Had an intermittent no start issue with my 2018 Jeep Wrangler, had three mechanics go over it before taking it into Walt s. We were greeted and checked in by Michelle Jones, she was so welcoming, professional, made us feel like family! Assured us that the technician would be able to find the problem, and sure enough that same day she called and told us that no start had been solved, the technician/technicians Roy Chris Barry had traced down the problem that no one else had been able too! I can t give enough praise to the Service Department and Customer Service Support and the Technicians at Walt s Live Oak Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I would recommend them highly! Will definitely return for future service! .

A new Lady in the service Department, I don't remember her name . She greeted me with a big smile. . She came to waiting area to give updates. The Staff who came in the waiting room were all very nice and spoke. In these days of luke warm encounters I was quite impressed. Literally it was just a good visit and will call them again. Thank you. And yes , My car is fixed

Went in with a vehicle still owed on but wanted out of and had my sights on a vehicle they already had. Sent in the request and managed to communicate with me promptly. Had the vehicle ready for me to see and test drive. Have answered any follow-up questions I have had quickly by text. Honestly they gave the southern friendliness that made dealing with them easy. Would go again in the future.

My truck broke down on the way to a job site and the dealership was closest to be able to do some work. They fit me in their schedule on an emergency appointment and was able to replace my transfer case under warranty in under 24 hours. The staff were courteous, kind, accommodating and I would absolutely recommend this dealership 100%! I wish they were closer to where I lived so that they could be my everyday dealership.

It was horrible, my Durango was there for more than 2 weeks and when I got it back , the FCW light was still on. The cruise control is not working. They didn t repair the car at all and didn t put it back together properly before giving it back to me with less than one on mile of fuel in tank

From the first phone call into Service department, we were greeted by Jim, from your customer Service desk; who was extremely professional and courageous, and made us feel very comfortable about what was happening with our truck, and the reason we drove an hour to bring our truck over.When we arrived at the dealer, we couldn t believe how wonderful we were treated, how personable everyone was;The young lady that made me fresh coffee was fantastic!!!!! and everyone we came across during our visit was very caring.Tony, the mechanic, who took care of our truck, was like family, and explained everything going on with our RAM system, and handled all the problems and all of our questions professionally and attentively.We will be only using this dealership and service department from now on!Outstanding customer service! I will never do business with Walt's dealership on 90 West again. They're a rip off. Hacking up prices. They're not professional. A big rip off. A one star is too much. I give them a -0 the salesman are great but the Service department are a rip off.

First experience will be the last1. I had to call for status on my vehicle in for service after 2 full days.2. Implications that I didn't know how to fill my gas tank. 2020 Ram 1500 would continually not take fuel. 20 min plus to fill. Then wanted 179.00 service fee for "diagnostics". Which was disclosed from the beginning what was happening. Nothing done to rectify the problem.3. Tail light was leaking and would not have the head liner cleaned nor replaced. Said that was on me to go through my extended warranty.

I met Jim today at the Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge service department. First time customer. Jim was really great in helping me get my oil changed, along with other issues I had. He actually got me in and out very quickly even though they seemed extremely busy. Felt like I was taken care of immediately and Jim was a very nice guy ensuring I didn t have any further issues. Also took care of some recalls that I never scheduled. Will be going back and highly recommend. Thanks again Jim.

Friendly service. Decent price! I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off like I did in Kissimmee Florida at Napletons dealership!I was kept informed on the repairs of my truck.I highly recommend Walt's dealerships service department and the entire staff when checking out.Thank you!

It's never a good day when your vehicle breaks down, I had a problem with my Jeep. I called Walt's in Live Oak and explained my issue and they were very helpful giving me info on towing company's to call. I am new to the area moved to McAlpin from Ft. Lauderdale. The mechanics were professional and helpful explaining the problem and getting it fixed in a timely manner, I was back on the road in 2 hours. The service tech even help with I problem I happened to mention about water dripping from the sunroof. If I ever need work done on my Grand Cherokee, it's going to be Walt's in Live Oak.

I've had really good experiences with the sales department on my wife's and my daughters new jeeps that were purchased there as well as their service department.The service department tries to help with any issues you bring them on any automobile in as timely and economic way as they can. I haven't been disappointed.

went in @ 9am and didnt get out til 4! they were so patient with me and my bf snd son. my son was so over it and we still needed to do what he had to do and they literally were so patient, gave him toys, snacks, a golf cart to sleep on when he finally slammed . we honestly were about to walk out but they made sure to let us leave on the road with a new car and on a good budget. highly recommend especially if it s your first time and nervous. felt like i was their own family for how they treated us so welcoming.

Took the car in when we struggled to get it started. It apparently only needed a new battery. I could have gotten the battery replaced elsewhere and been charged half as much. It should not cost over $500 just to replace a battery. I guess I should have known better than to go to a dealer.

Had a 9am appointment to change oil didn t get my truck back until 1109 then I had to smell oil and grease all the way home CAUSE THEY DIDNT COVER MY CLOTH SEATS BEFORE GETTING IN WITH THER GRESSY CLOTHS

Friendly staff. Analyzed the problem one day. Had to order parts. Called to let me know the parts arrived. Then took a couple of hours to install. But I was happy.

The reason I am giving it three stars is because the service was excellent. I was en route, and I was a traveler, but my dodge was still going into limp mode. I'm not sure if the throttle body is clean, but I spent around 350 and 2 hrs to have it fixed. I'm disappointed because it is not completely fixed.

We had the pleasure of Kierra as sales lady, she was pleasant, professional, patient while our daughter selected a vehicle that would fit her perfectly. We found one, after trying many. I would recommend you ask for Kierra, no high pressure sales tactics was a plus factor for my wife and I. Mandy Hale and all staff made us feel welcome. Best car buying experience ever.
