Stopped at this shell just off I-10 because it showed opened online and on maps however when we arrived it appeared closed and the pumps shut-off. Unfortunately, my vehicle was too low on gas that I couldn t drive to the next gas-station 7.9 miles away. Oddly, for it being closed there were a few cars parked in the parking spots, so I knocked on the door a few times. A woman appeared inside and yelled saying they are closed. She said closed until 6am. I mentioned to her that it said online that the gas-station showed open 24 hours online. She stated that the station is closed until 6am and did not take any care to help us. Unable to drive to the next station my family had to endure waiting in the cold, with a near empty fuel-tank until 6am. The station attendant did not help us and walked away with a bothered attitude when I told her that we did not have enough fuel to make to the next station. Too low on fuel, we sat and waited at the pumps in the cold dark until 6am. Her lack of empathy was surprising as was her lack of understanding that publicly online it showed open, which is why my family had chose this gas-station and drove here. So another traveler does not waste precious time and mistakenly choses this fuel station, I suggest that the hours of operation reflect accurately online.

Would give -5 stars if could. Passing thru, getting gas and a sandwich at subway was ok, but DO NOT go into the liquor store!!!I went inside to see about having beer going down an aisle and got yelled at by a young female clerk with short blonde hair and face piercings. Yelling No customers beyond this point !!!At the end of aisle was a short ladder with a cardboard, hand scribbled sign : no customers beyond this point.I was NOT beyond that point! No roped off area! I turned around, went to go out, opened door and heard a very snotty : good bye .I turned around and said no need to have an attitude Well, she came running around the counter yelling and screaming in my face to get out.I said maybe I should call the cops and she screamed do it and get out and never come back BTW- I was OUTSIDE the store.I never encountered such nasty, nasty attitude by anybody. Yes, I then called her a nasty little B and left.We are seniors, and with an attitude like this, they wont be in business for long!Needless to say, we will NEVER EVER stop by there again!

Restrooms were not very clean as advertised and gas is expensive compared to surrounding areas. There were lots of drink options and the convenience of a Subway next to it.

Closed at 10 pm. Shows as open 24 hours. Missed open hours by 5 minutes. Should show actual hours.

This place has the nastiest restrooms and even nastier employees running it. The fuel island is always clogged up with cars and the parking lot looks like a junkyard. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I bought a can of ice tea, and i got a cup of ice for it. I was surprised to see that they charged me 55 cents just for the ice. Dirty bathrooms, dirty gas stations too . No windshield cleaner on the station. Avoid with all means !!!

I saw the clean restrooms sign a few miles away from this establishment and was excited to use them, only to find the doors locked at 10:30pm. So with full bowels and nowhere to go I crapped my pants on the side of the road. 5/5 Thanks for the experience of a lifetime

Clean bathrooms and amazing selection at the liqour store! Stop here every time on the way to see what great find I will get at the liquor store. Picked up Rebel 100 today for $22. Great sipper for the price!

Had my car break down and got stuck there for 28 hours. Customer service was on point and the help provided was amazing. One of those memories you'll never forget.

This shell station is family owned and operated. The owner is a very friendly person and he's staff as well they have pizza, corn dog, hot dogs, fountain drinks, shakes, gas and Diesel fuel. The restrooms are small but more importantly it's always clean. I usually stopping by least few times a week always a great experience very family oriented business .

Don't buy off road diesel here. They will act like you are trying to steal it even when you're in the process of giving them your license, like you've done dozens of times before. Then they'll explain how to use a chip card on the pump that doesn't have a card reader. Don't go here unless you want to have your balls busted at 8:30 in the morning. Go to walkermart on 27 for off road. It's cheaper and they are always friendly.

It advertised clean restrooms and both the women's and the men's were very dirty. Water all over the floor in the men's and toilet paper all over the place in the women's and sinks were very dirty.

Didn't go inside. Just wanted to say it is a nice easy stop for RVers. I have a 33 ft. Travel trailer. In and out nice and easy for gas or diesel.

Nasty Restrooms. Should have known a place that advertises clean restrooms has half the stalls out of order. The other was clogged and overflowed. Even though the cashier said there was only one restroom, there is a secret restroom around back with puke on the walls...

Says 24hrs online but closed on a Tuesday at 10pm when I only had 3 miles left of gas and the nearest station was 7 miles in either direction according to the attendant who would not turn on the pump and left me stranded until the morning.

I was going to Jacksonville then I had no gas cause i was depending on this gas station cause it says on google that it does open 24/7 so when I stopped there to get gas it was closed and the lady also came to open at 5:30 but she said 6 o clock I can t help u and also i had a flight two hours later and it was canceled

The sign says "clean bathrooms". Apparently to these people this is clean!! The bathrooms are filthy, toilet paper all over the floor, feminine hygiene products overflowing. Disgusting.

I ve called the AG Commissioner Office in Tallahassee about this place and the price gouging that they have going on.And I agree with the other post about the rude employees and filthy inside and out.

NOT open 24 hours. Got here about 5:45AM to get gas and it was completely shut down. Older gentlemen locked up and left without the courtesy of telling us they were not open.

Calibrate your pumps!!!! Not only do you overcharge on diesel you skim it as well check your receipts then do the math

Absolutely horrible place!!! It was filthy outside and no restrooms. Even though the sign on the subway and liquor store said Shell had one.

Gas was posted at 5.99 a gallon all week. Taking advantage of people traveling because they were the closest gas station to a cluster of hotels and Walt Disney world.

Managed to stay open and gas filled during Irma. A good place, even if it is just a highway gas station.

It's a gas station, off the highway... they have bathrooms and drinks. Nothing really much more to say.
