I had a set of tires on rims to dismount and have mounted and balanced on my rims. I was told it would take about an hour but it ONLY TOOK ABOUT 30 MINUTES!! Great job ..competitive prices. I m a firm believer in Live in town, buy in town. and Town and Country makes that a great deal.

I had my wife's back brakes done and rotors turned no biggie. My wife starts to come home and calls me says she hears grinding when she hits the brakes, so I immediately told her to go have them look at it and see.she calls me and says that they are giving her half answers and beating around the bush about there even being a noise. This is right when I get out of work so I ride up there.i walk up and a guy and the owner's daughter are at the back right tire of my car and I hear the owners daughter say when it gets here put it on and I won't say anything to her. To which I respond I wouldn't say anything either. She turned around and said can I help you? I told her this is my car I told my wife to come back here and have it checked because it was making noise, to which she just turned around and bolted into the office leaving me standing there and wondering what was going on.The employee working on the car gave up the scoop though and told us that the machine they use to turn the rotors had been messing up and it caused some gouges in one rotor which were making the noise. Upon admitting that fault they replaced the rotor which they were already trying to replace without admitting their mistake and playing my wife for the fool. Making her think she was hearing noises that weren't there. We go home after that there are noises. Wake up this morning and she goes into town and starts hearing grinding noise every time she hits the brakes, I get there first and greet One of the men that worked on the car the day before and tell him that I think the opposite rotor might also be affected cuz it's making noise, but before I could explain myself fully I was interrupted by an incredibly rude employee saying complaining again already huh. I instantly called him out for his rude comment and tried again explaining like a proper adult that I just wanted my car checked because one rotor was already destroyed admittedly by them and replaced with a new one and I still have the same sound and another rotor that has not been checked yet. At this point the owner's daughter is coming out telling us that she's going to give us a refund and that we need to go elsewhere to get it fixed and they're tired of having to work on our problems, ive never had one issue with them and used them my whole life. We explained that refunding the money will not fix the issue as the left rotor is probably messed up like the one on the right was which was replaced by them. Since this time I have been advised by not only Gill's Tires but O'Reilly Auto Parts Associates that my rotor has not only been ground down past department of Transportation standards it's also been heated up to the point where is turn colors in the process. It also shows signs of the caliper being stuck after the brake change confirmed by both companies as well. So even though they refunded my money for the breaks i still have to buy a ney rotor have it installed and possibly buy a new caliper as well. I have been advised to move towards small claims court .

They are a very good service place I had to get my tire fixed from a nail in the tire They were patched up for the reasonable price. They also put a stem valve on my tire the next day. Very good tire place.

Got a set of trailer tires. Quality heavy duty 14 ply tires that handle weight great and rode good. They did an awesome job in very little time. They were friendly and I recommend them!

We had a small trailer tire lose tread on a road trip and they had what we needed in stock and got us in right away and serviced in under half an hour. So thankful.

We called in hopes to get our tire put on after getting a flat on I10 on our way home from Texas and the lady on the phone asked our tire size we told her 245 35 20 and she said hold on put us on hold for like 2 mins and got back on and her words were and I quote "yeah, we don't want to deal with that" and that was it. Like are you serious? Not I'm sorry we aren't equipped for that or I'm sorry we don't have thr space etc. Nothing just "we don't want to deal with that" k thanks lady nor do we but we are literally broke down! Would not recommend this company ever!

They are the fastest tire changers in North Central Florida. Their prices are very competitive with the others. It's family run and they treat you like family. I wouldn't take my trailers, truck, or car any place else.

I would definitely recommend buying tires or having any repairs done with Town and Country. They save me on the side road with flat on my toy hauler. Then they help me out new tires and extremely fast service.

Noticed our boat trailer started shaking really bad on our 4 hour drive and knew it was a matter of time before a tire blew out. Made it here to town and country and informed us that, in fact, 3 of the 4 tires were ready to blow. Went ahead and had all 4 replaced and they had us in and out within 30 minutes. These boys work hard and this is a very obviously busy shop but nothing slowed them down. Grateful to have made it to a shop with such efficient and friendly people. Thanks for getting us back on the road safely for our vacation!

