Great service, great prices, great experience. Very happy with the help I received from Napa live oak.They had the battery I needed for $150 less than everyone else.The guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable and I left feeling confident I made the right choice. Will go back for any other needs!

This place is well organized and has a lot in stock. The counter guys were friendly, quick to help, and knowledgeable. They had what I needed, and the price was right. If the part is not in stock, they can usually order it for you.

Overall a great place to get parts. Most employees are quick and knowledgeable. There are a couple of counter folks that would rather answer the phone than help a customer at the counter

Out of all the stores in live oak, this place had the brake parts in stock that I needed to properly repair my truck, at above average quality. Thanks you! Only thing is they're not open all day Saturday or on Sunday, so make sure you have everything you need by 1pm Saturday.

Ross is the best!!! Very efficient and knowledgeable!! Changed my headlamp in just a matter of seconds and did it with a smile. He always makes me feel welcome and like an important customer no matter how little or how much I spend.

Rolled in burning down my battery. Serpentine belt let go. They had a replacement. Let me borrow the tools needed to install it in the parking lot. Even rolled out a huge fan so I would sweat slightly less. A+

Has just about everything you need for a vehicle. Staff very nice and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking.

Guess you got to at least give one star to leave a comment so yes I can only give them one sold me a bad $100 CV axle I already had a bad one why I want to buy another one?? Come on guys get it together..

Live Oak Auto parts is the only real parts store in town. I have found that Ross and Randy are very knowledgeable in the auto parts field. I have faith and trust in NAPA parts. They really do have the good stuff !
