Unusual location. Not like other TLE in others towns or other states. Could not communicate with the guys in the shop. Language barrier. The service writer told me my tire would be around $91 and then told me it was $150. Strangely managed department in a uniquely different version of wally world.

Only been here to have a tire changed but they have nice garage and actually have enough mechanics working. The employees there are always ready to assist you. I bought windshield wipers and the one guy put them on for me.

Awesome service and worth the wait time. The store should pay these staff well and keep them with the much needed help. The town of live oak depends on this good, fast and reasonably priced services.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I was on a short trip, and my oil light came on. I stopped and checked the dip stick, and yes, I was low. I did not know what type to get. I stopped at Walmart auto and he showed me where it was on my engine. I went in and bought a quart and he put it in for me, free of charge. Now, that is service.

So far been sitting for 45mins guy is doing his best at a 1man show u would think a super walmart would have more help 1st got here the girl didnt seem happy to see us rolled her eyes but after 30mins got better

We were passing through on vacation and ended up with a flat tire 5 minutes before closing. They told us to come on anyway. They did a fantastic job! Thank you Pablo, Dillan, Thomas and any others we missed at the Live Oak, FL location! We can t thank you all enough!Service: TiresService: Tires

Had a flat on the interstate on Saturday afternoon. Made it to next intersection and followed the map to W-M. They worked me in, replaced the tire, and was back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Price was fair, service excellent.

I took my car in for an oil change. I was told any fluids low would be topped off as I was preparing to go on a trip north in a few days. Before leaving on my trip I checked and fluids were low. I will not have my oil changed there anymore!

I have to leave a 3 star here. One of the reasons for this is that we have bought our tires from here and we always pay extra for such things as road hazard and other such things.Each & every time we had to bring a tire in, we get the you didn't purchase that here or you don't have road hazard. Each & every TIME we tell them yes we did & it us UNDER this phone number. They claim they can't find it.Funny, this receipt here that we got from you all shows the phone number & what we purchased. Then look they find it under the SAME phone number that we already gave them.Save your receipts and if you don't have it just be persistent that they look again & again. After the first time of that we keep all receipts.The work done is fine but they always them telling us we didn't purchase something there or we don't have road hazard when we do, leaves us a bit wary.

The white men working on Sunday we're all idiots thevlast Walmart messes a oil change up and these guys were clueless for hours what to do stranding me disables with no friends to help. If u have to go there ask for Pablo he's the ONLY guy who can actually fix things

We went in with a flat spare asked for two tires to be replaced on the front and the spare fixed got out there the only one that I only put one tire on and put the spare back in the trunk flat had to pay for the second tire that should have been under warranty that was about 8 months ago they said it look like she hit a pothole and busted the tire that was not the case. Had to wait another 45 minutes to get the second tire put on it should have been put on one the first one but I won't go back

Very difficult to be get someone to answer their phone ... I was in hold so long I drive to their location 8 miles each way.... When I got there I was on hold still showing this to the girl and they were not that busy. In fact when i arrived the girl had already finished ringing the lady up and was bs- ing about (I had to wait to speak to her) as she was finishing her conversation about personal relationship get and the one customer in the tire center. ) The excuse I got was the phone didn't ring. I said well I am still in hold and showed her my phone... She replied"oh we take the phone off the hold at 7pm" but they were still when I left after 8:15pm. I don't no of any business that takes their phone off the hook during business hours or while your still on the clock. If this was not enough I called the next day to ask about the cost for labor, stems and balancing this time the phone just rang and rang and rang....so now I spoke to an assistant store manager explained be what happened and that had to drive there while on hold, only to find out they do not have my tires in stock but order on line for tires under a $100.... Now u can get them on the phone again called by for two more spoke to assistant manager if the store. Assistant store manner said she took a walk back there, there was someone answering questions helping to get sizes and info in the parking lot but they did not have anyone scheduled for the counter so the mechanic was helping people, doing his job ... So I asked why no one was called in to work the counter and help and answer the phone customers. The response was will speak to trim center manager. In the meanwhile she said she would have someone call me back this was approximately 10 am and furthermore she also said she would have them call me back and someone was scheduled to come in at noon well ... After three days of the run around with no follow through on the assistant store manager of Walmart and no follow from employees/mechanic, the non scheduled person and finally the tire manager no follow through....I had enough.... They just loss a $500 purchase!!!! I am getting my new tires else where in Monday morning. This location needs a management overhaul this is not customer senses and it really shows they didn't care either.. their rate would have been zero if I could of rated as such. I would not referral be one to this tire center. No one seems to be able to do their job through my the day ordeal.

Went in for an oil change last resort due to my regular place being closed. I was told it would about an hour...well and hour has come and gone and we are rounding into hour 2 and I'm still here waiting for an oil change. Watching people go in and off break, taking their sweetest time, and having social hour. Having Wal-Mart change your oil may save you money but by no means is going to save you time....

Would be four stars had I not spoken to Marvin. I called to check on the status of my tire order only to be spoken to like I'm an idiot for even doing so. Everyone else were kind. Especially Mrs. Brandy.

Went in for an oil change. The man was rude. I was told they could not fix the oil unless I got a new oil cap. Come to find out they were wrong and I wasted my money for no reason. Go to Take 5 much better service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We are traveling through live oak, and we needed a oil change. We pull up to the place and the guy comes up to us and yells at us for not getting out right away. He was very rude and disrespectful. Then we go inside waiting to be helped and no one would. So 30 mins later after cars leave the area and it is our turn to get serviced I'm sitting in the waiting area and the same guy comes in bad mouthing my father in law and walks out. I guess he didn't recognize me from the car. Then finally after they take our key to move the car the manager comes out and starts yelling at my father in law and cussing at him.. I'm sorry that is not how you treat customers. Specially when it is your crews fault for being so rude and not doing their job right in the first placeNeedless to say if we pass through live oak again and need an oil chang we will not be stopping here.

Went in for a lawn mower battery..the woman behind the counter is very rude and smart remarks. Did not appreciate that. The other women must of heard her and she led me to what I needed and was very nice. What happened to customer service.

When I arrived there were only two cars ahead of me. Within 15 minutes they got my tires down and laid out by the truck. Yet it was 3 hours before I left

We bought new tire they put it on lasted about 2 hours cause didn't check and replace valve stem.tire shredded so cost another 118.00 .

Very fast excellent service! We got a flat tire headed home from vacation and they got us in immediately. We were back on the road within 30 mins!

Internet said it was open 24 hrs.2 different employees said a manager would help me, they left me waiting for 30 min. I was hesitant to go up to customer service in case they came back. No one ever came back. Not a great way to represent your town Live Oak :/

We had a tire blow with no spare and had to be towed to the service center. Even though it was near closing time, they stayed late and got the tire changed. We would have had to stay in Live Oak overnight without their help. Can t recommend the team here enough!

Horrible experienceHorrible customer service inside and outside employeesLoose lug nutsAir pressure only to 25 psi when 28 psi is lowest recommendedI was the 3rd car in line and waited 3 1/2 hours for 2 tires for this resultI will go anywhere but here.
