Love my new car. Passenger side had some bad spots that I didn't see right away. It should have been pointed out that I didn't see until late. Minor but been nice to been told. Otherwise I love the car, great people, good experience.

Walt's Live Oak Ford made the buying process a pleasure. Sharon H our Build Specialist was kind, thoughtful, and very helpful. Would definitely purchase from them again. No pressure sale one of the best I have experienced in my lifetime.

I have to say that this was one of the most pleasant experiences in purchasing a new vehicle! Shannon our sales representative was so responsive and helpful explaining all that the truck had to offer. I feel that if I had any questions at all, I could just pick up the phone and ask for her. Amazing!If you re in the market for a new vehicle, stop at Walt s in Live Oak! They will take good care of you.

Was very happy with the service I received and the customer service was HIGHLY APPRECIATED. The only problem I had with everything is they didn't remove the old service sticker. I Highly recommend and will continue to return for further services. Thank you for doing a great job.

The waiting area is very uncomfortable. It's like waiting in a doctor's office..ugh , the service writer's were friendly enough - one of them was has way to much energy and talks A LOT and talks very fast.That's the down side the upside is I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in and they took my car back almost as quickly. The prices are very very reasonable!! I got the works and it was less than $60. I was also super impressed with my technician - it was a female. She seemed to be very thorough. I read all of her notes on my car.It took right at 1 hour for everything. I do recommend this place !! I trust the dealership with my vehicle definitely not a drive thru oil change shop. Just go get your vehicle

Always a great experience. Associates are very courteous and knowledgeable. Keep you informed of the progress of the service you re in therefore. I will continue to use them for Service on my Dodge van.

I bought my truck and car from Live Oak Ford. I was very pleased with the deal and with the dealership. I also had my oil changes there many times. I drove from Lake City for oil changes. Trust me, the longest wait time was 25 minutes. They were very fast and made all the checks. Nice people to work with.

My 18-year-old son broke down on his 4 Hour long drive back to FSU an hour from his destination on I10 at 4am Quick Lane, Tires and auto center answered the phone at very early hours of the morning and was able to help my son get his truck back on the road. Me being four hours away from him, and not being able to help much I was a nervous wreck, however the young lady Hannah that helped me was extremely sweet and very helpful and calming.The mechanics were able to pinpoint the problem, quickly, order the parts needed and get us back on the road quickly ! I will definitely use them again if I m ever in the area.

We were traveling home to Texas from Orlando and my F350 shut down on I10. Gene and the entire staff at Walt's Ford took such great care of my family and my vehicle. They recommended a great restaurant for lunch and got us back on the road in just a couple of hours. All Ford dealerships should model themselves after this one!

I appreciated them getting to my vehicle quickly and getting me back on the road in two days. What I didn't like was them trying to up sell me an additional $12,000 for service that I didn't need. They still over charged me by $1500 and I am going to try to get this straightened out with them.

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Titan from Walt's. The sales person Jarrett was very nice and answered all of my questions regarding the vehicle. We worked out a price and he took care of most of the paper work for me. Walt's is a very nice and friendly place to shop for a new or used vehicle. Thanks again Jarrett.

Very Friendly. Didn't have our size tire. Had to get 4 new tires instead. We are traveling through so we couldn't wait. But, still would recommend.

Lost turbo on f250 while traveling on I 10. They were able to quickly fix the issue in about 30 mins and get me back on the road. Super friendly. Even let me use a desk to work while I waited.

Oil change service seems reasonably priced. No credit/debit services on the day I was there. Luckily I happened to have enough cash. The front desk service is a weak spot. Staff was either away from the desk or on the phone for long periods of time.

I love having my oil changed at Walt s Live Oak Ford quick lube department. It s so convenient and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I appreciate that they take a look over everything as well and give recommendations if something is needed.

Hannah the service advisor was welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. Very knowledgeable staff and they made my experience pleasant and I don t care how far I have to drive. This is the place to go.

Most reasonably priced oil change in the area and they do a great job. Honest when they tell you something more is needed. Told me I would need new tires, I paid little attention as every other oil change place that has told me that has just been looking for $$. By my next oil change there I had such bad tires they were no longer safe to drive on.

I go to Walt Ford for all my truck needs. The only problem I had is I have off road tires on my truck and they let the air out to door specs, yesterday I finally asked them not to let it out the tires have 65psi max and I have 62 in them. I was 2 other times about the psi and they had to get permission to leave it as I asked. They need to go by the tire psi there is a reason that is on them.And remember vehicle door posting is for street tires not off road!

The service department at Walt s Live Oak Ford is the most knowledgeable, kindest, friendliest and most concerned of anywhere I ve ever seen! Kudos to Donnie R, Gene and Mike over at service! Hats off to Mr Bob, as he was my sweet driver who gave me a ride to my library and returned later to fetch me, so I didn t have to sit there at shop and wait! He is a jewel to know! Very great team word, they all listened to my car concerns and took the time to listen and that is amazing in today s hurry up and wait game! Yay Mark, my salesman for his honesty and integrity! And, Chad, the great financial man for getting me into my new car!
