Stopped here on a whim while shopping for a new family car. Found an option we hadn t even considered before that was well optioned, low mileage and in amazing shape. Price was great too. Unlike many dealers that advertise a low price then tack on thousands in add on fees- they only have a single, reasonable dealer fee. Mandy worked diligently to secure financing for me and made sure the deal met my needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a late model, low mileage used car.

Moved here from chicago 3 years, I ve always had bad experience with dealers with hidden fees and mark ups. Was looking for a truck and stumbled here. Called came in had the truck waiting for me, test drove it, liked and and started working on the paperwork. All the numbers added up they didn t try to up sale me stuff and and didn t add hidden fees. Truck was a great price and they ve taken care of all my cars ever since! Bring all my cars in for oil change inspections and their services the prices are best in the city and they are so nice and polite. Definitely buying my next carThese are used cars they aren t going to be new of course they are going to have a thing here and there but they try their best to make the cars good and perfect for you!If you want a new car go to a new dealership but you ll get stiffed and not here!

I will only buy my vehicles from here! I bought my husband a truck and myself a car from here and Gail is THE BEST at what she does! I couldn t say enough good things about her. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is Wonder Woman at making things happen! This will be my forever dealer!

I didn't go there to buy a vehicle but I went with my daughter.The young lady that helped her through the whole process her name is Keishla was fantastic, she was terrific very professional, patient, understanding and knowledgeable I can't say enough about her except that lady goes above and beyond to help you out.

We brought our truck from economy motors about 2 years ago, last week it broke down ( bad alternator).We had a towed to them and they were able to fix it .It was under warranty so it only cost was the tax with a deductible.Best shop to work with and they're very fair with the price of the truck.

I purchased a 2019 Chevy Colorado with 4,453 miles on it from Economy Motors on 20 December 2019. I worked with Jason Little and Gail March. Bother were very helpful and very professional.Jason gave me a very fair price on my trade in, an excellent price on my new truck and even arranged getting the after-market flatbed I wanted installed for me as part of the deal. I also financed the new truck through them (with Ally).Jason went the extra mile and replaced missing floor mats (not his fault, they were taken from the truck before it was delivered to him) with high end weather tech floor mats before I ever saw the truck:-> The truck was super clean, both inside and outside (see photos).My wife described it as the best car buying experience she has ever had, and must agree. I couldn't be happier.I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a quality used car at a great price.

We were on vacation and had a problem with our Dodge 3500. They got us right in and back on the road in less than 4 hours. Nathan and Jack were very friendly, professional and got it done.

Long story short- my son purchased a car from the LO dealership and everything went great. Easy process, no stress or pressure, didn t act like they were put out by us wanting to look at or test drive several cars. Less than a week after the purchase the car was totaled in the middle of the night while parked and unoccupied. When I told Jason he immediately went out of his way to start looking for another car for us. He found one the same make and model and a year newer. He was able to work out the same deal for us, sent us information we needed to get what we deserved for the totaled car and went out of his way to have his staff contact the DMV to figure out the hold up on getting the paperwork done to get the insurance process going. We are very thankful for Jason and his staff and the fact that they went above and beyond to help us and help my son! We will definitely do business with them again!!

Our minivan broke down while travelling and Nathan at Economy Motors did a quick but good job of getting us back on the road. They were recommended by another mechanic who could fit our repair into his schedule. Nathan was very helpful, professional and helped me get a good price on the parts needed.

This was a very good car buying experience and I am happy with my car, the great deal, and the wonderful customer service I've received. I've been looking for a car non-stop for a week and with the crazy car market as it is, I have not found a fair price until this morning, when I found a car from this dealership. When I found the car online I called and talked to Joey and he was nothing but helpful in making this process extremely quick, easy and smooth, and here I am with my nice new car (it may be a 2018 but the condition is as pristine as a brand new car) before the day is even over, and I didn't even need to leave my house because he had it delivered to me! (I've been without a car for a few weeks, so this was a huge blessing and a heavy load off my shoulders) So, Joey was awesome! And Nick and Michael were so kind to deliver the car, and to be excited with me when I received it! And I talked to someone on the phone named Leonard who was super nice, too. It just seems like a really great dealership. I'm already telling everyone I know, if you need a car, go there, because after all of the searching I've done recently I've learned that it is really hard to find a car for a fair price these days.

not happy at all, seller sold me a faulty vehicle, didnt even make it home before it broke down. seller picked it up, reset light then it broke down again. Now i have to pay for the repair which the seller should be paying for because it was faulty before I even bought it or drove it out of the dealer. Now I understand why they do not have good reviews. NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS and I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from this place.

Super relaxed buying experience. My father got his Ram 1500 here and it was absolutely stellar. Would absolutely go back for my next vehicle, and we commuted all the way from Tallahassee to get it.

Bought a car here not too long ago. Works pretty great, only problem is foggy headlights, but that s an easy fix. Was an excellent deal. Salesman was very nice, patient and sent me a missing part to my inner ac vent in the mail free of charge. Highly recommended

Very good experience buying a van from Marshall. He was helping a disabled lady before helping me. He did all of the sale and paperwork sitting with her in her vehicle so that she would be more comfortable. I was impressed with the care for customers. During the financing of my van, they were more honest with me about gap insurance than my bank was! I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them.

Gail March went above and beyond to help get our vehicle at an awesome interest rate and monthly payment! All the staff and managers are so friendly and they have the best customer service. Highly recommend this dealership! 3rd vehicle we have bought through them! Only place I will buy a vehicle through.

I was very impressed with this car dealer. They have a nice selection of vehicles. I didn't see any junk cars on the lot. Their website was accurate, the didn't have the "hook" car to just try and get you on the lot. The staff was great. I will definitely look to them when we get ready to add another vehicle.

Eddie was wonderful to work with. The whole staff was very friendly. No high pressure sales. Helped with financing. Has a repair shop on site. They also do all the DMV paperwork on site.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD ON ANYTHING!Make sure EVERYTHING works before you sign papers! I paid more for a vehicle with entertainment purposes due to being a new Grandma.... even asked the mechanic if the DVD players worked (cause there was no dIsk to try) BEFORE signing papers. This was THE reason I purchased this vehicle. I MADE THIS VERY CLEAR!After leaving, heard a part outside of the Suburban flapping. Called & returned to show them. They ordered part & I would return to have fix.Upon arriving home (live an hour away) we tried out the DVD players & not only did they not work, but a redbox disk was stuck. I returned the vehicle & asked for my money back due to them not being honest & selling me equipment that did not work. The salesman said the owners agreed to fix it or return my money.(4) Four weeks later, after texting/calling constantly, they tell me my part hasn t come in yet & SO they ordered it themselves & it would take longer. Well, long story short: this transaction happened Dec 31, 2018 & I was just told today (3/13/19) that the owners were not going to do anything! Not fix it or refund! (Note: they kept my vehicle for over 4 weeks)I absolutely love my salesman! He tried his best! But the owners of this company are very dishonest & do not care about making long term customers! (They, the owners, still to this day, have never returned my calls or emails) Once they have your money, you re screwed!

Found the truck we wanted at a price we were happy with. Gail offered expert advice on financing and we were out the door in no time. I would recommend this experience to anyone!
