $7000 with aftermarket parts this estimate was approved by my insurance company and work began. After around two months, the shop told me my car was ready for pick up. I went to go look at it. The vehicle looked good, but when I went to leave to go home. I began noticing some issues after no more than 10 minutes of driving.It was not shifting correctly, driving around 4000 RPM at no more than 30 miles an hour. The dashboard lit up with several lights, check, engine, suspension, ECT. All of these lights were on when it originally left for repair. I drove back to the shop and told them the issues I was having.They assured me the car was running fine on the test drive with no lights on the dash.I called my insurance and explained what happened. They then spoke with the shop. I called my father and explained the issue, as he is a vehicle mechanic, he said they would ve needed to drain the transmission fluid to repair the radiator. Look it up on YouTube he said I looked it up on YouTube. He was correct.I asked the technician if he had done so he informed me they go through a third-party repair shop to do all of repairs, and that the Crash Champions location on Baywood Avenue only does bodywork.He then offered to go with me to ask them if they had done so, it was only five minutes away from the shop location on Baywood Avenue.We drive there he notices the lights on the dash in the car s transmission running incorrectly. We arrive at the second shop and they say that they cannot, and did not put transmission fluid in the car because they do not have the tools to do so.I forgot to mention, when I first picked up the car, the technician told me it needed to be topped off with fluid, I assumed he meant coolant or something that is not absolutely necessary to the cars is function unlike transmission fluid.I called Geico back and informed them of everything that was happening and what the other shop had said about the repair. Geico then called back and told me they would have it towed to an Audi dealership to have it properly diagnosed.After a few days, the insurance company informed me that the Audi Sanford location had estimated a $19,000 repair. This would be a transmission replacement and a few other repairs which the shop on Baywood Avenue in Longwood Florida did not properly repair.The Geico informed me my Audi would be deemed a total loss so essentially due to the faulty repairs from crash champions and it s third-party location. My Audi A4 s transmission was ruined due to a lack of fluid, deeming the car totaled.

Worst experience I have ever had, I gave them 4 opportunities to fix the issue and complete the job. Over a Month. In the end they told me they were satisfied with the job they did and if I wanted I would need to find another body shop to address the issus and finish the job. What the pictures don't show is all the clips missing within the hood, and both wheel well walls. And the finish of the paint the trim was unfinished

This review is overdue, yet important to document.-Crash Champions is a fantastic car body repair shop after our car was struck in a hit and run.-Crash Champions ordered all parts the day our car came in. Repair took 6 weeks due to supply chain shortages-it is still real even though the pandemic is over!-The rental car reimbursement from our Auto insurance policy ran out in 4 weeks-we have one car. Although the customer service team provided regular updates, discussing these out of pocket expense concerns with Manager Chris in Longwood, he made a point to provide updates himself. The team drove 2 hours each way to pick up the inside door panel and worked exceptionally hard to have my car ready by the end of that day, avoiding an additional weekend of car rental fees.-Chris and his team are true professionals in car body repairs, as well as understanding and acting on their customer s concerns.-Without hesitation, I will go back to Crash Champions anytime I need car body repair. I can t thank them enough.PS-Due to their efforts, I got my car back just BEFORE the UAW strike, which would have caused ongoing delays and significant additional out of pocket car rental expenses.Service: Body & Trim

My experience with Crash Champions was outstanding. The circumstances of being in an auto accident is never a positive experience, but Crash Champions did everything possible to make this repair process, the easiest, and quickest, experience as possible. I was rear ended at a red light & the person hit me going about 40 mph while I was at a dead stop. The entire rear end of my Jaguar FPace SUV had to be re built. I was nervous at first trying to find a collision center who was capable of working on my type of car but once I found crash champions and was informed they are certified to work on Jaguar vehicles I decided to give them a try and I am more than satisfied. Paul, my advisor was awesome. He hit every deadline with the repair process and was constantly in communication giving me status updates on my vehicle. He answered any questions I had, and did a great job, making my car look like new and beautiful again. Tatiana and Valentina at the front desk were both very sweet and made the experience, enjoyable great communication from her and the front desk staff as well with giving me status updates and answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend crash champions in Longwood. Their customer service was 100 out of 10 which is very hard to find now days. I m so pleased with my experience with them I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys for a great experience and getting my car back to me.

I would 100% recommend this location! I needed the entire passenger side of my truck replaced. I worked with Vincent and he kept me updated on my vehicle up until it was ready to be picked up. I was estimated for a repair length of 17 days and they got it done a day early! Couldn t be more happier, looks like a brand new truck again and the paint looks great!

