AM AUTO PARTS HELPED ME PUT MY CAR BCK ON THE ROAD AFTER HAVING A BLOWN ENGINE FOR OVER A YEAR !!! THEIR Quality OF SERVICE & Time management made this transition smooth & easy !!! No hidden cost , received emails threw out every part of the process andddddd they always email me right bck even after I paid lol this is a good company very thorough. I m going through the whole engine, making sure every single part is there in a fair refund possible policy !!!! Easy in house financing, my credit sucks but with the company they use I was approved !!!! 5 star hands down !!!

I paid $1,100.00 for an engine. AM initially quoted me $925.00. They came back asking for $200.00 more dollars. I forwarded the extra cost. AM delivered the engine. The engine was rusted. The mechanic shop noticed the rusted bolts. They stated that they could not be responsible if they should break. AM authorized the return, but I had to pay the return fees. I was so disappointed with this company. I trusted this company to deliver me a decent engine. Instead, a rusted engine. I would not trust this company.2/21/24I just noticed AM Auto Parts owner response to my review. Yes. You stated I could return the engine with a refund. But, the owner didn't specify that AM Auto Parts are requesting me to pay to ship that heavy engine across country at my expense. Where they purchased the engine from a local salvage yard. Sir/owner, my telephone number is listed on your invoice. Call me so we can make arrangements for you to allow me to ship the engine backed at your expense. Not mine, because I trusted you company to send at least a decent engine. Not an engine that has been sitting outdoors for some time. And has water in the oil pan. I will await your call, not some excuse on this review.

This is the 2nd motor I ordered from this company. I am really impressed with the motors that I received. I received them really quick with updated alerts. My cars drive like they're brand new. I'm thrilled I have a 3 year warranty. All process of ordering receiving went without a hitch. I'm definitely buying more motors from this company.

Overall a good experience. They are very prompt at answering emails and keeping you informed during the whole process. Customer service is excellent. I ordered a 40 year old engine. with that being said, I wasn't expecting much. What I received doesn't look like it has run in at least 10 years. There is no way it was run tested since it had no compression in 4 cylinders. Again, this is a 40 year old engine and I was expecting it to have problems. With that being said, I think $1200 is pretty steep for an engine that needs new heads. However, they did get me the exact engine I needed in a decent amount of time and it arrived safely. The warranty states that if you pull the cylinder heads, the warranty is null and void. In my case, I really am not too concerned with the warranty. I pulled the heads and am fixing the problem. I wasn't expecting perfection. I am just impressed with the fact that they were able to get me the engine I needed as quickly as they were able to. Thanks AM Used Auto, I don't know how else I would have gotten this engine in the middle of North Dakota without you!

5 STARS. They were very honest about the Allison 1000 transmission that I purchased from them. Very helpful and friendly on the phone. Shipping went exactly like they told me. It was on time. The transmission was clean, wrapped tightly in shrink wrap and completely secured to the pallet. I replaced my radiator, trans cooler and all 3 cooler lines, internal and external filters. Installation was breeze. And the transmission has functioned properly for the 1000 miles that I ve put on it so for. I will absolutely use AM Used Auto Parts for any future purchases that I may need for the 6 other vehicles I own. Thanks again.

This company is amazing:)wish who ever was googling to find a parts online,this company website was their first one to look as long story short when we search to find an engine for our car,first we got scammed with another company and struggle for one full month waiting to receive an engine that we never received !It was Christmas time and we had a very hard time with no transportation as we only have one car!after that scam! I found this company and order through Andy ! Every thing moved forward very smooth and even delivery was sooner than expected ! Amazing experienceThe engine was in a perfect condition as they told us ! So far so good! Plus they have 3 years warranty on itDefinitely recommend them to any one needs engine for their car ! Thank you guys

Took just a bit longer than expected to get my used automatic transmission delivered, due to weather conditions, yet am very satisfied with the performance! It performs great & the gear changes are very smooth. I like that it has a 3 year warranty. As long as you follow their suggestions & musts, your part(s) will perform properly.

I contacted several salvage yards near my home and checked other websites before I found AM Auto Parts after a month of no luck finding an engine long block with low miles. I spoke with Armando by phone and he quickly sourced the engine long block with low mileage. My purchase was SO easy. The 3 year warranty is fantastic. My mechanic and I were impressed with the great condition of my engine block that I purchased from AM Auto Parts. VERY clean. The delivery was very fast. The engine is running great. We are very happy with AM Auto Parts!

