We received excellent service from the service department, and would highly recommend them to anyone. The service manager was very professional, and the diesel technician fixed our truck right away. We would not hesitate to call on them again if we needed repairs on any vehicle.

Travelling from Canada I experienced trouble with my 3.0 Duramax. After calling other nearby dealers in Lake City, I spoke with service at Wes Haney in Live Oak. I brought the truck in and was seen immediately. Their diesel mechanic was excellent, fixed the issue and took time to explain what was done. Two big thumbs up. My vacation continues. Thank you!

No dealer fees! Open honest dealing with us. They gave us a fair trade in value for our car. Easy to walk in test drive a vehicle, which my wife loves, and drive away in a new vehicle. No guessing what the bottom line was. I bought a new Colorado and it was the same way. Easy to buy a car from Wes Haney Chevrolet.

I had the most pleasant, expedient, and friendliest car buying experience in my entire life. I have bought many vehicles throughout my life but I have never been treated so well before today. Krystin and the rest of the staff made me feel like they appreciated my business and were so accommodating, I will absolutely 100% return to by my next car from this dealership. Had a very easy transaction. It was the most laid back, calm car dealer I have been to in a long time. No pressure and they did not try to slip any fees or extras in. Didn't have to deal with the slimy "salesman" types here at all, just normal people.

I ve bought many vehicles through other dealers but Wes Haney Chevrolet has been my best experience to date. No pressure sales. And when they advertise no dealer fees that is the truth. During signing I looked close before signing because I figured there had to be something added but no. You can t go wrong because you are saving at least $700 before you even negotiate.

Spoke to Ken at Wes Haney in regards to a used truck they were selling, apparently the truck needed some "repairs".. ended up waiting 2 weeks for the truck to be ready, Ken called me numerous times telling me it would just be a few days and it ended up being 2 weeks. Everytime Ken called me he reassured me the truck was a beautiful truck in great condition and it was worth the wait, I got the call to come pick it up and drove 2 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival, I walk up to the truck and immediately see it has been side swiped on the passenger side, i take it for a test drive and pull over to look underneath and notice the whole truck is rusted out from axle to axle. The photos Ken sent me and the photos online looked to be edited as you could not see any damage to the body or rust on the frame, axles, suspension components... keep in mind they are trying to sell this truck for $50k in this condition. I am not the type to spend my time leaving bad reviews, but this is the most unprofessional, fraudulent dealership I have dealt with. Save your time and work with a dealership who is honest & forthright from the beginning and doesnt waste your time like they did me.

The sales team at Haney Chevrolet did a great job on the day (14 June 2023) of my trade and purchase. Took five months to complete the build through delivery but that was mostly GM s fault. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

Just bought a 2020 BMW 750i from here after looking at same model at another dealership. Other dealers car was not clean in bad shape and was asking almost same price. Not only did I get a car that was in like new condition but they were friendly, straight to the point and fast. We were in and out within an hour. Can't ask for much more. Our sale woman was Kristen and she was great. Would definitely recommend this dealer!

These guys were absolutely a life saver we had been on the road from Texas and my 2023 def system was showing low and was full I pulled in and the jumped right on helping me!! It was a reset thank god and we were on our way!! I will drive the 80 miles to take both of our trucks to them if I need any thing again!!!!

I purchased a 2023 Silverado 3500 from Wes Haney Chevrolet and I couldn t be happier with the truck and the entire process, from ordering to delivery. They made it easy and have no surprise fees or stupid add-ons you don t want. You won t be sold $400 nitrogen for your tires or $800 Vin etching for the windows, they focus on taking care of what you want and leave the typical car salesman drama for the other dealerships. I spoke with at least 5 other dealerships and was told no before I called Wes Haney and knew I found the right place. This is my first purchase from them but I will be back, they re great!

My truck had to be towed in with only 3800 miles on it. Shut off and wouldn t start. They put the wrong part on it and I picked it back but had to take it back because the fuel wasn t working. The right part was then put on it. The Service ESC displays when I start it up and still does because they didn t fix it.

We stopped in on a whim, just to see what they had available. Daniel helped me by showing me the four vehicles that met our needs. I gave him my husbands phone number and said you only get one shot, text him your best deal.I am happy to say that one shot is all it took. Mr. Daniel gave us a great deal AND no dealer fees!!!We had great customer service, good, follow through, and a pleasant environment. Bought a brand new 2022 Colorado Monday from the awesome folks at Wes Haney Chevy. We drove up from Gainesville and were met with kind, haggle free, fee free, GREAT pricing. After spending all weekend test driving used trucks, we found that we could get one brand spankin NEW from these fellas for the price others wanted used. Seriously, if you are sick of dealing with sellers who act like sharks in a feeding frenzy, HAUL TAIL to West Haney.. they rock! No pressure sale is exactly what we got and at an unbelievable price

I stop by to check out Suvs outside the place no sales person didn't come take to me or greet me at all & will not buy no ride from them at all. Am from live oak and it shame none sales person didn't greet me at all when I got out my car. Racists place go hell just am black I want spend my money on them.

Update :Made the appointment Saturday online.For Monday October 9th, 2023. At 9:30 am. To get my horn replaced under the hood.Got there at 9:15 am. They replaced the horn under warranty. Wow it's nice and loud again. They did a good job.
