If anyone needs a trustworthy mechanic I would look no further than A&B Customs in the North Florida area. I went though a very difficult situation with my KIA over the last several months, which I never would have found a solution to without the help of Amber and BJ. I can t say enough about all the help and kindness they showed me during the process. Hard to find businesses like this in today s fast paced in and out society, but I m happy to report on all the good that I experienced with this outstanding family owned business.Thanks

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I don t understand how these people have the ratings that they do. They told me to bring my car up there on a Wednesday morning so they can take a better look at it and get to know more of what could be wrong with my AC. I had my car up there super early and I left it there all day only for them to call and tell me almost at closing time that they didn t even look at it and were not able to even touch it. Now why on gods green earth would you let me be without a car all day and have me thinking your working on it when In reality it was just sitting there all day for no reason. I understand stuff happens but a call or something would ve been a little bit more professional to tell me to come get my car cause it doesn t look like your gonna be able to work on it. Don t schedule me for something and then not come through with it. Who keeps someone s car all day long and then at closing time say come get it we couldn t get to it. Don t make appointments and waste peoples time like that. It s highly unprofessional. Overall the people were not rude or anything just something very shady with this place is going on.

HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY are hard to find these days in a mechanic. But I found both of those qualities in A & B Customs! My mom, four year old daughter, and I were traveling to Live Oak to meet a relative when we ran into car trouble. The Auto Zone recommended I go see A & B and it was a BLESSING. BJ checked my car right away and again the next day to make sure we were safe to travel. He also showed me what was wrong so that I would know for when we got back home. When you are on the road, you never know if people will take advantage of you, and I WISH A & B was closer to our hometown because, if I had the choice, I would never take my vehicles anywhere else. These are good people with a lot of knowledge and good souls. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH for your help and hospitality!!

I loved everything. The people, especially Jay in auto repair, I believe he was the only working at the time, I met Aida, Grace, of course, their niece the beautiful of all, Franky. younger of couse, but somewhat smarter, gentleman with most people but intentionally on guard. Amber and BJ were kind and helpful and the price was, um, fair.

Great mechanics. Super friendly and honest too. My repair ended up being LESS than first quoted. Truly caring and good people.