Awesome staff. Had an employee show me my rim was broke thats what was causing my tire to go flat and bad fast! I've had tires changed on that rim and no one has ever told me about the crack! Cheap good used tires! Definitely recommend!

I haven't been to this place in years. They had an implement tire we needed for the farm when no one else did. Took them less than 10 minutes to take old tire off rim, replace it and valve stem. Fast good service even while they were busy. The guys were also very polite. Ill be going to them again. Would recommend to anyone.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Did not have an appointment, but they serviced my car very quickly.Very nice people here who provide quality services for a fair price.

Absolutely best experience I've had with a tire shop.Kim was so polite on the phone and understanding and my situation of getting a flat in the middle of a 3 hour drive.After dealing with the headache of the insurance company, I got to Town and Country Tire and they took everything from there, got a wonderful price on a tire with instalation and an even better experience waiting in the lobby. It took them a quick 30mins and my 2 cats and I were out of there before I could even realize.The staff is so welcoming and will make you feel like you're part of their family (carry the right attitude walking in tbh, it starts with you)I truly wish they were in my current town, but will be stopping back in when I get the chance for any other services they offer. 10/10.Stormy and Raven say thank you too!

Wow. I pulled up and a young man came flying over and asked what I needed, and I told him "a slow leak". He said "I'm on it, and you'll need to go over to the office and pay. I stepped over to pay (about two buildings east). I waited about 1 minute on another customer, and then about a minute more myself. It was so fast, I don't even recall how much it was, but it was closer to 10 bucks than 20. Anyway, I stepped (3 minutes have passed, and I see the kid is bouncing my tire back out of the shop. Quick mount, NASCAR style lug nut attachment, and the jack dropped. Less than 5 minutes from arrival to departure. Wow. This place ain't pretty, but they rock and roll.

Exceptional service! I brought in my tractor to have the tire fixed and not only did they fix that tire, they repaired another one on my truck that I didnt even come there for and they found a nail on a different tractor tire and plugged that. The whole thing took less than 30 mintues, great to see such a high level of service!

If you buy tires on internet or elsewhere be prepared to pay $50.00 plus tax to install each tire! They don t tell you up front, but after they install the tires and you go to pay, your hit with a bill you didn t expect. Cost me $235.41 to install 4 tires on a 2014 Cadillac XTS. Beware, had I know the price I would have declined the job, but I wasn t given that chance.

Best service: We got a flat tire on our way to Alabama. Needed help. Called Town & Country and they got us in immediately. Super nice people. Awesome service. Experts. They know their stuff. If we lived close by, this would be my go to spot for tire service. Hands down. Thank you T&C for saving our Easter weekend trip.

What a great shop. My car is a few years old now and was shaking and making a terrible racket at speeds above 45mph.. they went for a test drive with me, checked under the hood, and told me the struts needed to be replaced.. they said I would probably need an alignment too. This is a known issue with my car, which is a few years old now and not designed for country roads, so I wasn't surprised at all.They gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the struts and realign the car, so I scheduled the job. When I dropped the car off, they took me back home and picked me up when it was ready. When I got there, they said I only needed a strut on 1 side and the alignment was still intact, so the cost of the repair was less than half of what they had quoted me. What a great surprise.. and my car drives like new again. I couldn't be happier.

What an amazing staff. Traveling from Tampa to Minnesota. Had some tire issues. They were able to sell me four new tires which I needed. Had them installed and back on the road in an hour. I was also pulling my 5th wheel. Thank you for getting us back on the road.

I do believe my husband and I found our new go to tire shop!! Needed 4 new tires mounted, balanced and also have new valve stems put on and programmed and they did it all on about 30min and even took the time to put our spare tire back up under the truck! They did a great job, great price and super friendly and definitely our new favorite tire shop.

Had a blowout going down I-10 just out of live oak. Staff was friendly even though the didn't think they'd be able to help... Not even 5 minutes later, Gina called back to tell me she had a fix for me. 15-20 mins later a serviceman was on site dismounted and mounted a new tire roadside in under 5 minutes. Took my car back to town and they balanced it for free!These people are friendly, helpful and have an old timey spirit of the customer coming first even if it's a bit out of the way.I highly recommend! Thanks again guys!