Hi this is Leonardo wanted to let you know transmission has arrived on the 31st that was expected to to arrive on the 2nd but it got here early transmission looks to be in good really good condition you guys even clean it for me because I don't like greasy things I have not yet put transmission in truck yet but went through all gears seem to be working fine now I know where I'm going to get my parts for now on (am used auto parts)that's the place toGo. I will try to make this as short as possible. This company does not have a parts inventory. They scour the internet and have junk yards drop ship to the buyer. You first get a very positive price including shipping. Then you pay and wait even though they said they have the part ready to ship. You are forced to docu-sign in a very fast manner that gives them CYA protection. 2 weeks go by and a very poor and unusable transmission comes in. No call back from ARMANDO ALEXANDRE so I pretend to ask someone else to see if they have a transmission for me via another email inquiry. BRYAN says yes he has one for $99 more ! I explain my situation and sent them pictures of the transmission with the pan off. He said it is MY responsibility to pay to ship back a 250 # transmission on a pallet. I paid $800 total, shipping by truck will cost me $1400 ! You see you will be painted into a corner that you can not get out of. Chase CC sided with them because of the docu-signed emails. I should have read the reviews which would have pointed me elsewhere. The pictures should show burnt ATF fluid with the consistency of black gear lube and the sprinkling of gold glitter which is friction material and bearing wear on a transmission that was not 80000 miles but more like 200000 miles. Probably can't give zero stars so I gave 1. I don't think I can leave my email address so the proof is in the pics. Stay away from this company. I learned my lesson. 01.01.2024 Happy New Year you crooks. Yes I docu-signed my life away and you sent me a pile of unusable junk. It will cost me hundreds of $$$ to send it back. What a catch / scam you run ! I'll stay on top of this as long as I can. As of 01.01.2024 I have 30 likes. Being fair, that translates to 15 NO BUYS if I wish to be conservative. [ 50% ] May have said no way Jose. 15 X $1000 = $15,000 or more in lost sales ! Good ! Keep counting your loses.

I have purchased two motors and a transmission from AM used auto parts and all of my experiences with this company has been great. All my parts have been in great condition and are working perfectly. The sales people have been knowledgeable and have gave me great quotes on the auto parts that I purchased. Overall great company with quality used Auto parts and great customer service.

You guys had the engine I needed with low miles, shipped to TX and with a 3 year guarantee. I had the engine installed and it's performing as expected. The cost was extremely fair especially when you take into consideration that it included freight. Thank you guys. I'm pleasantly surprised.

I purchased a 2007 Chevy Impala transmission. It was easy to purchase and I saved a considerable amount compared to used auto parts in my area. The warranty required some additional work for my mechanic to install however it still was a significant savings. My only frustration is that it did take a few weeks before the part shipped. This was do to they had to pull and test it prior to shipment. The car transmission is running great. Good purchase I would buy again.RJackson

Joke of a company, they hide behind fine print, they don't do their part to be upfront and honest about what they want. Our customer bought a engine through them and they shipped it directly to us with no paperwork and warranty information. Only sent that to the customer so 2 gaskets they require to warranty their engine were not replace even though it started knocking just minutes after start up and has no leaks or oil level issues they just keep sending the details of their warranty information. Instead of replying to the the specific questions being asked in email's. Reference number for the claim is 3854947. I will happily remove this bad review if they would like to address this properly.

Do not use this company. I Bought a used engine told me it had 72,000 miles on it got delivered had a tag on it said 301,000 miles look like it had been submerged in salt, water everything rusted the pieces leaks everywhere long story short. I refused the motor because of condition and it was the wrong one. Then they stole $1100 from me for restocking fees and shipping. Very dishonest people very rude. This company is terrible. Joseph sales person would not return phone calls George in claims just put me on hold and now they will not answer my phone calls. Very dissatisfied. This company should not be able to operate. Better Business Bureau should shut them down. I had to give a one star should be negative stars

I bought from this company based on good reviews. I am very sorry to say I didn't have a similar experience. I liked the idea of the extended warranty compared to other dealers, but when I received a transmission that didn't work from day one, they will not replace or refund. Terrible customer service, not a value. I would warn everyone that is a DIY to not use this company.

These folks know how to take care of customers. These folks were very professional. I did have an issue with the first transmission. Wayne took care of the problem immediately. Another transmission was sent and the bad one was handled by them. My project G37 is now back on the road. I have read complaints about this company. They are not valid. Their simple rules on warranty are simple to follow. Don't complain if you cannot follow simple directions. Thank you guys for the excellent customer service and caring about my needs. You have a returning customer with me. I will be getting a 6 liter LQ-9 for my wife's Suburban next.

