Great shop. They dif a rear main seal ,oil change an 2 oil sensors . Price was fair an done in a timely manner. Owner is very nice an very knowledgeable about any vehicle. 2 young men working on my suburban were top shelf an found the 2 oil sensors leaking as well an vehicle is running great. I would use them everytime I need repairs on any of out vehicles. Great place.

They didn't do the inspection they said they did, They handed me the keys to my truck saying that the repairs I asked for we're done and when I took it to go get gas, the brakes they said they fixed where no fixed fully. They dint give me a full inspection as I requested until I spent over 1k dollars in repair. I have now found out the truck has a bad transmission and a engine oil leak,they dint fix all the lights until I came back with my truck smoking. I have been Significantly traumatized by the incident I will NEVER TAKE ANY Vehicle TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE IN multiple car fires due to bad wiring as they Now say is also a issue, witch is something I Expected to find out 1st before I dumped all the money me and my family had into it ,now it's un safe to be on the road and I have to sell it.

It s been a few months back since my situation happened. I pondered on writing a review, but finally decided to do it so others can be aware. Very sweet and kind owners. They did treat me like family. Definitely a ma-pa shop that everyone loves. I stopped in because my A/C stopped getting cold. Had I known before hand they don t specialize in foreign cars (specifically bmw), I would not have wasted their time nor mine. The guy (mechanic) mentioned the machine he hooked to my car to diagnose the problem was not working properly so it may take a little time, which was fine, I didn t mind the wait. He finally comes out to give me details (after about an hour and few minutes wait time) and says he couldn t see anything wrong with it, he recommended to have some dye put in, etc., but to actually fix the problem, they couldn t do that bc they don t specialize in foreign cars. I was given a written piece of paper with what the mechanic thought the problems could be to use as a reference. No problem. Well then the sweet lady at the counter (owners wife) rang me up and charged me $160 but at the time I was in a full on conversation with the mechanic and her just chatting so it really just didn t hit me that I was just charged for absolutely nothing and was never told in the beginning of any maybe charges that would be assessed.It hit me when I made it back home. I made a phone call to their shop and the owners wife answered and I told her how I felt about what happened, in a nice way. She deeply apologized and she blamed herself for not informing me AHEAD of time of any assessed costs that would be associated (and with an almost broke diagnostic test to be hooked to my car). She asked if I would like a refund but I told her no, just to please ensure they are honest with everyone in the very beginning and not have them surprised after. They need to disclose these things. I didn t blame her or anyone else but myself for this. I m writing this for anyone going to a mechanic shop, always always get a disclosure ahead of time of all costs that MIGHT be associated before they actually do anything, and that includes diagnostic testing.

We asked for a full tune up a full inspection front-to-back, so we know the prices of what is needed and instead they told us a few things that we needed to be able to drive it but they never did the full inspection like we asked. They did not even do a test drive to find out if it needed transmission work they said they put a computer up in the only error that they were getting was a CO2 sensor well if that's true then they would have found out that the transmission was about to start slipping. We get it back to they tell us it's done we. Paid $1500 we do to fill up the truck and it starts to. And then they were also supposed to fix the brakes because it was all the way to the pedal to the metal to the floor pretty much. They still couldn't get it to work right then to come to find out that the transmission is slipping and and that the wiring was bad if we would have known that we wouldn't put any money into it except just for them doing a full inspection like we asked. Who would have paid for the inspection and then said thank you and tried to sell it. And I feel bad for the owner and his wife because they have some employees that were very rude with wild customers were around. The wife and husband was spectacular they were friendly and nice and they tried to help out the best they could.

They are great mechanics and honest. I was born and raised with auto mechanics my entire life. You move and that is one thing that is hard to get used to trusting another automotive person except your own family member. Guys go above and beyond to make sure you hopefully will not break down He check all your fluids in your car which and go over everything check your tire pressure everything when you're just in for an oil change. And that I greatly appreciate they take time and treat the vehicle as if it was their own maybe better than their own. Even the ladies in the reception office are so sweet.

