Had a quote from Dealer+Pep Boys that was $700 more for a control arm replacement. One wanted to push a wheel alignment on but here they said we didn't really need it, so it's good when someone is not just pushing things on for money. Surprisingly drove by at 11pm and they were working on our car. So that's pretty dedicated work. Fix was easily noticeable and no issue 3 weeks after.

Chris took his time to educate me on minor issues I didn t know about my car while repairing my tires. I was under a lot of pressure when I arrived and left feeling relieve, so did my car. The work was fast and efficient, I would recommend any one who needs work done with their car go see Chris and his team.

The guys that work here are amazing! They are fast, fair, and very accommodating!....(I came to them on one occasion because I lost an emerald earring under the passenger seat and i could not reach it without removing it. The owner of the shop was nice enough to remove the seat and retrieve my earring free of charge! Mind you, he did it in the pouring rain and was just happy to help!I could not trust anyone else to do this for me without the fear of my earring being stolen. This is the second time y'all helped me out of a desperate situation. Thanks guys. Y'all are awesome!)

Chris and his team have been absolutely amazing when working on my vehicle! The price was very fair, The other shop I had taken it to couldn t find out what was wrong with it and had the car for a month! Chris found the problem with mine in a couple days! I highly recommend these guys, they are very honest!!!

6/2023 I WOULD RECOMMEND AUTO TECH at 1559 South Highway 17 in Longwood to anyone without a doubt. I took my Oldsmobile Silhouette Premier minvan for repairs and A/C recharge. In the seven years that I had the minivan no one has been able to recharge and fix the rear A/C unit. AUTO TECH was able to do it FOR THE FIRST TIME. I am very happy!! CHRIS and the Staff were very professional and reliable. The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE at REASONABLE PRICES!! My go to shop from now on!!!!4/1/24 -ANOTHER GREAT JOB BY AUTO TECH AT 1559 South Highway 17 in Longwood , Fl. Took my Oldsmobile Silhouette Premier minivan to repair an engine oil leak. I have had this for several years intermittently. Last summer when I had the A/C repaired there was no engine oil leak. But now it was constantly leaking. They were able to repair it and the vehicle has more pep! Like always, Chris and the staff are very friendly, reliable, experienced and professional. MY GO TO SHOP at REASONABLE PRICES !

These guys were awesome. I had taken my car to so many places before I took it to Auto Tech, nobody could find anything wrong with it. Chris and his mechanics kept working until they found why the car had vibrations in the wheel. His mechanics were great very nice and down to earth. He did a great job in my car and went out of his way to help me. I would definitely use them again. He did things at my convenience and worked until the job was done. Nice guys. Auto Tech was referred to me by a neighbor who is very knowledgeable about cars and said when he can t fix something, he takes his vehicle to Auto Tech so I tried them for brake pads and the service was down home and professional. I will definitely use them again. Sidenote, if they re not in the office, walk around to the back and yell.Service: Brakes

When our sons car wouldn t start the morning of Thanksgiving my husband knew exactly who to call. Autotech of Longwood! Previously we had brought our Volvo in for repairs and Chris was knowledgeable and efficient ..but not only that, he was just a really good guy , said my husband. Let s give him more business when we can! , he said.Well, sure enough some months later when our sons car had its issues that s where we had the tow truck take it or so we thought.In a series of errors the tow truck company dropped it off to the wrong auto mechanic and our son dropped his key to the car off to the same wrong mechanic .how does this even happen you ask? The businesses are literally right next door to each other and share the same roof and similar names Oye.We didn t catch the mistake soon enough and the auto repair shop did its assessment on our sons car . $906. $154 of these dollars were for the 45 min this company said it took to diagnose the problem (which we ultimately had to pay or else we couldn t get the car released to Chris shop).Once the problem was rectified, and the car was handed over to the correct auto repair shop, Chris (the owner of the shop) took the car into his shop and made his own diagnostic of the problem ..he called me with the details, and all in all his bill came to$230.00. Ok ..this bill included the $154 to the other mechanic next door that Chris fronted in cash out of his own pocket to get the car released. You may be wondering WHY Chris did this..well this auto repair shop wouldn t let me pay this fee over the phone and wanted me to come in person .some of us work and I couldn t get there to handle this. Chris was too kind and wonderfully professional in his consideration to manage this for us. I digress .So back to the total bill! With parts (a simple clamp and small hose) & labor plus the $154 to the other not trustworthy auto repair shop, we paid $230. A FAR CRY from the $906 estimate we received from said other shop.I m not a car person, I love them but I couldn t fix a car problem beyond refilling the windshield wiper fluid or filling the tires with air. My husband..same skill set! We need trustworthy mechanics to guide us and help us with these things. I will sing it from the rooftops about AutoTech! Go here. Trust this company. Tell your friends & family once you have had the same HONEST service we did.Good small businesses need us to help them because word-of-mouth is stronger than ANY add.Thank you Chris & AUTOTECH. I had a really bad experience with this shop, bad service and expensive price, I have 2 bmws, at the end, I had to get a bmw expert because in this shop they made a bad analysis and bad work, I believe they don t know about bmw and I had to pay a lot of money for nothing, my car was there almost 4 months and its still not working . You can find better places with professional people.