My daughter s 2012 Subaru Outback needed the transmission replaced - it was the first generation of CVT transmission that Subaru put into their cars. My local Subaru dealership wanted almost $10k to replace it - beyond my budget!I reached out to several online sources and found several of them . sketchy ! I didn t know what/who to trust until I found AM Used Auto Parts out of Florida. I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Blake and he walked me through the process and was incredibly patient and thorough!I went ahead and purchased the transmission and the communication throughout the process was very professional and straight forward! The part was delivered to my local mechanic and now my daughter is back on the road at half the cost!I would recommend AM Used Auto Parts for anyone looking for a reliable source of used car parts. They were professional, personal, and most importantly - reliable!!Thank you so much!!

Excellent Service - Very interactive I, being a female had to 100% trust them to provide me with a quality used transmission for my 2009 Nissan Versa. And that they DID!! Had it shipped to my mechanic and I was back on the road again making deliveries. Thank You so much for making a very stressful situation less difficult. Will definitely Use AM again if Needed.

I�am incredibly happy with the service I received as well as my overall experience with your company. Your business had the best prices on "gently" used transmissions that I could find, even when you include the shipping costs. I was able to get a transmission with 20k less miles for $1500 less than our big local used parts shop (and yes, that is still taking into account shipping!). I contacted a number of other companies who either refused to ship to Alaska or wanted to charge much higher additional shipping fees than AM, so you being willing to ship to me was a pleasant surprise. Payment was a breeze, even when my card was initially declined as a potential fraudulent transaction. Cam waited patiently while I cleared the alert and got it processed. Additionally, the transport company made an error and charged my mechanic a shipping fee when it was delivered. AM responded immediately to my inquiry, provided contact information for the company, and kept in contact to make sure everything was getting resolved. My mechanic performed an inspection of the transmission when it arrived and stated it appeared to be in good working order and we will know for sure in a couple of weeks when it gets installed. As stressful as it was to have to purchase a replacement transmission for my Suburban, your company made it much easier to deal with it. Everyone has been friendly, helpful and responsive. I will recommend you to anyone that has a need for used automotive parts because you are an amazing company!

Great experience . I ordered a transmission for my son s 2019 Toyota Corolla. Trans arrived with no damage and have had no issues so far. Service was excellent and transmission was shipped on time per updated emails the whole way through each step in the process

Very professional and nice to work with, forgot guys name. Took a little longer then expected to get, but very satisfied. My car works great, so far no problems. I would use them again and would recommend them. Thank you. Sorry don't have pictures. I was out of state and car broke down in my home state. My mechanic was not very happy about all the wires being cut, and he stated it was rusty. Still am out of state, will be driving it next week, but my roommate says it run great

So I don't normally write reviews but this time I just had to, About 2 months ago the engine on my Subaru blew up due to oil pressure and I contacted these guys for a engine, they quoted me one with just 85K miles and assured me this engine was tested and it was a quality engine and i'm very picky for anything car related! when the engine arrived I was so impressed with the quality of the engine, engine had the miles they told me it had, it was a really clean engine on the inside and now my car runs better than ever again! The process was really quick as they sent me a tracking number and I could see where the engine was! I will definitely trust these guys for any engine or Transmission needs, and on top I have a 3 year warranty! So I can't even start to explain how much peace of mind I have right now!!Thanks to Armando, Bryan and Cliff for their customer service! Definitely trust these guys for your engine needs!!

If i could give 0 stars I would very disappointed in the engine they sent. Tried to return it but they want me to pay for shipping so I would be out $600 and still wouldn't have a good engine. The warranty people are very rude do not use these people I repeat do not use. They sent me a motor with 67000 miles on it that is sludged up with oil and the motor looks like it has been sitting in salt water all of its life. Also has oil in the exhaust manifolds which tells me it has been smoking.

Purchased a used engine for my 2017 Ford Explorer. I received the engine in 6days.The engine was complete,clean and well packaged for shipping. I installed the engine it runs and sounds great.loved the quick and easy buying process. I would like to put ZERO STAR if I can !I sent a request over 2 weeks ago for a use engine and I received a quote pretty quickly at decent price for a engine that only 51k Miles ! But, Not a single answers after 3 times phone calls and 4 Emails when I asked for the vin number to make sure about the miles on this Land Rover Engine !This Company is Not Serious beware before to make any decisions buying online not sure about the Honesty. I m very disappointed with them!After they read this review they send me a Email to say the engine was sold 3 days ago Lol ! But never provided the Vin from aver my first demand. And now because this review they don t want to help to get one!Please is not only about bad reviews it s about a lot complaints from the official BBB