My passenger side mirror was damaged and our insurance company recommended this place. I made an appointment and took my car for repair. When I arrived on 12/23/22 I was greeted by Daniel. He immediately looked at my car and said that the repair time on it would be less than 15 minutes. So he recommended that I come back after he completed the estimate to the insurance company and ordered the part. My insurance company contacted us and told us to make an appointment to have the repairs completed.I scheduled that appointment for 1/13/23. When I arrived on that day I was greeted by Daniel who had an attitude because he couldn't figure out what was going on with my car. I told him I originally dealt with Daniel. When I arrived that morning at 8:00 Daniel wasn't there and David had no clue as to what was going on with my car. Daniel finally arrives and comes out with some BMW parts and said it was the wrong part so he would have to order the correct part. This was my second trip to this place.My husband contacted them every few days to see if the part had come in. In between that time my husband contacted another repair shop he had dealt with and the person explained there were no supply chain issues with getting parts. Finally, the part came in and my husband took my car for repair on 1/26/23. The 15 minute repair took about a couple of hours.On 2/3/23 I was riding in the passenger seat and I noticed that my inside leather trim was coming up. I called the office 2/6/23 and I asked to speak with a manager and David picked up. I told him that I noticed that my leather trim was coming up. So he said bring it by and I asked when he said anytime so they could look at it. David said to make sure I brought it when he was there. So they day before I came I called to make sure he was going to be at work the next day. I called on 2/7/23 at 4pm and he wasn t there, but I spoke to Daniel and explained everything to him. He was pleasant as always and told me to bring my car in between 10:30am - 12:00pm or after 1:00pm because his repair person may be at lunch.I arrived on 2/8/23 at 10:30am. I showed him where the leather trim was coming up. He said let me take it to the back to see what they can do and if they couldn t do anything they could send me to an upholstery person up the street. Daniel comes back with David. David said oh this is a flaw with BMW see its doing that here and here. When I turned to look at it David is walking back up the stairs and goes back into the building. Daniel and I just looked at each other. I highly recommend you do your research before going to this location as long as David is managing this location.The three times that I spoke with David throughout this process he's had a horrible attitude and is really rude.

This place is absolutely amazing taking a car that looks beyond repair and making it look brand new again! After the accident I got in I never thought my car would look as good as it used to and I'm so glad I was absolutely wrong. They picked it up did their thing and even got done ahead of schedule. Thank you so much to them for fixing the car I had only bought 3 month before. I was devastated but they made it better. The amount I paid for that was way under what I thought should be priceless.

Highly recommend this body shop. I was hit in my rear bumper and within days got into be serviced. Professional, great team work within the staff communication on point, bumper replacement was better than new, and FAST turnaround!! Thank you to the entire team. From the moment I went to the shop, I was treat as an important customer. Vince was very detailed with the entire process. He told me what to expect - He was friendly, attentive, professional and informative. I hardly had any questions because he covered everything. The entire side of my vehicle needed to be replaced. It took the paint shop 3 times before they finally got the paint right. I had to take it back each time. Even after the third time, I found overspray on the bottom of my front bumper and they didn't even have to paint that part! I gave 3 stars because the body repair shop did great work and the administration staff were super nice and helpful. They just need better painters.

Great service! I went in to get a new bumper and repair some damage. It took a little over a week -which I did not mind- and now my car looks brand new, as if nothing ever happened. Kayla and Madison were so friendly and helpful, they kept me updated through out the entire process. I brought my car here to be fixed after being backed into in a parking lot a month ago. Kayla greeted us upon arrival and was so nice and patient. I was informed of the whole process. They were alright. They got the job done well, but not up to my standard as a paying customer. The car has an area where the paint was chipping (very small, but I can see it causing future trouble in the paint), also the computer sensor was recalibrated. Amazing customer service all the way around! Everyone was super friendly and incredibly helpful. After dropping my car off they gave me business cards of the people overseeing my repairs. They called to check up on me and kept me up to date on the repairs. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was ready for me on Thursday of the same week! I also picked it up cleaner than when I bought it from the car dealer, my car has never looked so good! I would highly recommend Signature Collision Center Longwood!

Outstanding! The service I received was phenomenal! I had to file my first auto claim with Geico, and they set an appointment here. When I arrived, I met everyone from my adjuster, to the gentleman who worked for Enterprise, along with the shop manager, Scott! The process was explained thoroughly, and my anxiety was put at ease. Scott is AWESOME! He updated me every step of the way, and my questions were answered. My car looks fabulous, and they even cleaned the inside for me. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get some work done. Thank you for the exceptional experience!

Our experience was a little weird. The dropoff was very good and I felt confident that Crash Champions knew what had to be done. The service advisor said they'd try to buff out a few spots that were near the crash damage but that probably weren't directly related to the crash. The work was done before the estimated completion date.For the pickup, however, when I want into the office the guy at the counter was playing on his phone and didn't acknowledge me for like 5 minutes.When we look at the car, the main scratched area of about the size of a dollar bill was repainted, but that's it. Some scratches and rock chips right next to the affected area were still there, so clearly only a very small section had been repaired. The panel gap had not been fixed, although they took it back in the shop and bent something until it looked better. There were polish smudges, dust, and handprints in various spots around the car. A gasket was hanging off which the service advisor stuck back on. A dirty rag was left in the trunk.So I guess it looks pretty good from a few feet away, but I'm left feeling like the service was a little overpromised and underdelivered, and that I could have spent a few hours with some bondo and a can of Duplicolor and accomplished the same thing for about $1650 less.Service: Painting

I would not recommend this collision repair company they have literally lied twice about when my vehicle would be ready and I have been waiting patiently when they keep telling me it s delayed on the day I m ready to pick it. The lady Jennifer apparently misinformed me each and every time about the progress of my vehicle. Apparently it was delayed because they put on the wrong door?!? Like how?!?