Listen I get things happen but EVERY TIME 8 have gone there for repair there is ALWAYS a story on delivery of parts not on time. It either that or they take their sweet time on repairs to stress the customer's out with lame excuses.

I've been to Auto Tach twice already and will keep coming back for any type of auto service. They are very honest and fair with their prices. They take great pride in their work and will find a way to help you out. I totally recommend it

Chris and the staff were amazing! They stayed late to make my car was taken care of and made sure everything was perfect. Chris even followed up to check in on how everything was going. I recommend this shop to everyone!

Great experience! They got me in right away. Chris was very attentive listening to my concerns about my Jeep and pinpointed the exact issue which was fixed within an hour. Chris is absolutely amazing! He stayed til 10:30pm to get mine and another lady's car back on the road safely. He seems very knowledgeable and ready to help. His shop and parking was very full but managed somehow to keep squeezing people in to get the job done. I have been to a lot of repair shops over the years but I have never dealt with a more professional not only mechanic but staff as well! From the nice lady who answers the phone to Chris and his techs Everyone was Great to deal with! And Chris was very patient with me as well... And kept me informed as time went by. These guys are amazing, they take care of all our fleet vehicle's & we have never had an issue with them. Chris & Jay are superior when it comes to they're trade; they're communication is great as well. Would definitely recommend.

You have to try this place. Chris, as well as his techs, were excellent. Concern was shown for my car's needs and I was treated with respect. They also found a rattle no one else found and didn't even charge me to fix it "while they were there". Really some of the best auto service I have received in a very long time. Bravo Chris!

Blessed to have come found this auto shop. Truly a business that knows its expertise in the mechanical field. I felt like family, they did a precise diagnosis. They had the part shipped to the store with in the hour and I was back on the road within a couple of hours. Great experience, Chris is a very good guy and honest. He helped me save a lot of money, when other mechanics were asking for so much more, very reasonable price for the service and very fast as well. I absolutely recommend it.

Chris and his crew did a great job putting on new rear brakes and turning the rotors on our 2011 Toyota Sienna. Great customer service, honest owner, and a fair price to boot! I thought I had a bad bearing. It would have totalled my car. My old mechanic retired. I called different shops, and they all wanted a diagnostic fee of 100$ or more. I called these guys up and they said they'd "listen" for free. It turned out to be the a/c compressor; a way cheaper job. They are my new go to shop. Absolutely a great experience. Chris was polite, explained everything to me well and gave me good advice. While he was unable to fix my issue due to a special situation with my vehicle, he tried to not even charge me for his time. I was in a real bind that day, had a flat tire that I would usually take off myself and take it to a repair shop, but one of the lugs kept spinning, two shops around me would not touch it. So I had to drive around a bit to see who would. Pulled into AutoTech, no problem says Chris, the manager there. After having the SUV towed there they got right to work, didn't take long either about a hour. I stood there and watched. They were awesome, very friendly, very courteous and Pro's at what they do.