Wish Rees s was in my home town!! After my vehicle dying on I-10, my insurance company had me choose someplace to tow my vehicle on a Friday afternoon. I randomly chose Reese s and couldn t have made a better choice. The two police officers and the tow truck driver all said I had made a good choice before I they had even looked at the vehicle. I called and they were willing to check the car out. When I arrived, Reese met me and the crew got to work figuring out what was happening. They ordered some parts as they continued to evaluate the vehicle and got me out of there Saturday morning! I was amazed by the care they took to get things right without going overboard or overcharging me. The price was incredibly fair when other shops may have taken advantage of my situation. If you ve got an option, choose Reese s!

Carried both of our vehicles here recently. They are awesome. Brakes, drums and rotors on the truck, full service too. Fair prices, friendly, knowledgeable, professional auto repair. Thank you to the whole crew. I recommend you often.

Best all around!! Tho they are a little shop they do big service. They are more attentive to their profession unlike the bigger car repair places who just check them in and out like a factory. They are hard working, honest and down to earth people and they know their stuff by sight too, not text book like others. Stick with the little guys, they do the best because it is their livelihood and they care!

IMPRESSED SO FAR! While they haven't completed the work on my truck yet, no one else in town would even look at it....I was there maybe 10 minutes and they told me what the problems were and what it'd cost to fix it( which was a good dang price). They seemed concerned and caring and was polite, plus, the lil sweetheart elderly woman at the counter is hilarious, a real whipper-snapper!!

Reece, Mrs. Charlene, Betty and all of the staff from Reece's are honest, awesome, friendly and just very good people. I would recommend them to anyone who is near by or can drive this way. They're very fast and efficient. I absolutely love them all.

I can't say enough about this place. Our SUV broke down during a trip from Pensacola to Naples and we were unfamiliar with the area. These guys took care of my family and I and even drove my wife to a rental car place in the next town! You don't get service like this these days!!! Thank you guys very much!!-Molandes Family.

I will never go to this place again, I've been getting things fixed in my Explorer and everytime I get it back sometime else is broken. Not to mention I got freeze plugs installed and the mechanic forgot to tighten my lug nuts and my tire came off while I driving. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE EVER TRUST ME.

Great service it's a small shop that cares about service. I had a fuel leak on our motor home they dropped the fuel tank and made repairs the price was reasonable everyone was friendly. They really aren't set up to service motor homes but they made it work.

Terrible Service I took my 2003 yukon to get ac fixed was told it was the compressor was gonna cost 900$ went to pick it up on a Friday took it back Monday Since ac was Burning hot when I took the truck to them the ac blew out the same hot air .. Truck sat up at their shop for 3 weeks I called to pick it up finally since I had called every day to see what was going on with the "part" he claimed he needed which was the ac control panel so who knows if it really needed a compressor at this point or just the ac control head I go to pick up my Truck I'm informed I have to pay for a new battery also nobody called me nobody told me anything about a battery he claims battery was put in the first time I picked it up but yet he never mentioned it that day or put it on my bill I have all receipts I payed another 343$ after paying 900$ so the ac will finally be fixed turns out its not You push the button for the ac you get hot air have to turn it on heat to get cold air Lol his wife proclaimed over and over he doesn't rip people off he is a good person but failed to fix air properly as guaranteed the first time so I paid again to still have it messed up the 2nd time 3 weeks later... He kept my old battery turned it in to get a cheap price on a new one never gave me my core for it no nothing I called today to ask about my core and Why the ac is still messed up I couldn't do nothing but laugh when his own worker informed me they put used parts in my Truck But I was made pay 343 for something that cost 100$ after he proclaimed part was brand new but Never could provide proof and still doesn't work Lol They need to be shut down they rip people off or maybe they just thought it was funny to rip off a mother of 4 ..

Went here with a knock decided to do a motor swap now it is misfiring out of three cylenders my transmission had bolts that were not tight at all vacum lines not hook up and zip ties holding my radiator hose will never go back here

Took my truck there and when I got it back they forgot to put a part on and the gasket they (replaced) was still leaking. Will not be come back...
