After years of being loyal, I am thinking of elsewhere after today s visit. Several people waiting in line and the one guy at the counter taking forever chit chatting and not even acknowledging the presence of those in line then to find out it s now self checkout. THIS IS A MUCH SLOOOOOOWER EXPERIENCE

All of the staff are super helpful and friendly. I was immediately greeted and asked what I was looking for. I needed parts for my 2017 Pathfinder as well as the ETC read. I drive an extra 30 min to visit this store, just for the store cleanliness and staff.

Rude assistant manager or manager ( the older gentleman) costed me 175 that has to be replaced on my card in 7 to 9 business days.I called and was given a hard time on the phone. I just needed my battery replacement warranty found. I was told I wasn't in the system. Thank God for emails. I found my warranty and was able to get my replacement!Do better! I know work is stressful but we all have stressful jobs!Customer service is lacking!

I didn't have the best experience due to my giving the wrong information about the vehicle I was buying a part for.It was caught and I was initially upset more at myself and didn't handle the situation in the nicest way. However, I quickly realized my blunder. The manager and store employee were professional and helpful despite my attitude. I realized how crazy chaotic busy this place it. They have less employees, more customers and phones ringing off the hooks. I realized I made the mistake and apologized for my attitude. They thanked me for apologizing. They did make it right despite it being my fault. I say shop here, be very patient because they are incredibly busy. The best time to go is when they first open because they are one of the busiest parts store in this county.

There is one employee that I like at the store otherwise it would have the lowest rating these people don't know what they're doing you call them ask them to put a party side they do not do it and then you find out they don't even have it in stock they lied on the phone it's like a bunch of monkeys in space cadets running it I've had them to work on me and my friend's car is a couple of times they haven't hooked up batteries right and other issues go next door to O'Reilly's

Been dealing with this store for years despite supply chain issues and help changeovers I still get good service. I have to mention SARAH she is a total asset to this store without her expertise this simple transaction could have been much more difficult!!! Highly recommended!!!

I had a friendly greeting upon entering the store. I asked about certain items, and the gentleman didn't just point to where the item was, he led me to the rack that contained the item I was looking for. My only complaint was the price of the item. A cigarette lighter phone charger was priced very high. I purchased a similar item for 1/4 of their asking price at a different location.

Todd Bye is fantastic. I was greeted upon walking in, and he politely and enthusiastically offered to help me. He made sure I got the correct filter and fixed the problem when the first one wasn't right.I appreciate the dedication to quality service. We all make mistakes,but it's refreshing to see someone who owns it and fixes it immediately. I have always enjoyed Auto Zone professionalism.

No employees to help!! Only one person to check people out!! Get employees so that people don't have to wait in line for 30 minutes just to buy 2 items of pb blaster!!

Sean K helped us out and he was absolutely AMAZING seriously cares about his job and helping people which is so important. Great personality and just overall the best person we could ve came across, I mean this guy was excellent. Lilly was there too and was right there to assist hands down. THEY SAVED THE DAY!!!!

Waited 20 minutes to checkout for a few off-the-shelf items - won't be back. This place desperately needs a self-checkout station when the two employees are backed up locating and finding parts for other customers.

Understaffed. I waited for 45 minutes after waiting the employee told me that he would be right with me to go outside an raise my hood I did. Waited I went back in an no employee. I bought a high priced battery, with warranty. Buy from somewhere else. I dont want to break down on the road.
